Think twice before you order glasses from Walmart I have been ordering glasses for the past 15 years never had a problem last 3 months I had to take glasses back because the lenses with had a flaw on them
They are really nice and do no harm so dont bully them
I had an appointment today for 9:30. I will concede that I fell a little behind and arrived a few minutes late, at about 9:37-9:38. I went to the front and waited for several more minutes before anyone waited on me. A technician finally came up and immediately started to reprimand me for being so late. She then went back to see if the doctor would still take me (?!) As I was waiting, I saw another pair come up and were greeted and let in almost immediately. Finally the technician came back and said that the doctor cancelled my appointment because I was only a few minutes late. I tried to explain that I had been already waiting for several minutes, but she seemed to wave it off and said that they have to maintain such a strict schedule. Never have I been cancelled for an appointment for being so few minutes late. The only reason Im giving one star is because this system prevents me from giving zero.
Will gladly sell you a mediocre pair of glasses but won’t help you beyond that unless you have an exam done there even when they cannot treat the eye condition you have. After walking out couldn’t find my prescription which they had just made a copy of and wouldn’t even make a copy of it. Then asked for a measurement not on my prescription which they had to have to make my glasses and they said oh we don’t do that here.
Been buying glasses up there for a few years . The last pair I got was over 300.00 and I have no insurance . I got the transitions and it was peeling off . So I took them in and they were under warranty . I complained and said that my other pairs didnt do this . The little short man that’s the manager started giving me a hard time .He has a bad case of Little man syndrome He was being all snotty acting like I scratched and peel off the film myself . Which I did not do ! I cleaned them with cleaner and the clothes they gave me ! The manager acted like he didn’t want to replace the lenses . These glasses are stored in my case in a drawer for a month and not worn much . They had the nerve to tell me that storing the them in the case caused this . The manager was so mad at me . He was getting loud with me and me with him . They took the glasses to replace them . I picked them up ... and it’s a few months later and they have even more scratches on them now than before I replaced them . I know he purposely had them not put on the scratch resistant coating just to be a jerk . I’m never getting glasses there again ! I’m also writing their corporate office too !
