I ordered sway bar bushings for my car and chose same day delivery. At 6:30pm the parts still havent arrived. I contacted customer service only to find out that they never found a driver to deliver the parts despite emailing me saying that the order has shipped and was on the way. Nice job guys. #grossincompetence

Had to got back and return part so they could get the right one. Screed me out of 2 hours.

Super good service

They have just about anything you need and the staff are helpful. Prices are average. Store layout isnt intuitive at all but thats common for this chain. Good location, always plenty of parking.

My auto parts store I love going there

Absolutely excellent service. Went in for some headlights for my VW golf and the person at the front counter was super helpful and got me what I needed quickly. He also offered tips on how to install. I then exited the store and another employee saw that I had headlights and told me to wear gloves to install so I do not blow out the light. Super friendly!

I went only a few times to this store and always someone nice help me out with the parts I was looking for.

Online service is awful.. The people at the store are very helpful.. Returning things is fairly easy but I waited 4 days before my money was returned on my card.. That seems ridiculous when its literally a push of a button. I guess its much better if you go in and talk to a person and pay in cash..

Easy transaction, no fuss, unfortunately didnt have the main part I was looking for and needed it that day but were able to help me locate another location that had the part in ware that i could go pick it up. Not their fault I needed the part right then and there.

Love the guys down there (and Kara). I grab my parts and usually end up staying for 15 mins laughing and joking with the staff, its that kind of place that you get 5* service and awesome employees that enjoy working with the public. I was in search of a part that was hard to locate, the guys spent 10 mins surfing around on their computers to access their secondary sources to locate it for me and found the best price available that they could. Highly recommend.

This store on the Athol,Orange line inHannaford plaza has a knowledgeablestaff.went in today for a Mobil-1 oil & filterspecial and met yet another class act,newer to that store...Scott !Store is also very well stocked.Thankful to have this store so closeto our home!

Very helpful staff, prices are pretty average, locally owned, theres quite a few things theyll do for you, like put in a new battery, or wipers. Nice if your not able to do something.

Run of the mill parts store. Ordered a valve cover gasket for my car and received the wrong parts and it was no refundable. Otherwise, they have almost everything you could need for maintanence and can order for you.

Knowledgeable employees that helped me as soon as i walked in the door.

Almost always has what I need for my project on hand... Rarely do I have to go anywhere else.
