Stale cheese cake was dry. They swore it was fresh their was no way it was specially for $8 asked for money back. Salad bar looked untouched so who knows how long the food was out for

$15 for 2 gelatos, the cashier did not give the receipt. The Gelato were stale and distasteful. They demanded a receipt that they never handed to us, we demanded our money back. Zero stars is an award for the product. Go elsewhere for your products. The are overpriced, argumentative and rude. Disgusting!!!

Only reason for 3 star is the deli is never open so why do they have a deli! Most not all but most workers are very nice especially the Asian lady who is one of staff who’s been there awhile Nice assortment of food products. Even without the bogus deli I still recommend this place

I kindly walked in and asked if they were still selling gelanto and the cashier said yes 5 minutes....15 minutes later I was looking at their desserts and he said 1 minute (as he is still counting his change). Waited a few more minutes still no one came to help....just terrible customer service

Come if you find yourself at the Tropicana needing a quick bite or convenience store items. The selection is decent but expect to pay casino/resort prices for everything. They even have a buffet, which I dont recommend since theres some great restaurants around.

The food is good. But the price is good not. And the cashier was semi okay at explaining why the price was the price. My 3 stars are for food..if price was right would get more stars

The woman working this evening at around 5 pm was awful. Seriously she ROLLED HER EYES when we asked to be waited on. The fact that we had to ask to be waited on should be deterent enough but the staff is vile. We walked away. All 8 of us. Fire that employee she is losing you money.

Spent $35 on meager portions of the worlds blandest pasta salad. Maybe go elsewhere.

Purchased from the hot food & salad bar, and its very unfortunate to say the food was spoiled.
