I love this particular Kay Jewelers! The staff is extremely friendly and personable, and are very helpful in finding tasteful pieces. They have something for just about every price range, style, and occasion. They also have a great warranty program for all their pieces, which I recommend.All the jewelry I buy is from Kay Jewelers, and this is the only branch I will go to.

THE WORST JEWELERY STORE EVER! Horrible customer service, and a complete lack of integrity. Mistreated my terminally ill husband while he was shopping for a Christmas gift, accusing him of theft by deception! The employee apparently cannot count out $600. He was then asked to accept a check mailed to him instead of returning his cash for the return. DO NOT EVER SHOP AT KAY JEWELERS!

Kays (ASHTABULA store in particular) is second to none! Ive never been to a jewelry store where the manager and staff actually go out of there way to give you the best deal possible, even after the deal is done! You have a customer for life here.. thanks

Absurdly the worst store ever. Cannot count money, then after they hand you a receipt they call a detective to threaten you with arrest for their mistakes.They do not out karrat weight on the receipt so you have no proof of what you bought.Like many chain jewlery stores, I would avoid this at all costs.

Weve been loyal customers of JBR and Kays for the last 6 years. Today we went in, and had fantastic customer service due to a ring being smashed. Cant say enough great things about the Kays team!
