They always have what Im looking for and if I dont feel like cooking after I get done shopping then I hit their hot bar. They also have a Starbucks and a Chinese restaurant inside. Their salad bar is the best around by far. Love their meat and cheese deli which they also serve 2 different kinds of chicken salad and 3 different kinds of potato salad and pudding and Watergate salad. Too much to mention it all

My teenage daughter ate salad bar dinners on the dining patio. The salad ingredients were fresh and tasted good. The view of the sunset was incredible.

Love this store and really try to go whenever possible to support local grocery stores but I didnt give 5 stars as both deli, bakery and a few isles were out of things that shouldnt have been out... Especially on cakes, donuts, cookies and no one to help when you need it.

I shop at Ingles regularly. I only wish they had lower prices. That would make my future experience perfect! Ingles has a little bit of everything, making it easier for me to shop quickly.

This store is an amazing shopping experience. Starbucks coffee center, fresh healthy produce. Salad bar deli, bakery with fresh baked goods.The shelves are well stocked.. meat section is sparkling clean..Most of all the employees are friendly, they will walk you to what you are looking for. they all wear masks and sanitize their hands.. They are wiping between customers on check out. cCheck out is fast and do helpful. I was in a handi cart and a senior citizen. They followed up by escorting me to my car and unloading my groceries...great service.. Felt like queen for a day..it was magical. Relaxing and safe.

We live in Ten Mile and this is our favorite grocery store in this area. They always have everything we need, the store is laid out nicely and organized, and idk who is the one baking those cookies in the bakery but the cookies there are freakin outstanding. I’ll spend $25 just on cookies. So kudos to you in the bakery. You’re my cookie hero!!!

Went thru automated check out and they said my order would be cancelled and I had to go thru another line and I got charged twice for my order and it never went back on my food stamp card after they said it would and tried to call back but no one answered the call to tell them.

To say that This supermarket has impressive operating standards is an understament. The actual store management and its staff were all exceptional at customer service. From the moment you walk in you are received with smiles and a friendly welcome. The produce area and florist are upfront and center and are full of fresh beautiful flowers and fresh perfectly organized produce. The salad bar was clean fresh full of a variety of item and very inviting. The gelato (Italian ice cream) was magnifico! Delicioso! You can try for free all the flavor you desire! Actually you are able to sample any item on the sandwich deli or asian station as well. There is a large diversity of products ranging from old different cultures in the produce the grocery and the Frozen areas of the supermarket. If you are unable to find an item dont hesitate to stop any of the employees as they are all friendly and ready to help you out so dont be shy! Great staff, great food, great produce, This store is truly exeptional!

I ordered a birthday cake and cupcakes for my Mother in laws 80th birthday. Norma was fantastic! I told her yellow butterflies for the top and picked out a fondant wrap. The cake was absolutely beautiful! The cake was white and cupcakes were chocolate. Both were delicious!

Meat Dept is first class. Good produce, heirloom tomatoes when in season. Andy in the meat dept is a credit to the company. But that is the norm for Ingles.

Better than Walmart. Some things are pricey though. On my third visit I go Wonton Soup from the hot bar. NEVER AGAIN! Who ever made the soup could not have possibly tasted it or they would have thrown it out. Tasted like sea water or the warm salt warm solution I gargled with early that day. If this is how they eat it they should head to the emergency room ASAP. Maybe management should spot taste what they are selling from time to time.

Visited 07/26, and Michelle in the salad bar area was amazing! Best customer service ever!! She was so polite and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I wanted.

I always finds SO SO SO many out of date items it makes me nervous shopping here but Im giving it a 2 because they carry boars head lunch meats and cheeses 🤷

We used to love shopping at Ingles until today. We were overcharged for items due to the cashier not scanning our Ingles card correct. We thought it had scanned, but it didnt. After we purchased our items, we looked at the receipt and it didnt show our Ingles card and showed full priced items. My husband went back inside and talked to a woman that was the assistant manager. She quickly went through the aisles and only credited us back $5.48! We paid $25 for 5 of the 6 pack coke products and full price for the rest of our items. We will never shop here again and will also warn others.

This place has great sales every time I come. The deli is the best deli that I have ever seen at any Ingles that has been visited! Theyre sandwiches are so fresh!Have a great variety of beans, snacks, specialty foods, and I love their ice cream!

Definitely my favorite store in town. The meat is the best as for grocery stores. All the employees and management was great as usual . Especially when I was looking for an item and looking in all the wrong places...lol. the place is always clean, the produce is great, and they make the best in-house guacamole. Over by the cut up fruits and vegetables. Its almost as good as my own homemade, so I just dont make my own anymore and buy theirs.

Athens ingles is very clean and organized. I gave it four stars because of the lack of customer service from management.

I went to use the coinstar machine. The inside of the store looked great and I was able to cash it $60 in pennies!

The store itself I had never been in. Went to get a player dinner with my friend. What I got was good cooking. I noticed there were also places there to sit and eat. The store was very light, colorful and airy. I will revisit the store. The plate dinner was around $5.00 and I am to understand that is about average. There was plenty on the plate (styrofoam/with lid).

Love how the people are always friendly. Store is clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that everything is packaged for a family and you cant get them to repackage a smaller amount 😫

Love this store, great selections on many products other stores dont have. The produce is top notch, and the meat is best in town. And they usually have some pretty decent sales. The staff is always helpful in all their departments. Oh and their homemade guacamole is awesome, (its back by the cut up fruit) . Almost as good as my own homemade. So much so I almost never make my own now.

Good Produce and other food. Chinese Food in the cafe is good but some days not so good. But at least the Chinese buffet has white meat chicken not dark meat. Also need to fix this..the sesame chicken should be cooked with sesame sauce not just some sweet sauce and sesame seeds scattered on top... It is good but would be better if real Sesame Sauce...

They have a clean store, good sales and a good variety to choose from. Their employees are friendly and customer oriented. AND they have a pharmacy that gives outstanding service! Always get my medicine filled there!

They need to step it up at the deli the food is made me sick more than once esp the egg salad and the pizza 🍕 is soggy and burned at the bottom plus they dont allow refills at the drink fountain smh but the boars head subs are amazing

We really like to visit this place when we are in town. The staff is friendly personable and helpful. The selection is really nice. Theyre hot and cold bars are amazing for lunch. And the prices are just right for the food and things that they offer. It is clean spacious and bright. The bathrooms are easily wheelchair-accessible and clean.

Always friendly, huge fresh selection of fruits and veggies. Very clean. My favorite place to grocery shop and get a fresh cup of coffee from Starbucks which is inside the store. Bakery is great as is the huge salad bar and deli. Meata always fresh and prices are faie.

I was stuck juggling places to order a Christmas dinner this year. I had my mother telling me Cracker Barrel was pretty good, my other half voted on Ingles and swore by it, and me doing my usual deep internet search and reading review after review.I searched and read the Cracker Barrel site in Athens from top to bottom and the choices looked and sounded amazing. Everyone knows Cracker Barrel has great southern cookin! I was stuck on all my choices and went back and forth changing this and that. I was getting pretty frustrated. Austin, my other half, finally said, Babe, just try Ingles. Its delicious and you get larger portions. So, I looked up the number and gave them a called on the evening of the 23rd and spoke with a few different associates, who were all very friendly and eager to help, and was guided where to go on their website to look at every single option. After making my decision, I called back and placed my order with a very patient man. As I said, I was overwhelmed at this point. He made the experience very easy and made me feel good about my choice.The following evening, I was about an hour late picking up my order and they made sure to keep my order nice and hot. When I picked up my order, the staff were so humble and friendly! The young lady who checked me out was very talkative (perfectly fine with me because Im a chatty Cathy myself) and so sweet! I didnt have an Ingles card because its not my normal place to shop and she still gave me a discount and gave me the whole run down about their savings program for gasoline when shop in the grocery store. I was actually really impressed at the knowledge she had, she left me with not a single question unanswered had I needed to ask one! Not only was she great and gave me a discount along with the additional discount on gas, but they upgraded my meal and the meal was wonderful!I had a Deluxe Turkey dinner meal. Full 10-12 lb turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, broccoli and cheese, dinner rolls, brioche ... The works! It was awesome! Id like to try Cracker Barrel also but Im very happy with my choice for 2019! I definitely recommend Ingles for a fully cooked holiday meal with great service on top!
