I have been dealing with Southern Hydraulics for over 20 years. One of the best cylinder companies around - great products, great service - friendly people. On numerous occasions, we have needed a quick-turn-around on a cylinder and they have always came thru in a timely manner. The few times that we have had issues - and they will happen in 20 years - they have always made it right and were very professional. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THEY HAVE INCOMPETENT WORKERS THAT ARE NOT SKILLED AT ALL! Take your cylinders here and they screw them up and make u think they are doing you a favor. They lost the business of a good company that I work for and now we take our business to actual professionals. They don’t realize just what doing this kind of thing to people will get them in the end. THINK OF THAT!!

Even though Im not longer an employee here anymore, and may have issues with the way some things are done as far as firing procedures go, they are a great company that does there all to make sure the customer is always satisfied! Still a great company

Terrible service in repair department. Hes had my cylinder for almost six weeks, and I cant even get a phone call returned. I would find another place if I knew what I know now.
