Very good place for auto repair and tires

Went to Warehouse Tire with loose steering components guy who does the front end alignments and mechanic work did everything including a lie to my face telling me that the part was not bad to keep from having to change it. Ive never seen such dishonesty in many years in an automotive business customers beware. They should probably stick to balancing tires rather than picking and choosing what they feel like doing from day to day.

They put tires on my semi trailer and on the second load with it two of them came off as I was driving. Then they left me sitting in Iowa for two days waiting if they would pay for repairs Which they did not. They told me it was my fault which I guess choosing them to do the work was my fault.

Took care of my problem. Excellent service.

Was there almost 4hrs after they pulled my truck in to put 4 new tires on idk if they were short handed that day or not but still should have never taken that long.

They are nice people who do good work and sell good quality tires. However, they automatically add a gold program tire warranty to your bill without asking you ahead of time if you really want it. They did refund that warranty after I brought it to their attention. However, it makes me wonder how many people have spent this extra money over the years without even realizing it because they didnt scrutinize their billing statement properly.

Straight up guys. Honest. Gone here 20+ years and will continue to do so.

Always go to this tire facility! Other places in Athens have a tendency to sell lesser quality. Warehouse has options... you need a just get me through set or a set you can put 70k miles on, theyve got an option for every wallet. Fast friendly thorough. I stopped here to have some air put in my tires... Only reason i didnt give 5 stars this time was the guy was a tad lazy and even though my sensor lights were on he suggested oh that one was close enough. it needed just a little air and i had to take the time to stop elsewhere and do it myself. Hey i even help the guys out... i take stem caps off and go around behind and put them back on to help these hard workers out. But otherwise Ive never had an issue with the services or products. Convenient place! Thank you

Large selection of tires anything from lawn mower, cars, up to giant equipment. They always have got me in and out at under a hour. Very reasonable price and knowledgeable staff.

Nice place to do business. Theyre nicest person is not there anymore. I only know his name was Matt. But the gentleman went out of his way to help me and I did appreciate that.

Hit and miss. For some reason when you ask a question the guys at the counter suddenly become extremely interested in the paperwork in front of them that they werent paying attention to before. But at least the work the guys on the shop do is always solid.

I have been taking my vehicles to Warehouse Tire for close to 20 years. I love the fact they offer free tire rotations if you purchase your tires with them, but its the staff that I appreciate the most. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt. I am able to ask them anything and not feel intimidated or silly. They are great and I highly recommend!!

Always friendly service, prices are good, often can work me in without an appointment on small things like tire rotation, puncture repair, brake check.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable except for Kolt He came across as a know it all and was extremely rude. I wouldnt let that guy wash my windows. Claimed he rotated my tires but he did not(i marked them)and left a greasy handprint on my light colored interior door. Next time i will specifically ask for someone other than him to do the work.

Thanks for taking my brand new car and Jacking it up improperly and ruining the black rocker covers and bending my pinch welds. The worst service ever. And what do I get back... nothing!!! Never take anything worth anything to this place. I checked my tires before drove off I didnt think they were going to ruin my actual car...Husband called ahead for pricing and of course me being a female at checkout wanted to add on 50 bucks which luckily my husband straightened out.So basically they ruin your new car and overprice anything sold to females.Ill call back monday to complain but what can they really do?! Idk but a new car ruined over just having tires mounted.. B.S.

The only reason theyre getting two stars is because they work fast and can fit you in last minute. The reason theyre not getting five stars is because MY CAR BATTERY DIED while they were working on it and THEY DID NOT TELL ME. In fact, I felt like they outright hid it from me! When my car wouldnt start the next day and I called them, they finally fessed up. Had they told me they had to jump start my car to give it back to me, I could have prepared ahead of time and picked up a new battery. And the only thing they offered for this mistake? Sorry, we should have told you. Yes. You should have.
