I love that they are so close to my home and have a variety of things from groceries to home decor to cloths and beauty. Prices are about the same as other stores and they dont always have what Im in need of which is understandable.

Feels like some over the workers that have been there for years since Ive lived here, are family. They know my name and my familys name! I am a daily shopper there and I enjoy all of the staff!!!

Employee was using vulgar language in front of a customer and not wearing a mask. This is odd for them, though. They are usually very conscientious.

The Cashier there was so nice when she thought I was short some change actually more like a doller I had it on a card but the way I explained it where I was paying cash first and the rest on my bankcard was complicated so she paid for it befor I knew what was going on she gave me the reciept. That was so nice of her. So I always make sure I leave the rest of my change when I use cash. I think thats the difference between ashtabula and lake county businesses. I went to TNT tanning and THEY didnt have enough change to break $100. So I had to go to tractor supply and got a coffee for $3.49 its the cheapest thing in a hurry I could find. Then I ran back over and my total was 72.52 and I had 72.51 and I was like I have 72.51 you gotta penny Im usually not that bold but considering the fact I had to go throw money away ( I dont even drink coffee!) because THEY didnt have enough money to give me change and Im trying to buy their service I could get a little leeway on the penny......and the girl goes no... I was astonished at her lack of customer service skills.......I had to go all the way out to the car to grab 1 penny. I thought about just leaving but I really needed a tan :(

This is a great store that just opened. Everything is perfectly organized in the store, making it incredibly easy to find anything you need. The store is conveniently located for a quick trip to the grocery store for very fresh products.

I shop here on a regular daily basis. Easy affordable and everything i shop for is usually in stock. Employees are awesome. Could use wider aisles and more clothong selection but all in all its super convenient.

Dollar General usually has everything I want or need although they were hit very hard over Easter weekend and were pretty much out of everything.

They should update their closing time from 11p to 10p, on the web. Went to the one in ashtabula, they were closed at 10., searched on the web, saybrook showed they were open till 11p.
