Bad Customer service is enough to make you just say no thanks. Which is exactly what occurred. The young lady I spoke with was just ghetto and didnt know anything.... professionalism at a business is a MUST and they dont have it.

Have placed multiple messages without a return call. Finally spoke with someone regarding a crack in my new front door. Seemed nice and said he would comeout that day. Never came and now wont return calls

Im a builder. Not what I call builder or customer friendly. I tried a couple locations, I would rather drive further to a more builder(Customer) friendly building supplier.
