Absolutely horrible customer service. I contacted the Gainsville office at the end of July 2021 in hopes of buying a CT2040 tractor with a few other attachments. Was informed that most of the items were not in stock and had to be ordered, I understood that and went ahead and put my reserve in and was told it would be ready approximately September 7. I waited till September 10th or so and after multiple attempts to get ahold of my salesman via email, he finally answered and told me it wasn’t in yet. I promptly emailed back and asked what we were still waiting on.I made attempts to contact other dealers to see if they could do any better. I had another dealership actually able to find my reservation and tell me it would be the first week of October, per what his computer said. I made more attempts to contact my salesman. Finally after 3 days he emailed back and said “it is scheduled to arrived September 27, have a great day.” No answer to my previous question as to what in particular we were still waiting on.Fast forward to September 27, still heard nothing. After 3 phone calls and voicemails left to him, I gave up. It is now October 9 and have yet to receive any info or response at all. I have given up and refuse to do business with them.I am a very forgiving person and am willing to put it with some difficulties of doing business, but this is unacceptable. Especially since I was about to spend over $30k with them.
I had very bad experience with Bobcat of Atlanta at 6972 Best Friend Rd #1. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They had my machine, Bobcat 763 for 6 weeks and didnt work until I called and reminded them 2 -3 times/day almost everyday. The Service Department did not call back even I left so many messages with the receptionist. They finally replaced a fan belt and they suggested electrical and control harnesses be replaced which to me are unnecessary ( I have some electrical knowledge). I told them not to replace them and requested them to bring my machine back. The day they were supposed to deliver my Bobcat, the machine started but it did not move. They could not attach the bucket to to my bobcat. For whatever reason, my machine had a flat tire while sitting at this shop. The missed delivering my machine on the day they were supposed to and didnt bother to give me a courteous call and let me know about delay in delivering my machine. Finally I got my machine and upon close inspection, I found so many tings had been mishandled by this place. Below are stuff that had been mishandled and have not been corrected:1. The Bobtach handle where the bucket attached to was twisted and bend. See the posted picture2. The cap for tire tube was missing when they added air to the flat tire. One of the tires was replaced recently and for some reason it had a flat tire. Whoever at their shop cared less about put back the cap after he put the air.3. After replacing the fan belt, for some reason, they didnt tight the bolt where the fan belt is so whenever my bobcat is running, it makes rocking loud noise.4. The machine apparently has less power that before they took it to their shop which is worsen.If you have an older bobcat, dont take it to this shop; based on my experience, they care less about older machines. I texted to Thomas Rivas with some pictures of the issues I have. Thus far, I have received not responses from him nor Bobcat of Atlanta.Horrible experience and waste of time and money!

My husband and I own a Masonry Company, we went in on Thursday around 3pm to purchase an excavator. Matt told us we wouldnt hear back from the financial department until Friday morning. I had to reach out to him Friday at noon, then Monday morning only to hear his assumptions that I could not drive a machine because of my gender. I felt discriminated and took my business elsewhere.

GREAT COMPANYHorrible customer service in the reception area. Woman have me an attotaude the ENTIRE TIME. I asked her one moment to get my husband and she said “ugh I guess so” and then he was busy and I said we will call right back and she did “seriously? Okay ugh* no problem.” Like what kind if receptionist do you have? Horrible

Mixed feelings about bobcat. I own one and love the equipment but renting or getting repairs from them is very sub par. They dont work with you like other rental companies will but again there not a rental company is what they tell you. If your not a rental company than quit renting and if your going to rent equipment and attachments than work with the customer a little bit. And on repairs dont even get me started. Took my bobcat in got a 18,000$ quote. Yes 18 thousand. They even told me it needed new air filters and I had just changed them out. Which means they didnt even check them. Ended up getting my machine fixed somewhere else for 12 hundred dollars. Yes I didnt get everything they quoted done but I didnt need to. They need to have a better relationship with there customers espicially if the customer is loyal bobcat owner.

BUYER BEWARE if you are planning on traveling here to buy a piece of Carlton equipment rethink your decision. They will tell you they have a particular piece of equipment in stock and then when you arrive they will tell you it sold only moments prior. This company needs morals, ethics and customer service. This company tries to sell equipment they DO NOT have.
