We hosted an event here and 3 other Tennessee Ave spots for the NJ Conference on Tourism. The Iron Room could not have been a better location. The staff was amazing - engaging, professional and helpful. The drinks & food were perfect. I can not recommend them enough.

Exceptional restaurant a short cab ride away from the resorts. We had an amazing dining experience at the Iron room. Our party was sat in the liquor store which was a really fun and unique experience. They have great cocktails, a huge wine list, and one of the most exhaustive whisky lists I have ever seen. To top it off you are free to buy wine or any alcohol for that matter in the liquor store to enjoy with your meal at the store prices. No other restaurant I have been to does that. We each ordered 3 different plates to share between 4 people. In total we got 12 unique dishes that all tasted outstanding! Highly recommend the cowboy steak, the winter lamb, sun-choke frites, scallops, and the mushrooms.

So heres the thing: I almost didnt write this review. I really didnt want to.Why? Because Im naturally a selfish man. I dont like sharing when I find something I really and truly enjoy. It means that there is less for me to have all to myself.That doesnt do justice to something special, though. Its a hard thing to come to terms with, because ultimately? Handedly the definitive gem of Atlantic City. Perhaps of all of New Jersey. This place is alive, vibrant and lacking the soulless atmosphere of the casinos and its nearby ilk.The food is spectacular: a regular dinner (small and large plates) offering are thoughtful, extremely well designed and carry a harmony of stiletto-sharp flavours and balance. Any available specials are absolutely worth checking out because in the last year in getting to know these folks the rare time I am in town, it is a reliable constant where, if you let your meal decisions be driven by the clever recommendations of staff, you will *never* be disappointed.Like whisky / scotch / bourbon? You are in for both a treat and a straight up masterclass on incredible offerings. Make a night out of navigating the hundreds of options with the help of extremely knowledgable staff. I personally am a huge bourbon nerd and found bottles here that had my hackles raised in the opportunity to sample them. Any aficionado would be purely thrilled to sit at this bar. Impress work clients and enamour your dates with a spellbinding and versatile selection.Lastly, this is the type of place that you can walk in as a stranger and strike up conversations that leave you laden with new friends. The type you look forward to seeing the next time you wander through town. The experiences you extract from the Iron Room are rare and veritably priceless and are the type you dote on when in some other bar or restaurant in an obscure corner of the world.5/5 stars that are richly deserved and leave you wishing there was an option to give a sixth, genuine life experience star. I love this place. Great atmosphere and wonderful drink selections. Interesting food experiences and super service. What else would you want. Even the location just outside of AC is perfect to cruise right out of town.

I had an amazing time at this place! All the brown liquor, the fantastic burger and fries (like the best that I ever put in my mouth) and the fantastic service. Try a flight and ask about the liquors that you can only get at the Iron Room because they bought all the barrels! I would absolutely recommend coming here any time you are in AC.

Great deals for happy hour, lots of small plates with lower prices. Chicharronnes are my fav app there. Truffle mini mac & cheese is now a close 2nd. Nice, diverse craft beer draft menu.

A very comprehensive list of single malt & blended whisky available. Excellently crafted cocktails and an amazing menu to boot. They also have an amazing wine list. Not the easiest place to find but well worth the effort if you do.

Such a great place. They make a great cocktail and have more whiskey than any bar I have ever seen. The bartenders are very knowledgeable and will help you select the perfect choice. The food was top notch. Deviled eggs as an app? Yes please! Overall a great experience and I will be back again and again!

Went with a large group. Not a bourbon fan but a lot of people were and really enjoyed the selection they had. The beer list had some nice options on it as well.The food was outstanding and didnt hear a single complaint. Service was friendly and quick. Would go again my next time in A.C

The Iron Room is a true gem nestled in West Atlantic City. Our Restaurant Week Experience was amazing! My wife is a vegan and the Chefs suggestions were delicious! Meanwhile my Southern Fried Organic Chicken Breast took me back to my Savannah GA roots. Nick was a true wine connoisseur and suggested a perfect pairing, while Brian served with excellence. I would give their food 5 stars. Service -0, and that is based on my personal experience. Went there for the endless brunch menu which sounded so appealing! We also have hard many people speaking so highly of their menu so we were very excited to try it.... but this is where the excitement ended. My husband and I had the worst experience ever ( it was worse than forgetting to put our food in for about an hour or getting our drinks after we were finished with our entrees at different establishments). The food was great, from what we were able to try....Even though it was endless menu we were only able to try 4 things in the two hours and a half we were there. Sadly, most of our order never came out. We left hungry, angry, and pretty disappointed, considering how much we had to pay for nothing. Hope they will be able to fix their issue because the place has the potential to be great... as long as the appropriate service is provided!

Cant get a table? Sit at the bar for dinner and a fun experience with the bartender! Started with a very well made Iron Manhattan....the 4 course prix fixe is just the right size and is a delight especially if you ask the bartender to pair each item with bourbon, wine or your favorite liquor - the other reviewers are correct, the bacon and mac & cheese are stars. The entrance is on the back end of a liquor store....quite unassuming....a neighborhood gem.

Reminiscent of a speak easy. Very knowledgeable staff, amazing whiskey selection. Food is extremely high quality. Quiet, romantic, intimate. A place for true foodies and connoisseurs. Great date (or first date) spot. Would not recommend bringing kids. One of my absolute favorite places, nonetheless in Atlantic City.

The attention to detail here is amazing. Great food and the chef is very involved with the clientele. Amazing beer and liquor selection. They always have something good, new and unique on tap. Always have some great Maine brews as well which are my favorite.

By far the most elegant bar in Atlantic City. They offer great deals from Tuesday to Thursday and happy hour they do a phenomenal job.The food is on par with a 5 star restaurant and comes with years of experience from the top chief Kevin.The beer and wine you need to ask for Nick. He will pair you dinner with some great wine.My girlfriend and I left extremely happy.

I considered it too expensive for the decoration and food. The dinner was good but not good enough for a 30 dollar steak. The service is nice, and fast. We shared the room with two parties of 6 that were yelling for about an hour. I recommend the place, but if you have another plave...go another.

Tasting menu is best value in town. Four courses — all stand on their own. Udon mac and cheese is my favorite. Servers are knowledgeable and friendly. Wine selection is broad with unique labels.

Bartender could not have been more accommodating and engaged. The half-off whiskey Tuesday was a great opportunity to try some more expensive drams without breaking the bank. Will be back when they move to their Tennessee Ave. location (closer to the Boardwalk) in August.

Delicious!! We walked here from the boardwalk on a hot summers day based on a friends recommendation. Definitely worth the to walk. We feasted on Sunday brunch (available until 3pm). Wonderful food and great beer.

Absolutely every component of our prix fixe meal was amazing. Special shout out for the udon mac & cheese. Amazing! The steak was tender, my tilefish was perfectly cooked and seasoned. We were there on a Tuesday night, 1/2 price whiskey. 3 of the 4 of us had whiskey flights with some REALLY expensive whiskeys, but with the 1/2 off, it was super reasonable. Great food, great booze, friendly servers- literally one of my best meals in a long time!

Amazing spirits and cocktails menu (many spirits, few but interesting cocktails), and a small but crafted food menu. We had a party of 25 that they struggled to service successfully (missed orders and entrees came out at wildly different times), but not for lack of effort and problems were acknowledged and compd. Would go back again in a smaller party to give them another try.

Food was excellent and the service was pretty good, especially considering it was restaurant week in Atlantic City. Its worth a visit, and they even have a daily restaurant week menu thats only a few dollars more. Just dont go on a Monday, because theyre closed!

The chefs board was phenomenal, the honey on the side and mustard was out of this world. The porkbelly was delicious. Every wine and liquor on this earth available in the establishment... Will come back!!
