Lord is a gracious, patient, kind person. He helped me and my father buy and set up a new phone that fits my dads needs. He asked questions and recommended what we needed, rather than pushing something on us that we dont. He is a great asset to Cricket Wireless.

I promise AMANADA at Atlantic city is the best ever and goes way beyond her job to help with everything. If it wasnt for her I would have left. Anyone with issues contact her she will solve it I swear by that. She deserves a bonous after dealing with me for a month lol. If not available Lord would be next after that I say your in trouble of you need help .I have to say cricket customer service on the phone is so useless horrible will never deal with them again.. My Iphone screen froze and I stopped at this location while in Atlantic City. The wonderful lady fixed my phone in minutes and provided better customer service then any Apple store would without waiting for hours. Also, Did I mention, they have great deals on cases and screen savers, which I purchased! Thank you again and for saving me a trip to the Apple store!

Very attentive and friendly staff. Needed to replace a phone due to a family emergency. I wish I didnt have to pay the service fee but they were very helpful. Did suggest accessories that I can get cheaper on Amazon but still appreciated their great customer service!
