I spoke with Tom on several different occasions.Tapping into his exceptional knowledge and experience, to determine what was best for my motor and pump build! As my motor was completed and I had actual numbers to go bye. I once again contacted Tom and ordered all of my pump parts. I thoroughly enjoyed working with him. Professionalism and service was outstanding! And I would highly recommend him and jet boat performance to anyone up here in the Northwest! Very satisfied customer here in Idaho!

Great experience!! I had called all competitors around for a specific jet boat oil pan and was given the run around and possibly a couple months out. Reached out to Tom at Jet boat Performance and did not mislead me having the item in stock and said he could get me the equivalent but would need to call or txt me back and he did. Said could have shipped within a few days.. I trusted him and sure enough beautiful piece showed up, and they came through for me. Very happy and much better than his alternative of competitors of over $200.00 more even as a dealer and approximately 8 weeks out. Thank you for good advise and not misleading me and your product! Lacking workmanship, quality, and integrity. Ive bought a lot of custom parts and taken a lot of different toys to a lot of different shops. They have to be really really good, OR really really bad AND downright malicious to get a review from me... I think this is my only bad review. Also, I see that theyve gotten AT LEAST one other bad review taken down somehow. It was very long and detailed, but they had a good rebuttal to it and talked it down on the phone too... they got me. Reading through these other ones... who knows how many false ones from friends and family, many look very suspicious. You have been warned.

Tom is the best knows his stuff and can get the parts you need and does custom boat builds
