A darn tootin good store. Staff is incredibly helpful and they are always well stocked on my various percussive needs and desires. Lovely, lovely, lovely staff and an overall excellent atmosphere. Simply fantastic.

Employees are friendly but can tell they dont know much about the products they are selling. Weird store without a real focus.

I went in there to purchase a new guitar. right when i walked in, i felt welcomed. the staff is amazing and very helpful.. no i’m not paid to write this lol they are actually a really good staff and let me play, tune, all 9 yards before i purchased one. i was trading in a banjo and an old guitar and they told me straight up that i should sell to an individual instead of selling to them because they can’t buy used stuff for much. but i wanted a new guitar that day so i traded them in and the paper work was fast.. very recommend !

When I entered Batman was there,naturally I was frightened due to the fact Im an international bagel thief,but when he picked up the kazoo and started jamming out.i saw my opportunity to steal the proprietors bagel and run.Little known fact,Batman breath smells like robins naughty bits.

They sold me a defective Aria IGB-65 Bass guitar, even though they claim it is okay. I wanted to keep it really badly. However, both the electronics and the neck were shot. They DID pay for repair to electronics. The neck, as I found out TODAY was NOT repairable. It was defective to begin with. I told them that I am leaving the bass guitar in the Guitar Center for repairs. Today I was asked by Guitar Center to pick it up, and was told that the guitar was not repairable. It was in a guitar center for a while as tech had few days off. But as soon as I told them that Neck is unrepairable they refused to accept the return. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS.

Ive been a long time customer of Stans at Railroad Bazaar. Hes been there for years and does a great job. I first met Stan after I had an installation done at another shop, that shall remain nameless, and he fixed their mistakes. You pay for what you get. You can go somewhere else and pay a little less, but if you want it done right the first time, go talk to Stan. Hes been doing this for many years and hes done 6 installations for me over the years.

I use the post office here. So convenient for me and such nice people.

Some of the best customer service this side of the Mason Dixon Line. I had a small problem with a purchase I made here. The clerk who assisted me wasnt able to help so she called the owner over. He gave me the opportunity to explain my concerns. What I like and appreciated is that he really took the time to listen and while he may not have agreed with my position he fixed the problem and I left there being a very satisfied customer. The clerk came to me later and apologized to personally. I will definitely return to this store because of the way they treat their customers. - professionally!
