Muffler Kings staff was very professional,friendly, and efficient. All the exhaust work I needed done to my 2020 Dodge Charger R/T was done within an hour. I highly recommend them especially if you need custom exhaust work done, and also the price was very reasonable.

These guys are honest, thorough and fast. The get the job done right the first. time. I had my catalytic converter stolen out of my 2003 Honda Element. Called Muffler King the next day, they gave me a very fair quote (trust me, I called around). You dont have to be the cheapest but just be reasonable for the amount of labor to do the job. I reasonable is subjective, I get it. But they still still where very upfront and also pointed out things I was unaware of. Will definitely be using them again, hopefully not under the same circumstances, lol.

I had a muffler and resonator delete plus the installation of two new exhausts on my 2018 civic hatch. Shawn and Jorge were very friendly and professional, explaining each step of this job. I didn’t have to wait hours for my car to be done and the price for all of this was very reasonable. I liked the final result and i would definitely recommend this place !

Driving down Moreland Ave I unfortunately ran over a piece of metal that was dropped onto the street. I knew the tire was done and pulled over at AutoZone across the street from Muffler King to put on my spare. Unfortunately the spare had half the minimum pressure, so I limped my car across the street to Muffler King, stopping in front of an empty bay. A mechanic walked out and asked what I needed, I explained what had just happened, motioned to my spare tire, and asked would they help me with a little air in my spare tire. The mechanic told me no, “we have a policy to not give anyone air. Go to one of the other businesses in the area.” I was dumbfounded and thought he was joking with me, but he was absolutely serious. I attempted to reason with him that he can see my spare was almost flat, and it would be dangerous for me to pull out on the race track called Moreland Ave SE and drive elsewhere, but he did not care nor have an ounce of compassion. If I were on fire and he had a bucket of water he would have watched me burn. Shame on you Muffler King, it’s clear that you’re strictly about a dollar, but don’t understand the first thing about good business, customer service. I will ensure me or my family NEVER does business with location.

DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY!!!!!Muffler King installed a catalytic converter on my car on February 5, 2021.They showed me on the repair order/receipt that it came with a 12 month replacement warranty and three months labor warranty. While driving on May 13, 2021, the check engine light popped up on my car. I went to an Auto Zone the next day for them to run a scanner to detect the problem with my car. To my surprise, I was told that I needed a catalytic converter. I went back to muffler King and explain to them the problem with my catalytic converter.They asked for my receipt which I couldnt find, but I was able to get my bank statement from February and showed them the date I was there and the amount I paid. They were able to locate the work order, but refuse to let me see a copy of it...The same copy they gave me back in February....Because I couldnt locate my receipt they would not honor their warranty. I asked the manager to let me see their copy of the work order/receipt from February and he refused to do that. I was told that the only thing they could do for me is to put a new one on my car at full price, which I refuse to do. Ive filed a claim with my bank and hopefully Ill get some of my money back.

I called on the phone and asked for quote. They told me a price and even insisted that it could be cheaper. I drove over an hour because they told me the work I wanted could be done. I got there and showed them multiple pictures of the angles and tips I wanted. They started working on my truck and then told me a different price than what was discussed over the phone. I ended up paying $200 more dollars than I was quoted. The worst part was the exhaust looked nothing like what I requested. My truck was literally louder Before they worked on it. The owners were very nice but I feel that they used that to get over on people sometimes. I would recommend another shop if you want to have exhaust work done. I am very disappointed at my service and I feel like I was very overcharged. I think that any good exhaust shop should be able to do what you ask and how you want it. These people did not. The price I paid was way too much for the work I received.

I’ve been here a few times for my car and I’m satisfied from each visit. They’re very fair with their prices, personable, and do good work. They have always quickly diagnosed my check engine light issues on my 2007 Rondo and gotten me fixes quickly. I know little about vehicles and they make it simple to understand. Came in today to get a resonator delete on my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta 2.5 L. They were very kind and blew my expectations out of the water, they were quick and the price was more than reasonable. My car sounds great, 10/10 experience.

Yeah, I would not recommend this place. The owner is nice but some of the guys do poor work. They will give you the run around and try to over charge if you dont know much about cars.

Went and got a price on a Cadillac converter he told me $600came back two weeks later to get repairs after taking off from my job price jumps $200 more then the price he told me. Call a week before to get a price and set up appointmentI got put on hold more than 5 times waited patiently still couldnt give me a price over the phone told me to come in and he will give me a price. I told him I would have to take off and want to get a price over the phone before I take off of work. Still didnt get a price show up with paper he gave me showing $600 and still try to charge me $200 more. Please check around before you use this shop they are not giving real receipts only written. Tax fraud!!!

This place is fantastic! Really- I cant recommend it enough. The team was beyond helpful and friendly and the prices were perfectly reasonable. We hopefully wont have any muffler problems again soon but if we do, well definitely go back to Muffler King.

Great service and price

My muffler has been loud for months. I was told multiple times that it would be at least 300 to fix, but I pulled up to Muffler King. He told me to pull into the garage so they could check it. He immediately spotted the problem and said that it would be $87 dollars to fix it. They fixed it right on the spot in less than 20minutes. My year 2007 car is not making a sound.

Excellent customer service. My exhaust pipe rusted and had a leak. They replaced it in less than an hour for a fair price. They explained everything that was wrong and did not embellish any issues for a higher price. Seriously, don’t go anywhere else.

Very friendly made me feel very comfortable I called the shop and told them what was going on with my car and they told me to bring it by the shop so they could look at it for free and I came right in and they looked at my car and told me they can have it fixed in 20 mis when I tell yall they were super friendly and the price they told me was affordable I definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience at Muffler King. Check engine light was on reading a catalytic converter code. I was expecting to have to pay more than I wanted, and the guys there had me in and out in an hour for half the price I was thinking! They are genuine people that won’t over price you. Terrible experience charge 740.00 to repair my car. I waited my car still was running the same. JUST BECAUSE I WAS A WOMAN. THE OWNER AS FOR MORE MONEY AND KEPT SAYING YOU HAVE ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAR. SO of course I Gave him more money. One of the workers came out and said dont give him anymore money he is taking advantage of you. I couldnt believe it. I took my car home very upset. After knowing he took my money repairsvwere not done. I was cheated out of my money. That was from my school loan. Please avoid this placed at any cause.

I called and they told me to come in for A FREE estimate on a doughnut gasket for my truck. Not only did they give me A FREE estimate, but they also have good options and I found it I only needed the bolts tightened. They took care of that for me and was very professional. Came here to get my catalytic converter replaced. Not only was it more than half off the price that I was quoted at the dealership but my repair was completed in an hour (maybe even less but I went to get food). Absolutely amazing service.

The good: they got me in quick to diagnose the check engine light. The bad, Im not sure they actually read the code with their scanner, my under dash has problems connecting and when asked to show me the code they couldnt replicate it. They also quoted me $850 to replace the catalytic converter and rear sensor on just one side of my exhaust. I went to another place the next week and got BOTH sides replaced for $450. You make your own conclusions.
