Always fair and honest. Excellent customer service. This service, I had a slow leak in a tire. It was a nail and in the side wall, so it couldnt be plugged, only patched. They gave me two options for tires and ensured I was matching the tires already on my car. They kept me informed and were knowledgeable. Next service for oil change and general check up in two months.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Bulldog Kia, the last in 2012. My experience with the sales and service team has always been pleasant, fair and honest. My 2012 Kia Sportage and I have been on many adventures, it had 240000 miles on it. A couple of Sundays ago driving home from work she gave no indication of trouble and the engine went out. This car has never left me or gave me cause for worry in 240000 miles, never ran hot, only requiring the usual maintenance, tires, battery and brakes. I was incredibly upset to learn the automotive shop I had it towed to stated they would not touch it! I called BO, I was in tears and extremely upset. He was calm and acknowledged the obvious but stated he would try to help me and I trusted him. I had the car towed to Athens Bulldog KIa. I did not have much hope of coming out without a huge bill! Bo called to inform me that Kia motors was going to honor a recall notice and replace the engine even with my mileage! I secretly thought, well, I will see my car again in a few months! However, Bo called to tell me just one week later that I could pick my car up it was ready! I drove home in happy tears that I had my baby back and our adventures were not over yet! I can never thank Kia, Bo or the service team enough, they have made me a Bulldog Kia customer for life and when my dear Sportage has had enough of me, I will most certainly return to Bulldog Kia for my next new car. Thank you so much Bo and the service team for saving my baby this time!

Couldnt have gone more easy nor efficient. Joe got me some great rebates dealer incentives and an online discount. The warranty and service check ups are outstanding. First of all the service department is very nice but my car car has only 5,000 miles .My check engine light comes on so I take it to kia to be fixed.Just to be told they will fix it but will not play for the part because it looks like something chewed the wires under my car. First she says two hundred dollars but she wasnt going to do me that way. Ive only made three payments on my 2021. Now I got to pay a hundred and 80 dollars. My question is why isnt the wires covered and I didnt chew the wires why should I have to pay for it? We like kia but this isnt right:(

This was my first visit to Bulldog Kia since I moved to the area. I was very impressed with my service and my service advisor James. Also, I was in and out fairly quickly. It probably helped that I had an appointment. I look forward to my next visit!!

Anyone in the market for an AWD Telluride, beware they may have a drivetrain problem from manufacturing. Many people as well as myself have felt a general vibration/humming at highway speeds between 65-75 mph. Be sure to thoroughly test drive on highway. Many have had success with correcting the problem with their Kia dealerships using the Kia Techline. With Bulldog Kia Service Department, that is not the case. I bought the car from them recently and brought it to them twice within a weeks time frame and was immediately dismissed by Chad the service advisor right off the bat. I explained my problem to him, and I stated that many others on forums have experienced the same problem, to where he responds along the lines of You can find anything on the internet. Chad and the Technician could not duplicate the problem. Chad tells me to bring the car the following week since our appointment was at 4pm and towards the end of their shift and they can get a better look at it. I agree, although Ive had family members and friends test drive and felt exactly what I felt. Today (10/5/21) was my second visit and met with Chad again. I arrived around 9:30am. I actually test drove the vehicle with Chad this time and he still states he couldnt feel anything. Even though it was raining, the problem could still be felt and heard. He tells me again he did not feel or hear the issue. We went back and forth a bit, and he stated that I expect the vehicle to be fixed in one day, and that it will be longer than a day, which I never gave any notion of. So indirectly, he admitted to it having a problem. I would have gladly left the car as long as needed, as long as it gets fixed. I asked to please open up a Kia Techline case, in which they did and I would wait for a response. While waiting, Chad and the Technician go for another ride, in which I told Chad to let me ride with the technician, but that never happened even though I was there waiting. Chad tells me the Technician again was not able to duplicate the problem. I leave the dealership around 2pm. Afterwards, I call Kia Customer Assistance and open a case. The lady on the phone read to me the notes that Phillip the Technician wrote to Kia Techline. Phillip states that he rode with me in the car and was not able to duplicate the issue, so the Techline stated that if the problem cannot be reproduced then to not go on any repairs. That is a lie because I never met Phillip the Technician, just dealt with Chad who is only a service provider, not a Technician with any experience. This all leads me to believe they were blowing me off. Apparently, warranty work isnt very profitable or worth the effort, especially an issue like this that may take awhile to fix, as Chad stated. So all the others on the forums, family members, friends and myself dont seem to know what we are feeling and its no cause of concern. My Telluride has less than 1000 miles on it, bought it brand new, and I just love to waste my time with my brand new car and complain to the service department about my problem...seems like. Take your concerns elsewhere, youll waist your time and money with them.

I purchased a Kia Soul today. Charles was awesome, he worked with me on two different vehicles, Seth and Steve worked to get me financed at the best rate and payment I could do. When I went to finalize everything, the computers were down. It was a pleasant situation due to Charles kindness, we talked of our families, hobbies, and the blessings of each day. I have used Bulldog Kia service department many times. I had an oil change with tire rotationand have glichy radio system evaluated. The worker told me that they were working on getting a price for replacing radio system.. I asked if this is something typically covered under extended warranty. The worker asked who warranty was through. I advised her that I wasnt sure but would let her know once I retrieved information from my vehicle. To my surprise when checking out I had an estimate ready and was told that it is not covered under extended warranty. I asked how she was able to look up my warranty provider. She stated that he found the paperwork in your vehicle. I am not happy that someone plundered through my vehicle without my permission. This is never acceptable! The tire rotation was supposed to be free (because of previous tire purchase) but once I was home (15 minutes from dealership) I realized that I was charged. More horrifically, not one, not two, but all five lugnuts on front driver side tire were so loose that they were about to fall off. I only had drove my car from the dealership to home. I knew something did not sound right but thought it was another car. The next morning I got up to head out of town. When I was driving and turned the wheel my car began to shake. I knew this was not right so I immediately stopped. This is when I realized how much danger I was in due to the negligence of the Bulldog Kia service department. Luckily my parents had taught me years ago how to check and do a few things on a vehicle. This negligence could have caused a horrible accident . Please do better Bulldog Kia to ensure the safety of your customers after their vehicle is serviced.

When my car was towed after it stalled on me and was left in service lane overnight.The following morning when I arrivedI was surprised to see a technician trying to pry my door open and left my upper chrome molding separated from the doorNot only did I get charged $129 for a diagnostic feeBut then they tried to sell me a fuel pump at $500 when the cost of part plus tax was only $294 from Rick case KiaService manger told me the best he could was sell the molding at cost but why should I pay for something I didn’t break especially when you don’t plan to put it on for me eitherMy vehicle didn’t arrive like that it should not leave like that regardless of any excuses of the money they need to makecall someone !!you don’t just pry door open and what would be the point ? Without a keyHighly dissatisfied

Customer service is an obvious priority with the staff from service to sales to management and ownership. We are always greeted immediately but never pressured in any way. I recently had to buy a car immediately due to a large repair needed on another vehicle (not a Kia) and I was not about to drop thousands on an older vehicle. I called Bulldog Kia first thing in the morning and explained my situation. James Hammond told me to come on in and they would take care of me. I made the hour drive and like always, it was worth it. James made sure to let me know that they would make something happen for me. From Austin and Seth (sales managers) to Ryan Oldham (sales) to Andy (financing), the experience was nothing but positive. I left with a great Sorento (our 3rd one). For me and my wife, the drive to Athens is worth it for the level of customer service from this team. We will continue to give Bulldog Kia our business!

We took our van into their service center hoping to receive expert care. They suggested a tuneup. It was not cheap, but I wanted to make sure that my car was running perfectly.The check engine light was still on when I picked my car up. I was not even able to get it onto the Highway. I had to have it towed.I took it to another automobile specialist and they told me that it was pretty much beyond repair. I wish I had known this before I invested so much money in the tuneup at Kia. I also can’t believe they would let somebody drive off their lot with a shuttering car and the check engine light on? I pulled out onto Atlanta highway and was almost hit.I called a few times to see if they would remedy the situation, and they didn’t. They me that it is not standard practice for them to test drive an automobile after a tuneup and make sure it works properly. What? That was new for me.Please use caution with their service center.

Motor had to be replaced due to a recall/it locking up. But my starter also had to be replaced. And it should’ve been replaced with the motor considering it never would have went out if my motor had not locked up. But that’s neither here nor there. It’s done and paid for. My motor is knocking though and doesn’t sound right.

Went for oil and tire rotation spent 3 hrs there with no update or communication with rep until they were done.

While purchasing my 2020 Telluride was a great experience, the service after that is subpar. After my 1yr subscription with Uvo, I can no longer type in an address on my gps. I have to go through hoops and ladders to find an address and if I do, it doesnt take me to the right place. Finally I gave up and just use waze app but I cant look down on my phone while driving because its illegal. And it doesnt come up on the screen because thats not an app compatible with the car. I have called several times in reference to this, no one has been able to come up with a solution aside from paying for a subscription with UVO. That makes no sense. Had I known that prior to purchasing the car I would have gone somewhere else. Prior to Kia, I had been with Acura for over 10years and the service there is much different. I did not have to wait weeks - a month to get my car serviced. I could easily walk in and request service on my car and it would get done. If I couldnt get the car serviced, they would schedule an appointment. If I was at work, they would come to my job, give me a loaner, and take my car to get serviced. With Kia, I called to get an oil change. The earliest they could get me was 3 weeks out. The recommended overage of mileage is 2500. I called to say I have a whole 7 days before my appointment and as of the morning I am over 2400, I was told that there is nothing they could do unless someone cancels. Maybe Acura spoiled me but at least if you waited with Acura they would wash and vacuum the car while waiting. Im just so disappointed. Needless to say, I will be going somewhere else to get my oil change.

The best car buying experience ever. We were in the market for a certain color Telluride. They called and said they had one coming. We settled on a price and I drove up there with my wife and bought her the car of her dreams. In and out in about an hour and a half. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. If you want a Kia, bulldog is the place.

Did you know that resetting the history doesn’t solve problems, it actually hides them temporarily? The shop employees know.I’m convinced they’ve sold me a Lemon or something to the effect, so they don’t want to actively fix issues until they cost more. That’s why I personally recommend Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers on Atlanta Highway. That’s where I’ll be taking my shaky, powerless vehicle to be FIXED. And in a fraction of the time, too.
