I really liked Metro PCS and had been a faithful customer of theirs for years, but since T-Mobile took over, my phone started glitching and I was always getting windows popping up from T-Mobile wanting me to sign up with them and become their customer. After ignoring them for a few months, my phone wouldnt stop having a window continuously pop up every 5 seconds (no lie) that said Unfortunately, T-Mobile has stopped... X Close app. And it wont stop popping up. I dont even have their app on my phone! So thanks to T-Mobile, Im no longer a customer. Just be prepared for T-Mobile to harrass you if you go with Metro by T-Mobile.

Purchased a phone that was a lemon from the factory. They refuse to replace it with a working new phone.Got a refurbished phone only to find that the usb port was jacked up. So am not able to charge it.Getting another refurbished phone replacement.I paid for a new phone that works, I expect a new phone that works.They are thiefs and liars at MetroPCS

Staff is incredibly rude. All they know how to do is sell a phone. When i said how frustrated i was with metro, she actually said well then why are you with us? Absolutely terrible.

Sometimes they are not there during regular business hours. The reason for this is lunch? why not have relief for the person that needs to go to lunch or have the employee bring thier lunch. What a concept!

Wont go back due to service/attitude of two girls at the front desk.
