Worst place there is for oxygen they tell you one thing and then tell you later that cant i need a portable machine and my insurance okayed and now they say I cant get it until January 2021 but the insurance okayed it.we need another oxygen place around here

Twice in 2 days I took my oxygen machine in to the Ashtabula office, a 24 mile round trip, because the alarm kept going off, and both times I was told it was working well. It still isnt working, the alarm goes off continuously.

Worse customer service ever... they havent Come done my filters or anything .. guess I need to find another company
