I received a 30% coupon via email, but was told when I got to my local SW store that the coupon wasnt valid---with no explanation. I was purchasing what the coupon stated it was good for (primer) on the date that it was good for (Sept 11, 2020). When I posted this comment originally, I got a response from a Sherwin-Williams rep who offered the usual pablum We value our customers feedback blah blah blah and gave me a customer service number to call. When I called them they kept switching me around to different departments and ultimately no one could solve my problem. Listen, Benjamin Moore gives much better service---buy your paint there instead!
