This shop sells almost all the types of vegetables and grocery items Indians consume. Price is competitive and usually the vegetables are fresh. They also sell freshly made samosas and veg chops in the evening.
Very dangerous to visit this store with kids or elders, very tightly stuffed area no access to emergency exits and the washroom is so filthy. Distance between the eisles are very narrow and only one person can fit at one time. Please BECAREFUL there is no safety promised at this place in an emergency situation.
Good too!!! It contributed variety of grocery supply. Recommend if they add Halal meats,
This place, even though very crammed up. HAS EVERYTHING you need as an Indian. And the guy who runs this place is super friendly too. Hed legit give you his number and you can ask him if the thing you need has arrived or when is gonna come. Little better than Patel Brothers in my opinion.
This is our favorite Indian store in Atlanta. Good shop for Indian groceries and fresh vegetables. They have made great improvements in frozen products section. They also sell snacks like Vegetable Samosa and puffs (both Chicken and veg) at very affordable rate. Chicken biriyani sold here is highly recommended and taste is awesome. Biriyani is priced @7$ and is reasonably low priced. Customer service is very good.
Wow! I didn’t realize how big this store was and how much they have! They have everything you need for Indian cuisine and a bunch of cheap, fresh produce! They had all the ingredients I needed to make masala chai tea.In times of coronavirus, the employees were wearing masks and they require shoppers to wear masks too, which I appreciated. The employees were helpful and very willing to answer any questions I had!My only complaint is they have skin lightening products, like Fair & Lovely. I would really encourage them to take these shameful and shaming products off of their shelves.
Lots of different brand of basmati rice and Indian spices. Some selection of fresh veggies. From Tuesday thru Sunday, they have chicken or goat biryani rice. They are packed to go and they are spicy and delicious. Available after 12 noon according to the owner.
Can find every essential thing. But the store is very congested and not properly cleaned.
Indian Grocery and food items. I love samosa from Indian Bazar
Nicely located, away from hustle bustle. You will find majority of items nicely priced.
Grocery was not fresh and prices are high compared to other Indian grocery stores!
You will get all Indian grocery items here.
Indian store for immediately needs. Almost everything is available, but make sure to check the expiry dates. They do not have many masala brands just limited ones but they have almost everything the big indian stores in Decatur have. The vegetables are fresh and a good collection of snacks too. It is required to wear mask
I was treated with much kindness and welcomed. The Samosas were delicious.
Lovely hot samosa and they occasionally have pakora, which is also delicious. Small, cozy store with a huge selection! Lots of sweets and snacks. Reminds me of back home in England!
Friendly and helpful finding what I needed.
Good indian bazzar with reasonable price..good thing is that more kerala product options are their
Ive been going to this place over 5 years and they have good stuff.. Very nice people and very warm and welcoming..I love their Samosa and chat. They have good grocery and good place to go in Dunwoody.
Its a good store for purchasing Indian groceries. They have almost everything we need.
They always have what I need for Indian cooking and snacking. Really nice to have this gem so close!
Bought samosas here couple of times and they were good.
If you are looking for fresh indian groceries I recommend this shop. It has.many items in limited space. You can get most of the grocery items. Sizes vary item to item. So if you are looking for specific size in a item then chances are low. I recommend this as a quick goto shop as you go in india.
Nice small shop, many options of things, prices not listed or wrong unless you are in produce section.
The owner is very rude, he don’t know how to speak with customers, and the prices are very expensive comparatively other Indian store, Indian Gate rice is actual price 11.99$ if any sale that’ cloud be 9.99$ but they are selling 14.99$, very less options for vegetables and expensive and there is no room to walk, I really dissatisfied with their service. Very very bad experience, I strongly recommend them to improve their skills how to behave with customers.Yes I definitely chose other store, we are just shopping I agree but you make feel happy to customers, without customers you won’t run the store .Thanks for your advice to show up there 60 stores in Atlanta.
Good purchase
Good place for fresh vegetables and Indian food.
Place can get a little suffocating.
All your international needs fulfilled
The restaurant offers buffet through lunch. The food taste good; however, it feels shallow with minimal traffic. They offer customers paper plates instead of real plates. Pricing wise: $10 for is affordable. Feel free to visit but don’t put your hopes high.
The place is a mess ... the big fat rice bags that were stacked up like 8 ft tall slide all of a sudden Which almost fell on my daughter (4 years old ) Who was walking behind me .... thank god it dint fall in her but when I tried to push her away I hurt my hand .... and the person in the counter was acting like business as usual .... very limited sense for the employees as well as didn’t almost didn’t react. I suggest the owner of the place to get some skilled workers.I will never go to this place ...
Great sales
Great little Indian grocery store, lots of pulses and rices and spices. A small but sufficient selection of vegetables for Indian cookery. If you buy spices at the American grocery you will love the prices here.
One can find variety of Indian spices, pulses, rice and vegetables here. I go very often to the store as there are a plenty of options. Samosa is tasty here. Price is ok.
Well stoked on groceries. Russell is a great store manager to work with.
This is the one the best Indian grocery shop in this area. Management & staff are very customer friendly. Its one stop shop for all kind of Indian food items, with low prices compared to other stores in this area. Since last 3years, I never find any non quality food items in this store. Management gives lot of importance to customers voice.
Huge variety of products and very competitive prices... In fact, I found many items cheaper then big stores. I would rate it 5 star, because the staff was very helpful, I found whatever I wanted, product prices and cleanliness of the store. I would advise the owners to put signs and numbering in the isles about the products shelved in different rows.
This Indian grocery store is getting better with each passing day. They have plenty of options to buy different Indian groceries. I would go often if they keep the store even cleaner.
CLEAN. Friendly helpful staff.has a lot of variety. But do need more North indian things lol.
Good indian grocery store
Good place for Indian groceries.. look out for good discounts on selected items during festive times..
Huge variety of Indian foods including the various types of flour and spices that arent found in chain grocery stores. The produce looked very fresh. Id love to be able to shop here on a regular basis!
Small store but seemed like they had almost all the items. The store guy was on a casual talk on phone even when people were waiting. Another counter was opened and people in the line weren’t given priority. And then he packed biscuits together with the frozen items!!
Good place with good price in the area
Nice place with very good service. Price here is competitive and sometimes better than bigger counterparts. Definitely a choice for a neighborhood Indian grocery store.
Nice store. Could get most of the Indian stuff here. The panipuri and samosa chat outside of the store was very nice.
The selection is a bit on lower end when compared to other Indian stores. Still you would find a lot in such a compact place. However the owner and the staff are super friendly.
Not a bad place for all the Indian food basics. My main reason for visiting is their fresh curry leaves that they always seem to have. Not the cleanest store and their customer service is lacking for sure. Be aware that they do not like accepting credit cards for smaller purchases and will harass you to produce another form of payment. Again, its not my go-to store, but great when youre in a hurry and cant be bothered to drive out to the larger stores in the areas.
Narrow aisles ... One way traffic.. watch for corners . Bound to get tripped
Its awesome place for all indian items in dunwoody
For its small size, its got a lot variety and fresh vegetables stick throughout the week. Plus theres always the Chaat Bandi outside to indulge in on the occasional visit.
Very good variety of Indian food brands
After a long time I went to buy thumps upIt 4 bottles they were all flat.must be passed their due date, expired. When I went to return the owner said to me go to India, and return itNot only that, instead of the bad product he sales, he making fun of me in front of other customer. Before that many months ago I boughtGoat meat ( leg) the meat was not from leg portionBefore that I bought samosa, bought 4, the potatoes was raw insideI am never ever going to stepIf you want to have expired food then go and buy from this place
Awesome store! All my indian food cravings and needs for pooja items get satisfied here!
Cost effective and lot more in rice and good fresh chats available
Excellent service, best prices I could find for fresh veggies.. neat and clean place. Highly recommended. ..
Good PlaceTry Gol Gappe for sure very nice
Dont judge a book by its cover. Small shop but we can get all Indian groceries at a reasonable price.
All the grocery items and vegetables are over priced compared to other stores.Spinach one packet is 2.99 here but its actual cost is 1.79India gate sona masoori rice is 15$ here and its actual cost is 12$Urad gota 4lb packet is 6$ here and actual cost is 5$Better to avoid the place
I like the hot Indian samosa there. All varieties of Indian stuffs are available.
A small Indian grocery store where you can fine all your basic grocery items. Frozen foods to specific veggies/foods unique to Indian cooking.
Very good bazaar...u get most of indian eatables here
Good place to get Indian groceries. Veggies can be little more fresh.
Good
Arrogant people who give Harsha and arrogant replies or express arrogant body language when a question is asked.. especially a small aged guy and one lady...we asked for token for bhelpuri and their reply was go and stand in a line...she does not even have the basic common sense why a customer ask for it..cant they have a separate line for tokens..
Good one in decalb near Dunwoody
A lot of Indiansess compacted in a smaller place. You wont miss Patel Brothers if you need day-to-day Indian groceries. since the inter isle space is tiny, I suggest not to carry a bigger cart. The vegetables are not fresh towards the end of the day, but you can get stuff like green kadipatta, raw bananas, green turmeric (in season). Also, this place is cheaper than Patel Brothers in may things. Their fresh samosas are pretty decent and for the best price in Atlanta that I know of so far. The parking is pretty tiny though, and that too is shared with a few other shops.
The lady on the counter is very rude and don’t know how to speak to customers. Not at all customer friendly.
Good place for indian grocery. You will find items in cheaper price compare to other grocery stores in atlanta
Pani puri is horrible, samosa r good sometimes. Not consistent though
I think the review has been exaggerated to Excellent. As a regular customer, i will consider it as good.. considering they have decent stuff at reasonable price..and is close to my place..Everytime you but any packed product, make sure to check the expiry date..Vegetable - Some time fresh sometimes days old. (as per there plan Fresh vegetable on Wednesday/Saturday..so best vegetables are expected on these days only..)You can always find products like - Maggi..with expired dates, more than year old..The best policy they adopt is to remove the manufacture/expiry date from the packet and then tell that these products dont have any expiry date..
Got Indian grocery, Little bit expansive here.
This is a great Store for grocery. The price is also reasonable. All Indian products are available here.
Its got d best vegetarian samosas to offer..and it surely reminds u of India..one of the place where Indian spices, vegetables, breads are easily brought from..during my stay at Atlanta, Indian bazaar has been the most frequently visited place for all the munches at my kitchen..😀..
Really good place for quick shopping. You can find all essential items here at affordable prices.
Very reasonable price for almost everything. Owner’s behaviour is something u will love most.
Plenty of Indian stuff available.
They had everything that I went in for. I was looking for ingredients for DIY hair growth remedies. They had everything I needed and more, I almost went crazy shopping in there. Lol. I love it, Ill always go there. Everyone who works there was very helpful and kind.
Friendly customer service.
You name any Indian food product, you get it. Felt at home.
Do not trust the prices that are labeled on products it changes without notice at the checkout. When pointing the price difference out the staff simply changes the price label and says take it if you want to! I know all to well of such practices and will not be going there again and encourage others not to either. STOP GOING AND SUPPORTING SUCH PLACES THAT CHEAT, ITS TIME TO CHANGE NOW!UPDATE AFTER OWNER REPLY-To the Owner,Im not looking to start something here but it is very apparent that you have issues accepting your flaws and shortcomings of operating a decent business by the reviews and the way you reply to them as well, I do not have to prove anything here. Im not trying to tell you to run a top notch USA standard store or any of that sorts either. You tell me that you forgot to change the prices after your Diwali special, fine, I can understand that, but then instead of apologizing for that and calling it a day and moving on with life you went on. You said that even big retail such as Walmart & Kroger have pricing issues, and you are right they do. What do you think they do when a customer points that out? If you have ever dealt with such then you would know that they would honor the price that was listed at the time the customer picked the product up and simply apologize for the mistake. To your second point about the cashier had made us aware of the correct price at the checkout is a false statement. We were not made aware of it, believe it or not. In fact we walked outside sat in the car and then realized that we were charged different than what was stated. We went back in and the cashier simply walked up to the item saw that it was indeed priced what we had pointed out, switched the labels and told us to take it or dont!Thirdly, you are under the impression that we did not buy the product at all. That is again a fallacy and we did in fact bought the product even at the price you charged as the items were needed, I can provide receipt proof and the items in my possession proof. This leads me to conclude that you do not even bother to go through the review process of what ACTUALLY took place and rather are trigger happy to reply to customers as you please and in a very unprofessional and threatening ways as well. I can really careless about $0.50 cents price differences. My intentions of doing a review to even begin with is to point this out so YOU can make your operations better so that people will respect it and enjoy coming to your store. Before I took it to public review I did give a chance at the store level to remedy the issue but it was faling on arrogant and deaf ears. Too many of establishments such as yours have been doing business in a certain way for too long and its time to shape up and respect the very people that give you their hard earn money and be honest in operations of yours and earn in such way instead of all the games and tactics you do. Trust me it will earn you more. I speak from experiences. If you are even willing come check out my operations and you will know and grow faith that honest work does pay off, very well in fact! You tell me if ALL this doesnt make one think that the operation is not honestly done so. When there is no apology given, when there is a unprofessional and threatening replies to your reviews when they are pointing out YOUR operational lacking so that you can fix it for YOUR betterment, as much as you would like to believe it, it doesnt really help us, the consumer, anything to place a review or not, good or bad, it is a tool to let you, the owner, know what impressions your customers are walking away with and give you a chance to fix it. At this point it is up to you to fix this for your future customers or not. YOUR choice just as it is our choice to review and decide to shop at your place or not. This is also a matter of what impressions you send out about India and Indians in general as well and to that I will not have any of this.
Wonderful place to get all things Indian. Helpful owner and helpful staff are always a plus.
Good Indian grocery if you dont want to drive much.
Less options for veggies. But whatever they have are good quality.
Nice place in Dunwoody area... For quick grabs... All Indian items and food too
Great staff very friendly and helpful.Love this place
This store sells expired and spoiled products. I bought Hina cones from here, its application caused me irritation and showed no color, When I went to complain and return the unopened products, they simply dont accept that and behaved in very rude manner.
You will find Indian vegetables. Samosa is too good.
This store has the best pani puri. The store is decent enough with all well known brands of Indian foods and has fresh vegetables with reasonable prices.
Perfect place for indian groceries. Friendly and helpful staff.
They have nice Samosa, Mirchi bajji if you like. Small but good place and have good collection.
Good please to get Indian grocery with fresh Veggies and products mostly of Swad Brand, they also have evening snack, but I like there Samosas.
High priced items compared to other indian stores
Nice little Indian store in Dunwoody area and having meat is a plus. Prices are almost the same compared to other big Indian stores across Atlanta.
Not friendly Cashier
Selling all expired stuff. And when I come to return with in 1 week. They are not accepting to take.
I am able to buy all the necessary things from this supermarket.
