If you have a pool or spa then you know at one point you are going to run across an OMG what do I do moment! 🤣 I have this moment every year at opening, but I have a secret weapon😉 Erin Coleman (located at the Athens Tn plant and supply showroom) first off take your water sample they test it for free, next and most importantly this young lady KNOWS her stuff!!! She will guide you through the process and the end results are amazing! Rest of the season is a breeze! But if any issues arise it is quickly taken care of with a quick visit to the pool queen 👸! And she’s just as knowledgeable about spas too! So 10 stars ⭐️ to Dynasty Pool and Spas in Athens Tn for having this amazing lady on staff!!!!

Went in to get new fittings for an existing spa that come with the house. Because they are the manufacture they were able to get me the parts right away and were even able to look up the model and serial number based on my address. Helped me get set up to start putting the spa back to good use. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Will be back.

First we drove over 2 hours just to get there.We did pass other spa dealers on the way.i had talked to a Great person Dan .He was awesome he worked really had to make sure I had the hot tub I liked. He was not pushing me into anything I didnt want or couldnt afford...I will tell anyone looking for hot tub call them....Be sure to ask for the best Dan...

After 15 months of phone calls and hassle we have finally given up. We ordered a replacement hot tub cover and it was sent to us damaged 3 different times. We were told it was damaged by the shipping company. One would think you would get another shipping company in order to keep your customer happy, but apparently that is not the case. I only give one star because the office personnel were pleasant and answered most of my questions. We will not recommend Dynasty to anyone after this terrible incident. So shameful!

We went in to purchase after browsing twice. Very nice, not pushy sales. I will say, that you should be prepared for an electrician in case youre not. And super ask questions as to your delivery point. We were mistakingly told the tubs could be dollied any where. No truck needed. Thats not the case. You must be able to have their delivery truck get within 25 feet of your desired place ! The delivery team is simply the best there is! Austin 🙌 and Tyler came out for the 2nd time and were done in an hour. The steps were the only thing they couldnt give us due to not being available at this time, but that is fine, they delivered in the pouring rain! Hats off to you delivery guys!

It has been several months and I still have not had my hot tub repaired. They were supposed to come today. I got a call an hour after I got to work saying that I had to drain it. I drove 40miles home and drained it. At 4:30pm I got a call from the tech guy saying he couldn’t make it because “they” had put jobs in from of me. He said it would be another month before he could get back. I called to complain and Stephanie she was exceptionally rude. I was very unhappy which could be the reason, but she has been rude on every one of the 10 previous calls. An apology would have been appreciated, but instead I get a reaction like this is business as normal = Poor customer service, refusal to timely make warranty repairs and POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP of the spa.From the start customer service is non existent. If you need service expect only poor communication, disrespect, and no follow through unless you are calling and insisting. Although the Spa seems to be well built and was water tested prior to delivery, it has leaked from day one. I would highly recommend against doing business with Dynasty Spas.

Purchased a home with a Garden Leisure Spa and were so excited to use it. Had Dynasty come and service the spa and everything seemed great. 3-4 months later the “spa-pack” went bad. Called Dynasty to order the replacement and schedule a technician to come fix it. They advised me that the “spa-pack” that I needed was on back order and placed me on a list (and advised that they would call me when one came in). Fast forward 6 months. I call to verify that the list is still active and that I am still waiting on the part. The Garden Leisure Warranty Coordinator advised me that they had over 150 people on this waiting list and several spas that were under warranty that needed this part, but that they were unable to get them in. Seems to me that Dynasty needs to find a new part supplier to be able to fulfill service requests as well as warranty requests. If there was a negative star, I would have chosen it.

This place I worked at I sprayed fiber glass on hot tubs. It is a very hot place to work in the summer time. This is me at work. I had to wear paper pants and tape to keep fiber glass off my clothes and booties and tape on my shoes.

Purchasing was easy, very friendly and attentive, thats where it ends. When it was delivered they drug it up a dog ramp (which they gouged as well) rather than use the steps, which marred the tub and then that took three months to get it buffed out. The clock is always on some odd time and the control panel is crooked simply because they have no quality control and just slapped it on. Just very disappointed for the amount of money we spent.

I order a hot tub June 11 paid cash to them 5600.00 they told me no problems to install this tub here we are in December 7 and I have no tub and they tell me the owner must approve refund but he or she is not breaking record to issue refunds I guess this will take a lawyer to get my money back this is 6 months and still no tub I will not Recomend anyone to purchase from Dynasty spas. Well, I was going to buy a 9k hottub there but when I looked at the quality in the showroom, It made me think twice.To the point where it has been 6 month and I am still not convinced that that it is the right company for me. Shouldnt show room display top notch quality, finished product?Warped, crooked panels on the side, sealant showing around the jets. I was not impressed at alI .It would be like dented BMWs all over showroom at a car place.I bought one there 15 years ago.It was good but had fare share of problems that had to be fixed through out the years as part of warranty and out of pocket.Jets started popping out very early in the use.So I figured, 15 years later, major improvements, better quality etc., I will buy another one but upon looking at the misaligned panels on most tubs, quality has went down and I am not comfortable buying it there anymore

I have own a Dynasty Spa of which needs service. I placed a call to their facility of which I was given the run around and had to speak to 4 different people and still ended up having to leave a message. The next day when I hadn’t received a call back I started calling again leaving 4 messages total for them to return my call to have service done on my spa. When I FINALLY got an answer (after multiple calls in a row) I was informed they cannot set up service without the serial number of which they cannot look up in their system even though the spa was bought through them. At that point Stephanie an employee of the company got a VERY bad attitude yelling and talking over myself (the customer) telling me how I need to get someone to remove the sides of my spa to get her the serial number. Needless to say I will have someone else work on my spa and NEVER take my service there! I do not recommend to ANYONE to use this company unless you plan to do everything for yourself even down to tearing the spa apart and working on it yourself.

Worst customer service I ever dealt with. No return calls, the say they look into the issue and when you call back they tell you there is nothing on file. I think that all they want is their money when you buy their hot tub. Looking at getting a different brand.

No long term benefits. No advancements once you have topped out on pay. You can work there for 5-10 years and wont even get a handshake goodbye when you leave even if youve given a 2-4 weeks notice. No one cares about you or your life... Its all about the dollar... :(

Purchased a Dynasty Hot tub Coconut Bay Lounger in 2013, paid about $10,000. The hot tub is overrated & overpriced. Ive had continual problems with leaks and lately two waterfalls have begun to leak. The manufacturer has always avoided their warranty responsibility by blaming it on some other problem caused by the homeowner. I paid to have a waterfall replaced only to find out that Dynasty changed the part slightly causing the water flow to be much less that the other two waterfalls. So now my only option is to replace the other two waterfalls so that the water discharge is equal. I dont even bother turning on the waterfalls as it looks terrible. You would think that for the price you would get something reliable and durable. This is not the case. I will never purchase from this manufacturer again. Run dont walk away from this companys product.

I would not recommend this place. They talk you In to buying a spa and they do not explain anything about the spa. Dan was our sales rep. He put NEW SPA on our contract only to find out that it was a spa had that been sitting outside. The employees here are extremely rude. When you call and need help they are not willing at all. So therefore, I needed a part on my new spa they wanted to charge me. DONOT BUY A SPA HERE..

Bought a spa during their scratch and dent sale 3 years ago and we LOVE our spa. We use it a few times a week and have never grown tired of it. Ours has fountains, lights, a stereo and seats 7. Family and friends love it too! We had a few issues with it but Robert in cs was awesome and never had trouble with service calls even though we live 2 hrs away.

Originally purchased a Dynasty hot tub as it was a local shop. Have regretted the purchase.3yrs of use, developed a leak. Maintenance crew removed the Frog pellet holder which caused the leak.4yrs of use, lifting arm broke on the cover.5 yrs of use, replaced the cover at a cost the cost of $572.25 (double the normal price)5yrs of use, found the cover price did not include the lifting arms..an additional $325.91.Upon receiving the lifting arms, Dynasty wanted to charge me $75 to have them installed. I decided to do it myself. I read the installation instructions and found the lifting arms were improperly installed during the original setup. This is why the arms broke. I went to the Dynasty shop to talk to the manager, her response was the original crew was no longer working there. I asked if they provide the crews with training for proper installation and she said NO. Are you kidding me? I previously owned a Hot Springs tub which I left at my previous home. It is still working fine and the new owners are enjoying it. By far Hot Springs is the better of the two.

Good on the front end sales effort but absolutely no follow up thereafter. Our sales rep never called to see if we were happy or had issues. He failed to respond to several emails and several phone calls questioning an issue that we felt were misrepresented.Are we happy with the spa...yes...except for the radio.Are we happy with the chemical purchase process...yes...Erin is very helpful.Our overall rating could easily have been Loved It but its clear that once purchased you are forgotten by the sales department although Robert in the service dept is very good and responsive so thats a plus.They need some serious training on follow up customer service.I would do more documentation on the front end to be sure you are getting all that was promised.Overall...Its okay.

I would not buy one again. If you have a problem with it you would be lucky to get someone to return your call. Just remember if your buying one of these you are buying it because of the price. Price does not always mean you get what you paid for but in the case beware of what your getting and from who. Some may enjoy this but on my end this whole process has been a bad experience and would not suggest it to anyone. And yes we have actually bought one and it is in our back yard.

I have had my hot tub for 2 years. It has 3 buttons for different jets to work. The motor that controls the Jets for button #1 went out. I have been calling for 2 days. Endless holds with parts department. Apparently only 1 guy works in parts and service. Well they wont answer the phone when transferred. The receptionist is not helpful because she says hes in a different building so I cant go get him. The service is a joke. Be warned.

Service dept. is terrible. When tub was new they even charged for a service call, read your warranty carefully. I got tired of calling and paying them to fix the same problem ( a small leak). I fixed it myself and found some terrible workmanship, broken parts, missing fasteners and pump controller not even bolted in. The pump that was replaced and not bolted in, vibrations from the poorly installed pump keep causing leaks. I have had them out 3 times (for the same thing). The part cost $3 and if it was installed correctly, I wont be writing this. I like the tub but their service department is bad. If you buy one of their tubs use someone else for maintenance.

We have a Dynasty Spa purchased in 2010. We love it, however, communicating with Dynasty leaves a lot to be desired. Every time I call them I have to make a follow-up call because I dont get a response. The last call I made was Monday 10/3/2016 in the A.M.. I left a message asking for a quote to winterize the spa. I called again on Tuesday 10/4, was transferred to the service/parts department and placed on hold for better than 5 minutes, so I hung up. I have felt for quite some time that after we spent thousands of dollars with Dynasty, they cant be bothered. Ordering chemicals has always been an easy and pleasant enough process, but the good customer service seems to end there.

Absolutely horrible customer experience. Spa blew a main board after only 10 months. Company would not stand behind the product cause I bought the tub from the original owner. I asked if they would sell me the board at their cost since it should not have failed after 9 months and they said no This is an expensive board over #$500.00 on a spa almost brand new. They do not stand behind their product and the product is obviously low quality if blowing main boards after only a few months. I strongly suggest you do not buy their spas. Customer service is horrible and product poor!!! Find another spa. I didnt want the part for free. Again, they are the worst!

Bought from a dealer in the UK. Brand new 6 seater spa. Pump didn’t work from the first day, the engineer had to come out and re wire the circuit board to get the pump to work. The stereo wasn’t even connected at the factory and the dealer had to come back again and connect that. The pump was weak and was better on either the left or right but never all the way round. The LED lights were brighter on one side than the other and then the circulation failed making the spa look like a pond when we went away for a few days on two occasions. These are a terrible quality product and there are far more spas out there that are far better value for the money than Dynasty Spas. Avoid at all cost. Thank goodness we bought from a reputable dealer with high integrity and they collected the spa and refunded all of our money to us. Do not buy a Dynasty Spa!

Have A dynasty Spa that is a little over a 1 yr old. I had to have service come out to repair the Acrylic and I was charged a trip fee of 75.00 dollars. Called the company about this fee and they explained it was for the Service guy to come out and look and repair the hot tub. This was the worse experience of customer service that I ever had. Jacob was rude and did not want to answer any of the questions that I had asked. They also told me if not paid it voids the warranty. I am very disappointed with this since Dynasty spas comes highly recommended from friends. This fee should be disclosed when calling about a service issue and not just a bill showing up in the mail.
