Great store, knowledgeable friendly staff. Service was fantastic.

As with most customer service places we’ve been to lately, we’ve had sub par service. Ordered over a thousand dollars in parts. The sales guy Brian was right on top of our needs. Emailed, called, did everything to make our transaction right. Waited over a month. Called for status. Person answering phone Couldn’t locate our order. After 30 minutes, found our order and stated still waiting on two parts. Another month. Same thing. Says all parts are in according to computer but would physically check and call me back. No call. After four days I call again. Same issue Couldn’t locate order. After a few minutes says order is ready to be picked up. Wouldn’t you think that if an order was complete, that SOMEONE would call and let the customer know. Go to pick it up today, and I feel like my presence in their business is annoying to them. As a long time customer and local farmer, I’d expect some sort of courtesy.

Had a different experience then most recent folks..Brian went out of his way to sell me my John Deere tractor and implements. I did call a few times and we changed the order to tailor what i needed, and they were able to fulfill those…As most things, COVID has ruined lots of supply chains, so not everything is available. I sure like this place better then the local PAPE dealership at my house…I would definitely do business and recommend them to others in need.. I sure hope Pape does nit buy this place out…i have seen what happens next when they do…

Emailed them regarding a John Deere lawnmower....said not in stock any more questions? Seemed rude and disinterested. Guess if I needed any additional customer service after the purchase if I made one, I would get a similar response....oh well others would like to sell me an expensive mower

Bought my new Stihl chainsaw here great customer service.

Rude, disinterested and contradictory.A friend needed a John Deere part for her ride-on mower. The mowe was purchased new at this location. I called to find out price and availability and was told that they needed the mowers VIN. They said it told them everything they needed to know. When the part arrived and they called me I asked if the part was already paid for because my friend has called them to place the order.I n was told that he didnt know. I offered to give him the mowers VIN if that would help....and was quickly told that the VIN was useless and didnt tell them anything.

Love this place! Always have the answers to my questions, great selection of products and a very knowledgeable staff!

They have a great selection and a good shop rate. The biggest issue that I have with them is the lady that works at the counter or answers the phone. Everytime I call or go in she is very disrespectful and condescending. Like Im inconveniencing her or bugging her looking for parts or trying to get prices on stuff, and I spend a lot of money in their store. I may have to start looking at the box stores instead of keeping my business local. Ill tell all my friends and neighbors to do the same.

Very friendly like the new owners seem like very good people I rented a rototiller problem with it they gave me a nice new one to use instead of the broken one I will be back quite a bit more than usual cant wait till the new saws come in

Since the 1980s and 1990s they have gone downhill. Many of the people are very respectful which is highly appreciated. However the demands and expectations for blank checks, not caring about the customer, and greed are rampant here! I am very sad about how this place has changed.. Some for the good and some for the bad..

These folks are the real deal. They will take care of you after the sale too. Buy from a shop that is locally owned and provides sales AND service. They have a great outboard tech too...

What a find. They did a great job fixing my Stihl chainsaw I inherited from my uncle. Who knew? Terrific and unexpected find while visifrom out of town. Just happened to have it in my trunk after lending to a family member. They were fast and apparently reliable too.

Well stocked with quality brands. The equipment is expensive because its quality equipment, but the pricing is fair and reasonable. The Stihl brand was cheaper here than Ace Hardware and I got better service. My only negative is about the regular customers who have built a personal relationship with the store. It was hard to keep the attention of the guy helping me because regulars kept interrupting as if waiting their turn didnt apply because of how much business they did or how long theyd been customers. The sales guy did try to hold them off but like obnoxious children, they ended up getting what they wanted just to shut them up. But still a good store with a LOT of parts and equipment!

Very nice people . I knew what I wanted when I drove there from Tillamook . I showed up close to when they were closing but that didnt matter at all .They explained everything about the operation and care of my new Stihl hedge trimmers .I will go back again. They have a well stocked store . Thanks to the young lady and gentleman for being so helpful . Great crew .

Seem to be very knowledgeable people whenever I have gone there to deal with my Stihl power equipment.

We brought 3 items in for service & they said it would be about a week. It was all done in less than a week.

Great staff who know what they are doing. Im new to chainsaws and have come in with a stupid problem and they fixed me up right away and didnt give me any grief! They have just about anything power equipment you could ever want.

With great sadness I am reviewing this company, My sister took her riding lawn mower here to be fixed more than 500.00 dollars later and it still doesn’t run properly. The owners wife hung up on my sister and the overall rudeness is incomprehensible. This company is fraudulent and takes advantage of elderly. PLEASE contact the better business bureau and write a review if you have there’s kind of issues. Thank you. ( Apparently they have hired the wrong mechanic because he is the only one who has worked on it and can’t fix the same issue three times now)REALLY!!!!!!!!!! Stop taking advantage of you customers.
