I have not visited the convenience store portion of the stop. The fueling station has plenty of fueling bays and offers both diesel and gasoline. There is also air service. The pumps accept credit and also allow for use of tap to pay card technology. The easiest way to approach this station is from the east so that you can perform a right hand turn.

This location has really gone downhill in the past year. It used to super clean inside and everyone was friendly. Now everything is always dusty and gross looking or sticky. The service isn’t fast or friendly it seems like a bunch of teenagers who could careless that they are even at work. I have had several issues over the past year. if your the only person standing and waiting for food to be ignored and you get to watched your food sit. lack of care with orders hit a new low today, I watched my RAW food be dumped in the serving/Togo box. Then they realized it was uncooked so, they dumped it back in the fryer. But once cooked it was placed in the same box. So all the reviews of food poisoning I fully believe after witnessing this.

Don’t purchase any prepared food out of the Ashtabula location my granddaughter was very ill from food she purchased there and spent time in the ER due to food poisoning. The health department needs to check that location out.

Patrons not wearing masks and congregating at 8pm on 2/26/21. Unacceptable. Not to mention, the employee that seemed too busy to deal with it because he was following my friend around like he was a suspicious character and not a patron. Don’t hate the brand, but this store did not make a good first impression and I don’t think I’ll return if I can help it.

Was lied to by employee and told that it was illegal to let my son pump gas. Refused to allow me to get gas. Got a refund and will never do business here again.

Its a sheetz, the gas prices are normal and the food will have you stuck to a toilet for a few hours.
