Absolutely the worst customer service in the whole town. The girl in the store acted bothered to answer any questions I had. They had no Samsung phones in stock and half of the displays werent even turned on. After a good year of decent service you guys are losing my business. Hire more professional people next time.

Worker seems bothered by customers. Not very helpful. Plus store and call station seem to be working for different companies with different rules

When In the person at the front desk is nice and generous and the place is very clean.

Little annoyed. They charged 24.91% sales tax on a town with 8.75% and with no breakdown as to what the extra taxes are for. The receipt only shows amount paid. If the wife had not really needed to replace the phone would of walked out. the service with the phones has been fine. Just wish I knew why they charge so much in taxes

They have a bad attitude and both female employees need a strong lesson on how to talk to people. The customer comes first

Wonderful cell service since they only use AT&T towers. Same quality with far lower prices than AT&T!!!
