Nice evening walking along the beach, decided to have some ice cream. I was not expecting anything special from a parks concession stand but I was wrong. The Ice cream was great and not even that expensive! We shared a elephant ear which they made to order! Was hot and good. The lines get pretty long on the hot evening weekends but if your not in a hurry its a great stop for the family.
Great place to get old time dairy bar food. I love the covered tables - great place to eat and watch the lake.
They will be closing September 24th. A few weeks left to still get your elephant ears, funnel cakes, ice cream floats, fresh lemonade, milkshakes, burgers, french fries, and hot dogs.
