Never again, the staff was black and when white folks walk into the place they got much better service than the black people did in a black neighborhood. Three other Black customers and myself could not believe what we were seeing. And it happened four times in a row so you know it just wasnt random. This is my eighth time to this location and two times theyve gotten my order Wrong. This is totally unacceptable

They have a ton of liquor on the floor. Too much to even get around. Its like a maze. Not to mention the owners watch u the entire time youre in the store.

Been going here for years due to proximity and the dude that serves me is usually the sikh (at least i think hes sikh). Before him i had no idea sikhs could be curmudgeons, but apparently they are not immune. Ive excused his behavior for years bc theyre the closest store to me and i assumed his behavior was an occupational hazard. But today, he broke me.So i walked in to pick up two bottles - one for me and one for my lady. I got her Bulleit bourbon bc thats what she loves. What my baby wants, my baby gets. I get home and thats when i realize she HATES Bulleit. Its Blantain she loves. So what do i do? 1hr later, i hop back in the car with the bourbon and receipt in tow. I go up to my best friend and let him know i picked up the wrong one and asked if i could exchange the un-opened bottle. He told me to read the sign. The sign says ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I said not even for an exchange? He shook his head no.In my experience, many things in business are negotiable. But if that is how they are willing to treat a customer of theirs for years, ill take my business elsewhere. And i will drink my Bulleit with distain.

This liquor store loves to try and beat you out your MONEY, SO BE REAL CAREFUL TO NOT LET THESE people beat you out of your money.

The store is owned by immigrants who have their own issues with their patrons even polite and considerate patrons. I cannot help but feel they have an underlying contempt for their customers.

The store is very small and crowded with alcoholic beverages. Every bottle has so much dust on them. Navigation throughout the store is very tight. Customer service is barely okay.

The owner/clerk was very rude..clearly he was in a hurry to leave or close, however the young kids let customers in and the rude clerk continued take our money but threw the bags and telling us to hurry...never again..

The business is owned by a Korean family and I think theres some language barriers
