We went on a Wednesday night and we had a great time. The food was good and the music was great. They had a live band and he kept the crowd going. The D.J. in the intermission did a wonderful job as well. Basic parking was $10 and VIP was $20. I tried the lamb chops and the grouper bites and both were good. Will definitely be back nice grown folks vibe!

This atmosphere is nice, there is a strict dress code, it is pricey, and it is definitely for the grown and sexy.HOWEVER my experience here was trash 🗑 Celebrating a birthday we had to pay $200 for a table and were told it would be contributed to our bill. At the end of the night when we were leaving the waitress said that we needed to pay our bill we were all confused but went back inside to be handed a bill for $400. The waitress stated that the 200 was JUST to hold the table and tried to convince us that our party had racked up an additional $200 in food in drink. Upon further inspection of the bill we were able to deduce that the waitress had added on premium drinks and entrees from people that were NEAR us but not even with OUR party. It took a disgusting amount of time to sort out the ridiculous mess during which we were also able to verify that the original $200 was supposed to have covered our charges 😑🤨 my suggestion is better and cohesive training for your staff

Cigar City Club has a very nice and laid back atmosphere. This was my first time ever going to a cigar lounge and smoking a cigar. As I walked into the establishment; which happened to be “Ladies Night”, I was met at the door with a rose and a gift bag (classy touch) by a very professional young lady by the name of “Ty”. I was extremely impressed by her knowledge of cigars, and what drinks would best pair with them. Her level of customer service and hospitality is impeccable. She made sure I was properly taken care of while being very attentive to other guest! I had a wonderful experience and met some really nice people last night! One gentleman I had the privilege of sitting next to “Greg” gave me a cigar out of his personal collection. I’ll definitely be back and recommend your lounge to others. Keep up the great work!

The customer service is poor. I went with my family and who ever was suppose to seat us looked at us and never seated us. We all felt judged by 5 girls who we believe are the hostess. We asked if there were any tables available and they looked at us like we were dumb. One girl walked over to the other and said no and didnt even look for a table or wanted to help.PLEASE DONT GO HERE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND PARKING and also the vibe was dry for the time we were there waiting. If i could give zero stars i would.

I contacted the establishment over a period of four months to schedule a birthday celebration. No one responded. The customer service is unprofessional. I visit cigar lounges very often and I am use to a cutter/torch at each table. Major inconvenience. The staff seem like their conversation is more important then their duties.

I visited this Cigar club on Wednesday, June 2nd with a group of friends - some of whom are members. As a single woman, this is is a GREAT place to meet men! Hear me ladies - the ratio of men to women is in our favor here! Also - The food is really good and they have happy hour specials every day from 5-8pm on food and drinks. Happy Hour is all night on Wednesdays. I had the crispy grouper and the crispy potato wedges. It was A LOT of food. I couldnt eat it all. And they were half price! The paprika sour cream that came with the potato wedges was so good I asked for more to dip them in. My drinks were strong as well. It was here that I found my new favorite wine - Cooper and Thief - when a man bought me a drink. I will be back on a Wednesday night some time in the near future!

Love the live band,food was excellent, layed back chilled vibe.Only thing was the valet couldnt find my keys, come to find out they left my keys in my car which means my doors were left open. That night I just felt they needed to do better.

Imagine ordering food and drinks at the bar, paying your tab and within 10 minutes of paying, being asked to leave if you’re not ordering anything else… that was my experience on my first visit. How tragic. The waitress brought us our checks because she assumed our friend left because she stepped outside, but we were still ordering. And this is how my key was given back to me… refer to photo…

Ordered LEMON PEPPER wings and macaroni and cheese. Took an hour. Got the food home, no lemon pepper. Mac n cheese dry. So sad because I was really looking forward to my meal. Also, I’d suggest a better ventilation system especially with the carpet floors.

While visiting ATL we Googled cigar lounges and randomly selected this location. This is officially our go to spot when in town.It is a black owned and operated establishment. The good was delicious. There was plenty of options offered for happy hour. The food was delicious and very well presented. Our server Alexis was great and she did a excellent job at servicing everyone in a crowded environment. This is a popular place.My recommendations:1. Reserve a table in advance (not the day of). It can be done online or via phone2. Utilize the valet parking3. Go during happy hour and arrive early if you do not have a reservation4. Everything we ordered was delicious and worth the value (fried grouper, grilled shrimp, fried potatoes skins, Spinach with garlic, spinach and artichoke dip, mac and cheese, salmon)Im not from ATL for there were something that I was surprised by but it didnt change overall how much I enjoyed the setting.- the price of the cigars are almost 3x the amount than what Im use to paying. However, you can bring your own cigars- there is a service charge automatically added to the bill. In our case the service charge was almost $30. Just know the service charge goes to the house not the server, so tipping is separate.I have absolutely no complaints.

Cigar City is not what it used to be. Service is getting worst each time I visit. Today, I had to sit for 30 minutes before I got someone to take my order and when they did, the waiter put it in right and the bar got it wrong. Dont get me wrong, I love Cigar City but there need to be some improvements.

I have always considered ATL to be the city of hospitality but nope nor tonight!!🤬🤬🤬 other than the bar there is reserved seating. So the mofos have chairs pushed in and or purses in the chairs. When you ask if someone is sitting there they lie and say yes (sn I have been standing at the bar for an hour and no one has sat there). So I asked the manager about it and basically she said there is nothing that she can do. Welp on to the next stop. I am very disappointed. And the ninjas.....OMG I have been literally at the bar......do you think a ninjas asked me if I want a seat? Hell naw!

I enjoyed Sunday brunch on the patio last weekend. My seafood omelet was so good. In fact my whole meal and ambiance was great.Im not just saying this because Im a member. By far, the best Cigar Lounge in Atlanta!

Very nice atmosphere, classy grown folks. Valet parking guys were very professional. My opinion was they need more parking area. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because we attempted to make reservations. No one answered the phone. So we had to get in where we fit in. The cigars were good but the drinks were expensive, $80 for 4 shots of Crown Royal. Mind you it was 4 of us all together that paid the same amoun for their drinks. We didnt get to experience the food because we felt the prices were through the roof too. So we parted ways and enjoyed the city for the weekend. Then went back to Texas.

I really enjoy this place but on one occasion with 4 of my girlfriends the owners told security to move us from standing in front the table. Security kinda of pushed us to move over. If you have ever been here you know this place is typically packed and people are standing every. But for him & his wife to ask us to basically move in front of someone else table was too much. But hey it’s there establishment just didn’t like the way they handled us.

Listen last time I went I had the best time ever on a Friday but this time on Sunday I seen at least 3 roaches I’m not saying it cant be a insect in a establishment but …..multiple that’s ridiculous I spent a total of 160 I most definitely deserve a better environment than that smh

Nice cigar lounge with live band and which both were fabulous!!!!!💃💃💃however...the humidor was stocked low found 2 of my favorites was quite disappointed 😞 great nite until...the valet guy was DRUNK and could not find our car rental keys!!! He could barely stand and kept looking in the drawer with the rest of the keys asking what kind of car did we have he had to sit down to look his co-worker had to help him out to which his coworker found the rental for us

I went on a Wednesday night and all I have to say is the food, cigars, nice grown and sexy atmosphere, music, Dj Wright and his band were freakin all amazing. We all had a ball I danced all night. The next day I couldnt even feel my little pinky toe. Lol 🤣🤣

Nice venue but very over priced. Service was very very slow and they include 18% tip on all tabs regardless of the service levels you are forced to pay it. The humidor is subpar and extremely over priced. I won’t be back.

Nice spot, cool vibe and nice people. I give it 3 stars because they messed up my food order and gave me a hard time to replace it, as if I was trying to get over. The original cigar spot we were going to happend to have closed early and we took a chance with this one. Unless you have a reservation, expect to be in a dark corner or close to the door. Thats fine in the warmer months but not in the colder months. The DJ was on fire and the host was decent as well. While I would give it another chance, Id have to be honest and say we felt like outsiders. Were looking for a new spot to join and this wont be it unfortunately but its cool for the drop in. I would recommend trying it out.

This will be my first and last time here, the service was horrible! And was a victim of a hit and run when the valet service was bringing me my car. The security was unprofessional and lazy, and I should hold this establishment responsible for the damage done to my vehicle. Nevertheless I don’t not recommend this spot!

We started off well -even though the humidor stock is low the cigar guy was super friendly and he did have a few to pick from. We got a pair of Gurkha Ghosts, which we like. He also gave us an empty cigar box, which is always cool and appreciated. The waitress was friendly at first but couldnt help us with a whiskey selection. We went to the bar to look and ordered drinks. Once she realized we ordered from the bar - apparently this cut her out of the process - she proceeded to ignore us completely for the rest of the night. I would have tipped her anyway... Overall, we found it loud and crowded, and somehow just not quite comfortable. Eh.

The food was amazing. Our server was very attentive. BKJackson had us entertained with the live music. We went on Valentine’s Evening after seeing a flyer. The only down side was that for a table of 4, they were seating two couples at a square table. Not only is it COVID but it was also Valentine’s night. Most would prefer privacy for such occasion. Other than that, loved it.

Nice place for grown folks. However, as many folks come to enjoy fellowship with friends or family or with some they make the acquaintance with while there.. there is not enough seats that are unreserved unless you sit at the bar and be coherenced into buying more drinks or food while occupying that bar seat while others are standing waiting for someone to get up and leave. Patio area same thing. Some sitting in one lounge chair while holding another seat for their friend/family to show up 30-40 mins late. Reserved couches & tables line the walls waiting on their occupants. You can sit there for a hot minute until the waitress says you need to vacate now, my party is here for this spot. It is what it is. Totally get the reservations part. Just dont get why there is not a larger area to accommodate 1st time walk-ins or guest from out of town that found this place on Google. Not enough non reservation seating! The food is good, drinks - are drinks. Humidor is good & stocked with decent brand sticks. Did not see go to stick Davidoff brand although. No biggie.

My husband and I are visiting from out of town and found this venue on the internet. We really liked the photos and the video on the website. We went on a Friday night and had a great time. Wide selection of cigars. Excellent customer service by the owner, manager and waitress. Drinks and food were delicious. We enjoyed the singer and old school R&B music. Call ahead to make a reservation to get a guaranteed table. The crowd was well dressed. One of the best cigar lounges my husband and I have been to thus far and we travel a lot.

I had the best time here and I cant wait to come back and visit again.

Nice laid back place with outdoor seating option. The live music was a really good mix of old and new and the cigar selection was good also. Grown crowd, 30+, there the night I went. Get there early, limited seating, and the men do not give up their seat for you, but will still stare at you all night anyway..
