Josh and Seth did a great job delivering the box springs mattress way across the Columbia River to my home. They were fast, friendly and set everything up beautifully.. Clone them.

Salesperson Dennis at the Astoria location was super helpful in helping me select an adjustable bed for myself and a nice bed for my guest room. The beds are all I expected... great! The deliverymen Brandon and Tyler were super polite and efficient. I recommend The Mattress Shoppe at Robys to anyone looking for a quality product and quality experience.

I purchased 2 mattresses from Brenda and Brandon and Tyler delivered them on the appointed day and time. Everyone was very professional and polite. Great customer service. They are the reason I shop at smaller locally owned stores instead of the box stores. Will definitely use them again.

Im writing a late review, well because I just forgot. I remembered only when I saw the google card. I must tell you that you have two very good and efficient delivery guys. They made sure that any concerns that I had was promptly taken care of. (I didnt have any). They were very friendly and impressionable. I also want to Thank Mike Thomasson for letting us know as soon as our ordered loveseat was in the store. Thanks again Robysstaff. We will soon again for all of our furniture and appliance needs.

We purchased a split king size Tempur-pedic mattress with adjustable bases. We tried out the demo bed in the showroom before we made our purchase, which helped us select the firmness of the two mattresses. The delivery and set up by Brandon and Keegan was excellent! They explained several things about the adjustable bases that we found helpful and they encouraged us to call if we had any questions. We love our new bed! I encourage you to shop at Robys.My only knock is that no one from the sales department called us when the bed was ready for delivery like they promised. We had to call them back to confirm that it was ready and to set up the delivery date.
