We recently replaced an old fixed awning on our deck with a new one from Softek Fabric Awnings. Tim MCGuinn was the guy whom I dealt with on the phone and he was very prompt in his response. He gave us a reasonable price quote and most importantly, I did not feel pressured to work with him. He was quite calm and jovial during his visits. During awning installation he also took care to secure the structural frame with additional fittings. His team (Tim and 2 more people) did a great job and they completed their work within the time frame they mentioned.
