Love this place. Always find what Im looking for and with the best deals. Today I bought 5 pairs of shoes, valued over $ 300 dollars and I paid only $103 including my $10 rewards discount.

Went in the store on 11/7 looking for some Chuck Taylors! They had a pair i like so I got 2 one for me and one for my daughter! I ordered them online and told the manager Jay I would return. When I came back he greeted me and my husband and remembered my name. He even shared a joke with my husband lol! His customer service was better than a lot Ive seen and I definitely will continue to return to this Shoe Carnival. The store was well kept and clean!

I went there yesterday to return and get another shoe instead because the one I got didn’t not fit well with me, so when I get there I know they was about to close it was only like 15min left but I did get the shoes before they close, But the people work there was not even happy to help me it looks like they don’t even want to see me, one of the lady was the manager I think and the other lady, disappointed with their customer service so rude, the don’t even say ur welcome when I say thank you. I never see this kinds of customers service. Never come back again in that place.

I talked to a guy on the phone and he said I can buy 1 pair with a full price and the same with the 2nd pair half price. When I came into the store, I had spoken with a girl and told her this exact same thing but she said, we cannot help you. And then when I had asked the same guy if he had said that to me the last time, he lied and said, no, I didnt say that. Make sure to check with the manager about shoe prices, especially about half-prices before actually buying the shoes. Lesson learned. Poor community service. I will never come back here ever again. EVER.

Not a large variety of sneakers for women. I made a purchase from the mens section.

I try not to post bad reviews, so I wont mention the dozen or more shoe stores I went to before I found this place (and I am NOT a picky shopper). But this place really impressed me. Great prices. Great selection. Great service. 2nd pair half-off. Spinning the wheel to see how big the discount made it festive. All shoes are on display, so no waiting while they look in the back. Lots of accessories like socks, sole inserts, belts, etc. Highly recommend.

Very clean and open. No crowd my girls definitely love they sandals. We will be back soon.

I went to this location on June 8th and I havent seen great customer service like this in a long time! Abraham (the manager) and his evening staff (I failed to get their names😣) were so helpful and friendly. I wish that more stores and restaurants were like this. This is how customer service should be EVERY WHERE you go!! I will definitely be going back to this location from now on!!! Thanks so much!!!!!!!

The sales associates are always friendly everytime I visit. Its a place to get good deals, especially online and they offer free store pickup. I will continue to be a customer here, only complaint is that its kinda far from where I stay.

I went here on 9/29 and about a week before and the customer service was exceptional! They were on top of everything and super friend and told some jokes as well!! I will definitely be back... great job!!!!

Its the only place my little munchkin will let me take her for shoes and shes right because we always have a great time They spoil us every single time. the last three times we went I also found shoes outside the store on clearance racks, one pair for my friend, one for myself and one for my sister. Who knows who will get a pair next time and there will be a next time. Make sure and take a look before going into the store. Dont forget to buy socks. They are buy two packs get one free on one rack and then buy one get one free on another and so on. They also have slippers to keep your feet warm around the house. Have a great time when you go and make sure when you buy shoes to always leave plenty of room for your toes to wiggle. Do not mash them in there. Who cares how big your feet are? We have to take care of our feet! If your shoe fits and it has actual support your back might even stop hurting. Its true. Please take care of your feet and make sure the little ones around you have new shoes. I cannot stress enough how fast little feet grow and how important it is to have a shoe that fits. Oh my goodness I did not get a pair of shoes for myself It looks like we will be going back soon. Oh. I better mention... they have boots. Yay.

Oh easily one of my favorite spots to shop! If youve never been go in...the guy that makes the announcements is awesome. I just assume hes the manager because hes been there for years. Hes very professional, yet friendly and he remembers his repeat customers.

I only dropped by briefly for in-store pickup, but the associates were all very amiable and nice (without being pushy). In my book, that’s worth 5 stars alone.

While they didn’t have the model/size shoe I wanted in stock, I was able to have them shipped to my house for no extra cost. All this AND it was buy one get one 1/2 off ! The staff was friendly and I was pleased with my experience. First pair came two days later!Thank you

They dont really have a good selection and then you can never find a shoe that fits well! And then on top of that no one can really tell you about the shoe when you have questions about it. Like weather how well itll stretch, if its a good shoe, or whats the best shoe for your size. I only spoke to one lady in there that could really give me good information versus the manager and some of the other people in there. All it seems like theyre worried about is making the sale. So basically when you go into a Shoe Carnival your kind of on your own unless you find somebody that knows how to explain how shoes work and whats good for you! Ive been in the store too many times trying to find a shoe for work. And now Im having to go back to find something else because she was too big in the toe.

Its a much more upscale store than I expected. I went there to buy shoes for my grandson and wound up realizing that there were some good buys there for me as well and good brands.
