Reserved a 10 ft truck for a one way trip. Received confirmation email. On day to pickup truck, no truck available. Never received email or call to advise me. At this point extremely upset and disappointed, have been doing business with specific location for over 15-20 years. Holly, the manager stepped in, took control of the situation, apologized on her companies behalf and was able to get a truck for me, in the middle of a torrential downpour. This could have totally gone a different way, but Holly was professional, empathetic, understanding, and most of all there for her customer. She is an ambassador to her company and her craft. She was in 1 word.. AWESOME.

The crew on this Uhaul is really good. Holly the manager is amazing. She made my trip from VA to FL a better one when returning the rentals. She really take care about the customers. 10 out of 10 for Holly the Manager. Thank you.

Customer service was great! Check out was quick and the truck was ready to go at our appointed time. They helped us figure out a couple of things we didnt know about the truck and we were on the road. We got done early and dropped the truck back off. The lady at the front was super nice and had a very chipper mood. She was surprised we were done so quickly (we originally were going to have the truck for two days but ended up only needing it for one.) She got us checked out in no time. If I ever need a moving truck again, I know where Im going!

Returned a trailer and filled up my propane before the hurricane. Stay was friendly but not to motivated to fill the tanks!

I like U-Haul services for one because the staff is very respectful and very professional and they also take things you know seriously at a professional level. And what I also like about them there its very reliable. And I just want to let you know just be able to leave my great advice. And hopefully somebody else to see it and feel the same way as me. And I would hardly recommends using there Services again and the near future. And also if anyone asked my opinion about U-Haul services Ive always been a good word out for them. And I am a resident at Naval Station Mayport AKA navy base

I would rate this 6/5 stars if I could, Stephen was extremely attentive to everything we needed, helped me with my U-BOX including strapping it and putting it on our hitch. he was so friendly, kind, and he runs a tight ship around his lot and I love it!!!!

Today I was able to finally get my stuff out of storage after more than 2 years! I was so excited! As I was attempting to unlock my unit, the property manager drove up and said I might need a different set of keys. I was totally confused since it should have had the original lock I put on it.Upon opening the door, several items fell and broke, including an antique sewing table. I had placed it in a secure place to avoid that scenario! Several pictures frames also fell out and broke, which I couldnt believe because I packed it myself and had put them in a safe place. Lo and behold, the original lock I had put on the unit was lying inside, and it was apparent that the lock had been cut!I paid on time for over 2 years and trusted Uhaul with my belongings. To make it worse, the property manager was very nonchalant about the whole situation! Could not tell me who or why the lock was changed. He tried to tell me the shift of my belongings could have been due to a hurricane! SERIOUSLY?? I also realized after cleaning out the unit that several items were missing!I would never trust Uhaul storage again! Obviously anybody can go in and cut locks off units and rummage through others belongings! And its Uhauls policy to not prorate fees even if you get stuff out more than 2 weeks before the next due date. I feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and no explanation provided for the theft and rummaging through my belongings! Use American Storage next door. They are much more customer friendly.

Needed to get a storage unit for a couple months while I sold some items when I downsized from a two bedroom to a one bedroom. Also rented a truck from this location when we moved. Management is down to earth and friendly. Would definitely recommend THIS U-Haul location.

Steven and company Rock. One of my favorite places to do business in all of Duval and Clay Counties. Family owned and run and you can tell it. Not the North Florida Shisters that a number of other businesses in the variety of goods and setvices in this area. These guys demonstrate dignity and honor. Period.

All my stuff ended up molded.All my dressers had roaches and mice droppings in them!My stuff wasnt even in there 2 weeks.Never again.
