He does not hassle you to make a decision like many sales professionals do, he will get you the best deal that he can at the time of purchase, and he is knowledgeable on the items that he is selling.

We called to ask a question about a quick attach. The lady that answered the phone, said she was in parts, was not friendly nor helpful. She said she didnt know what we were talking about. When we asked to speak to someone that was knowledgeable about the subject, she was very un-interested in getting us to someone that could help.

My first experience with this company has to be the worst I’ve had in a long time. I prefer to keep my business somewhat local and was told that if I didn’t pay ahead I wouldn’t pay shipping because it would be with their other orders. I ordered a part from them to which I was told it would be there the following weekend. I returned picked up my part only to realize after I got home that it was the wrong part. On the next trip I had returned to reorder the correct part, gave them the part number and even had a picture. I was told the it would be there the following weekend. I was working so I sent my mother to pick it up. They had handed her the exact same wrong part as before. She refused to purchase that one and had reordered yet again with part number and picture and was told it would be there Wednesday. I go there Wednesday, no part... “would be there by Saturday”. I returned Saturday to finally have the correct part only to pay not only for the part but shipping as well. To make matters worse every trip is 50 miles for me because they’re the closest. From now on I’ll take my business to the next nearest store 90 miles away.They’re the most unorganized parts/dealership I’ve ever been to in my life. Just don’t waste your time.

Ordered a part last week and was able to pick it up today, now I can get my tractor going again.

I showed up on a Saturday morning at 7. I waited around until somebody showed up. I was going to buy a tractor. The man that came in said the salesman would be there soon. I waited until 8:30 and he still hadnt shown up so I left. Its hard to buy something when nobody is there to sell it to you.
