This company has admitted they made a mistake and erroneously cleaned out the wrong apartment. They threw out all the belongings of a family with young children by mistake. This family lost all their furniture, treasured momentos, photos, clothes, and personal paperwork like birth certificates and social security papers. When they admitted their mistake, this company didn’t do anything to help this family that they wronged. They took this family’s belongings and then didn’t make sure that this family had a place to stay, clothes, and food. They left this family to fend for themselves after taking everything thing own. That’s heartless. This family could have been hungry on the street for all this company cared.

They break into their own Tennants apartment and destroy everything they own and dont make amends. That is greed at its highest level. The management should be in jail.

Take care of the family and Ill remove this. Ill check for updates every few days

I like these townhomes, they are spacious, very nice since it has been renovated, and are income based (through HUD). The surrounding area may not be so grand since theres crime but these days thats pretty much everywhere you go! They do have tight security on the property so that should make one feel safe and they are doing alot to rebuild the community. I gave it 4 stars only because of the location (although its close to alot of things in walking distance) other then that I feel it would be a great place to live!

I most definitely hate this place. The violence that the security and pilice dont answer to. The work orders that gets put in but never answered. Just bad all the way around.

Do right by the clerical mistake you made that led to an entire family losing their belongings and Ill remove this review.

They accidentally threw out all of a families belongings. Roughly $32,000 in food and assets. They have done nothing to help the family since the accident.
