So many reasons for only leaving one star. Most of this is the feedback I left on the Chevron website. My granddaughters (aged 11 and 7) and I were on a road trip. I attempted to pump fuel at pump #8 but the screen had a keypad error. No problem. I then went to pump #7, the screen said pay inside. So we went inside, used the restroom, got a few snacks and went to pay. I greeted the man at the counter. I mentioned the problems at the pumps and that I didnt know how much it was going to cost to fill my car. He then proceeded to tell me that neither of those pumps work. So just to verify I asked so #7 isnt working either because the screen says to pay inside? He said no. I then said could you consider attaching a sign or put plastic bags on the spout so other people dont have the same issue I have. This man then rudely stated well we assume people that come here can read and write whats on the screen. At this time I was absolutely shocked. I have literally NEVER been spoken to like that. I then told him that I can read and write very well thank you. I purchased my granddaughters snacks and as we were leaving the store I stated it would be kind and respectful to post a sign for future customers. We went outside, I moved my car to yet another pump, filled up my car and left. This was Sunday morning July 18,2021 @ approximately 1150. I have never been so angry at a complete stranger. Almost 24 hours has passed and I cant get it off my mind. Adding to that ridiculous interaction is that english is obviously not his first language(hard to understand). Which doesnt matter except when added to the way he treated me.The ladies room was absolutely disgusting. There was an unknown liquid in puddles around the toilets. Only one stall had toilet paper. The rest of the toilet paper was all over the floor. The sink was filthy.Had there not been children in the store Im afraid of what I may have said. But fortunately there was!
Nice clean store and friendly employees owner is very nice and keeps everything nice and clean and sanitized and also requires customers where a mask from Mary
Wasted time with pumps 3 and 5, where obviously was malfunctioning. Finally pump 2 worked.
I stopped in after dropping off my daughter at school. A young woman was cleaning part of the store. She approached the cashier and gestured to him. At first I didnt get it, but them he turned and signed to her. I love the idea that at least one of the other employees took the time to learn basic communication skills for a co-worker. An act of kindness you dont usually see.
Darn good place
Just moved to this area and have had zero problems here. Nice people every time Ive been there.
The male cashier tried to overcharge me for a bottle of Aquafina water. Sign outside said $.99. Sign in front of bottles $.99. At checkout I was told it was $1.59. When I started back to get another, cashier said I could have it for $.99. Water was out if date also.
The dude behind the counter is a legend.
