Been placing orders w/ this company for awhile & never had a problem. Ordered a supplement I was low on b4 I left on vacay. Got back from vacay & opened the box & they had accidentally sent the wrong item. Emailed them & told them that the item they sent was the wrong one. But I had planned on ordering that one eventually anyhow. But then reiterated that I REALLY needed the item I had ordered. So they over-nighted me the correct item, including a return sticker if I didnt want to keep the incorrect supplement.
