Good place to work as long as you are determined. Coming from a new employee, most of the people that work here have been here 5+ years, and you can definitely see why. This Company by far has the most understanding and family like staff. Prejudice does not exist here and the company is very diverse. If you are looking for a manufacturing job, or somewhere that you want to work with people who care about you like family, this is the place. I hope to retire from this Company, and coming from a previous assembly line employee (I have had to work my way up) and administrative background with major companies in North Alabama, this by far is the one I would recommend the most.

I work at this place for a second job and it sucked. The workers there are prejudice, and will cal you out of your name in a heartbeat. They do drugs on the work premises, and the supervisor Jennifer has no authority, and will let her workers treat her any type of way. For all future applicants, DONT APPLY! It’s not worth your pay, nor your time. If I could give zero stars I would.
