Dont go to this UPS store location if you can at all help it. Youre better off at the Post Office...and the Templeton Post Office if you want a great experience. Youll pay an arm and a leg to wait in line forever, most employees here are miserable, customer service is lacking. The ones who are new and trying their best dont receive proper training from management. Not a well run UPS store location.

Super quick and easy. The two ladies working the front were very nice - even helped some lady find her amazon return QR Code via the Amazon App.

Odd experience. Long wait. Cashier told a lady in front of me, I cant help you, you need to get in that line. She just needed to drop a package off. While another lady came in with a FedEx and they obviously denied her but she stayed she had just called and the associate she had talked to confirmed that they did take FedEx. Also, the store was a mess along with pallets and boxes outside the front door. That store has gone downhill.

The two employees were absolutely unprofessional today. There were 8 people in line, several with small children (myself included) and the one gentleman employee proceeded to stand there and talk about stories of his family with the gentleman customer (who also announced proudly that he was not going to wear a mask and that he got all the benefits from the rest of us wearing one - just a complete tool) and made the rest of us wait. It took 27 minutes to turn in an Amazon return - which is completely absurd. So unprofessional, such a waste of so many people‘s time. Hope to see this changed. Atascadero is small; we don’t have that many options, so please refine your practices and BE BETTER at your customer service and valuing people’s time.

This is the best location to ship and receive packages! I would give 10 stars if I could. ⭐️ I have gone into this location a lot in the past year and they’re all very efficient. They have all gone above and beyond for me and I’m very thankful for all their hard work. They keep their distance and keep everything very clean and sanitized. THANK YOU ⭐️

I went to the Atascadero UPS store today to get some emails printed. There was an issue with the email, but the manager there worked pretty hard to resolve the problem and she got the emails printedThere were two other employees there that were quickly helping the other people very efficiently.This is my go to place when I have situations like this, and I REALLY APPRECIATE the manager for helping me.

I hate giving a bad review, but this is the worse UPS store in the area. I have been there a couple of times, and no more ever!!! The business is not managed well. This UPS store is privately owned, and as far as Im concerned, they need to update the way the treat the customer and overall customer service. Long lines, not very clean and the employees dont wear masks. They claim they dont for medical reasons. None of us like to wear them, but it is love for our neighbors, and for you - the customer.

I have shipped packages out of this store on several occasions and have never had a bad experience. The employees are always friendly, courteous, and helpful. I love that they keep the addresses that I ship to on file to expedite future packages going to the same place. They are even honest about their prices. I once asked about shipping something there versus the post office and for that particular package they told me Id be better off going to the post office. I will continue to bring my packages to them for shipping.

They dont take wearing masks or taking precautions to protect their customers from covid 19. The employees dont wear masks,, and they do not enforce customers to wear masks either. I will not be back to this location, and I have put in a complaint with the health department. This location needs to get their act together, and protect their community.

I had the best experience with the UPS store in Atascadero. My father passed away last year and I needed to get some special and very fragile items shipped to me from his house in Atascadero to the East Coast. With Covid I could not get to CA. I worked with Jessica the store manager and the experience start to finish was perfect. My items were picked up, packed and shipped by the store - all arrived in perfect condition and packaged extremely well. Communication was flawless and Follow through impeccable - I even got followup to make sure my items arrived and were in good condition. Without hesitation, I would recommend this store for any shipping related needs. And a special shout out to Jessica as I couldnt have done this without her help.

While I have gotten great service at this location in the past, the last two times I’ve gone in I have felt I’ve had to risk my health and safety to carry out my business here. The mask policy is not strictly enforced with customers or with either of the two postal workers I saw picking up parcels inside the store. When I went in yesterday, neither of the employees were wearing masks either! I walked in, saw that I was the only person (of four) wearing a mask in that small space, and walked right back out. The items I needed to print and mail are now late, but it didn’t feel worth it to risk my family’s health. I realize it’s been hot, but the store is air conditioned. Please enforce a stricter mask policy to keep your customers and our community safe.

Like the previous reviewer my previous experience with this business was generally positive. Unfortunately, the employees not only refuse to wear masks, they dont say anything to mask-less customers. The CDC has issued guidelines that indicate that the virus can remain suspended in a cloud when an infected person breathes indoors. The small size of the office and the large number of mask-less customers makes this business a hotspot for possible infection. I will go elsewhere and suggest that if you care about your health you should avoid this business. Wearing a mask is a simple thing and it demonstrates respect and care for those around you. Apparently theyre doing so much business they feel that they can afford to lose a few customers.

This store is not taking health guidelines seriously. No employee was wearing a mask, and the store was very filthy.

I suspect they lose a fair amount of business because their notary is only onsite until noon, Monday through Friday. Perrys Parcel has notaries the entire business day as well as Saturday. I therefore go to Perrys and ship via FedEx instead of UPS. Im sure Im not the only one. They also arent taking COVID precautions as seriously as they should.

I told her Id never use this store again, and I wont. Its unAmerican to put the community at risk like this. Go to Perrys, down the street. They wear masks.

I will be taking my business elsewhere I was in there this weekend not a single mask was being worn by the employees or the 6 customers that were in the small building.

Dont always need a sit down computer and printer, dont often ship packages. When I do, these people take good care of my needs without charging a dime more than I would consider fair. Always friendly, always helpful.

I drop off packages here several times a month (for past 2+ years) and never once had a bad experience. The staff is always so kind and helpful.

People who rate this less then 5 havent worked with Bri, she is super amazing and is practically part of the family, she knows my dad and me by our names and its a great customer experience, she is quick to follow up and always has the right answer when you need it. This is great place to do business because of people like Bri!!! 10/10 give this girl a raise!!!

The staff here is great and very helpful. Its nice having a notary in town now that banks are only notarizing bank paperwork. I always call first to check if the notary is available.

Seriously?! 8lb max, $83 to MO?! Not a huge box either. I did an estimate later through the UPS website and it was $45. Never again! The young lady at the counter was very nice...didnt want the ridiculously outrageous price to reflect poorly on her. I was in a hurry and hadnt weighed the package myself but I wouldnt be surprised if it was less than 8lbs.

The employees at this location were fast and efficient, while also being polite and welcoming. Had some Amazon returns and I was in and out in under 3 minutes with no fuss.

Every time Ive gone there, the staff have been very helpful. One day I got there with minutes to spare and they promptly took me in to send my package for delivery. When I left, a disgruntled person was upset they wouldnt take them in. I told them its because theyre late and stop being a wussy and own your own mistake and show up earlier.

Been traveling with my wife for a couple of months and stopped there to mail home some gifts and souvenirs we had been collecting to clean out our camper some. Just got home to see my both of my packages had been open and gone through and contents are missing. Saw on their Facebook book page this is a regular occurrence at this store. Very displeased and really left feeling violated.

I got there at 4:01 on a Saturday and the door was locked with two employees inside helping one person. all I needed to do was drop off two already labeled boxes. The employees wouldnt even acknowledge my presence.

It was terrible, the employees were rude and did not do anything to help me whatsoever, the box did not get to the destination until 6 months afterward. And the destination was only about 4 hours away! This was terrible, and no one should ever go there

Thank you for your response as to why your hours had changed. I checked with my husband and he confirmed that he was told why the store was closing early. I wish there was a way this could be modified on your store web page, since that would have saved him having to make two trips
