My wife and I purchased an appliance package including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range and over the range microwave on 8/28/21 at the Attleboro store. Mike, our sales representative, guided us in our selections and offered great advise. Our delivery date was 9/3/21. The entire process of delivery, removal & takeaway of old appliances, and final installation went smoothly. I used a plumber & electrician, who Mike recommended, for the installation. Pre-pandemic, Lambco had a decent selection and as always it is good to support local businesses. I purchased 4 kitchen appliances for my new home. My mistake was to purchase the extended warranty that cost $600. When TWO of my Kitchen aid appliances that were less than 1 1/2 years old stopped working the same week,I had to reach out for repair. I had to place 4 phone calls to get a repair date on the second appliance I called on. Twice they said the info was being routed and when I did not hear from anyone, I was forced to followup only to find out that nothing had been done with my request for service. The hold times are ridiculous and the people on the phone have a difficult time understanding the English language.When I called Lambco to tell them of my experience, John could not have been anymore dismissive of my legitimate complaints. I honestly think once the sale is done on their end they really dont show any concern for the customer. I will be in no rush to shop locally with them again. I also suggest to anyone, there are quite a few warranty companies on line that offer great coverage and chances are they will run their operation a whole lot better than New Leaf Service Pro
Terrible Experience dealing with the owner John Lambco. He’s a slippery used appliance salesman who is morally and ethically bankrupt. If you need cheap appliances, go anywhere else because John and his companies are miserable to deal with. He defrauded me an quote on quote told me “to choke on a french fry” All of the positive reviews are most likely FAKE. He had 1 star overall rating just a few months ago.
My experience was terrible. I purchased brand new kitchen appliances from them. The stove was defective and smoked uncontrollably. They told me to contact Frigidaire, the manufacturer. After I explained to them that I purchased it directly from Lambco, they reluctantly sent their repair person to attempt to fix it on several occasions. When it did not get fixed I asked for a replacement stove, (which was still under warranty.) They would not replace it. I ended up having to go to another appliance store and replaced it on my own. No action was taken on anyone’s behalf. The bottom of the stove had a film on it after just one use because it smoked so bad after just one use. No action was taken. I was out on a limb here.
Today I had my new Maytag washer and dryer delivered by Rafael and Will and they were terrific. They hauled out the old machines and setup the new ones, showed me how to work them and were careful not to mark my walls or carpet during the installation. They answered all my questions and worked quickly to get things set-up. I highly recommend Lambco and their delivery personnel. They take pride in their work! If a need other appliances in the future I will be shopping a Lambco. Im a very satisfied customer !
They mistakenly ordered a different air conditioner then what I specified, then blamed the mistake on me. Were rude and dishonest. They have a “policy” of no returns. Don’t ever ordered from them. Will never again.Edit: can’t reply to the their reply below me, but it’s a lie. 3 weeks later, they have not accepted the return. I’m stuck with a $700 AC I cannot use because of their mistake. Credit card company won’t refund the charge.
Their prices are generally good. Their customer service is excellent especially Marshal. We bought our dish washer from them. We picked it up on time. Would go there again.
I ordered and paid for a refrigerator on 9/6/2020 but I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT AND IT’S OVER FIVE MONTHS LATER!!! The estimated delivery date was initially “in 3-4 weeks” - and then a few weeks more - and then another few weeks more - and then a few more - and then just ONE more. I was told that a different Lambco location in MA received a large shipment of the exact model I ordered, so mine would be sent to the Attleboro store within days. Well, it has been at least two weeks since that conversation and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFRIGERATOR OR A PHONE CALL AS PROMISED. It’s time for either a delivery or a FULL REFUND. It’s sad because I try to support local businesses and I was happy doing business with them in the past - but at this point, I can no longer trust what they are telling me.

Happy Customer - In last year have needed appliance service twice. Both times, professional, polite and honest. One issue required a service call, the last one was resolved over phone with no charge.
Delivery created a lot of damage to our building. Rather than explaining a item would be to large to fit through a opening, lambco decided to fit a “square peg in a round hole” leaving a damaged appliance, and a damaged hallway/doors/locks.One appliance was damaged out of the box, we talked to John and he recommended we accept a $50 credit... we accepted.Bottom line, go eleseware. They have no regard for your property.

They were nice to us when we shopped, and gave us a slightly better price than Lowes or Best Buy. Refreshing to work with a salesman that wanted our business, as opposed to someone bored and indifferent. Delivery and installation were similarly prompt and courteous. This is our second set of appliances, and when these wear out, we hope to be back.
EXCELLENT service provided by Louis, the serviceman for Lambco Appliance, who fixed my clothes dryer today. He was extremely courteous, kind, thorough, explained everything to me to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Lambco for applicance repair and intend to purchase my next major appliance through them.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE never do business with this company, employees and even the owner are shady and have NO interest in a problem when it clearly their problem. The OWNER of the company JOHN suggested I even commit insurance fraud this company is NOT to be trusted with anything. Long story short they damaged my mailbox with their truck their driver tried to cover it up and then when I got luck and figured out who did the damage ( $1,100 in damage) they suggested I call my house insurance to place a claim, clearly fraud as THEY are responsible. my mailbox was unusable so I could not get mail John had no care at all and 4 months later and many hours of my time his insurance paid the claim but I had to do ALL the work. John should have simply fixed my mail box and fronted the claim but he is not to be trusted and is a bad business owner that does not deserve anyones business. Thank God for review sites like this where you can tell others about how bad some business truly are.
The sales guy, Kenny, was great and easy to get along with -- no pressure, answered all our questions, and was friendly and conversational. The installers were great too, scoped out the path they were going to bring the appliances through, got all the necessary accessories ready, and brought the machines in without a single bump despite some very narrow doorways. Got everything hooked up for me and made sure they came on, and that was that.The only problem I had was that I was told the delivery guys usually leave the store around 8:30am. I got a voicemail at 7am (my phone was in DND mode because it was a Saturday morning and I was asleep), then I got a call just after 8 from the delivery guys and they were at my new house waiting. On the bright side, Lambco made arrangements for them to redeliver between 11-1 and they showed up just before noon; this time I was there and ready. Lambco should really consider trying to develop and schedule delivery windows (even if theyre 4-hour windows) so people have a better idea of when their new appliances might be showing up. If Id known they might be by as early as 8, I wouldve gotten up sooner!

I think I have had enough of the excuses trying to replace a scratched door on our refrigerator that was scratched on delivery (October, 2015). The owner has not once reached out to us (despite my requests for a call) and I continually get lame excuses. Maybe the warehouse is really to blame and Whirlpool just doesnt care, but this is the last time I do business with Lambco. We have been purchasing appliances there for the last 20 years. This has been a miserable experience from the beginning. Im just glad we have not had any serious mechanical issues.
I purchase a refrigerator from Lambco in 2013. I contacted them to have a repair man look at it as my freezer was very loud and accumulating frost inside. When he came he spent about a 1/2 hour looking at the refrigerator. He mentioned it could be the defroster but he would have to remove the freezer door to take out the shelves to look at it. I offered to empty the freezer shelves, but he decided not to explore any further. He left with telling me I should probably look into purchasing another refrigerator as it could be expensive replacing the defroster. He would have someone call me with an estimate in a few days. I contacted Lambco for a call back as I had a few questions regarding my warranty, no call back. I had another appliance man come in who diagnosed it by using onboard diagnostic checks. The issue was a plugged drain valve.The repair man from Lambco never looked at the onboard diagnostic checks. He made a guess that would have been costly to fix as well as incorrect, for this I paid $129.00. I will not purchase from Lambco in future or refer them.If an appliance store tells you they stand behind their product while selling it to you, they should when you call them regarding an issue.
Never do business with Lambco TV & Appliance Sales w/ Service. There is a $99 service fee to come look at the dryer. During the diagnostic I know the tech blows the timer because it smells like an electrical fire. The technician does not have the parts and leaves and tells me its the timer which we had no problems with prior to the technician. The owner and I have a heated discussion about the diagnostic. He has the part in the store. The technician returns and now a magical 59 fee to install the timer on top if the $99 service fee. Total time from when he arrived until he left was 90 minutes. 60 minutes of that was when he drove back to the store for the part.

I hoped to support a local business rather than a big box store, but will not make that mistake again. I wish I could Lambco zero stars. They installed my new washing machine incorrectly, resulting in flooding of my basement the first time the washer was used, resulting in damage to many items throughout the basement. I am disabled and it was extremely difficult and painful for me to do any of the clean up. They were aware of this but unwilling to offer any assistance. They were also unable/unwilling to send a tech to hook up the washer correctly for days because their service man was working on the Cape. (Just ONE service man?!) Even then, they refused to give me a specific time, but wanted to give me a morning or afternoon WINDOW of time; Not acceptable given the circumstances of them being at fault, and considering all the damage done to my belongings and incredible amount of cleanup I had to deal with. You would think they would make at least a LITTLE effort to make things right. They told me ALL service people schedule windows of time and that I was being unreadonable expecting a specific appt time! Their fix when they DID come was to zip tie a longer drain hose to a faucet of a sink for the hose to drain into...making the faucet unusable for much else.During the INITIAL installation, the delivery boys (in no way were they technicians!) left debris in my driveway, asked me to move things while they stood by and watched. (I have no use of one of my hands) they left screws, tape, zip ties, etc strewn all over the floor, and took what seemed to be personal cell phone calls throughout the delivery. They spoke a language other than English throughout the delivery...to each other, on the phone, and laughing all the while. Very disrespectful. The office now wont answer calls about compensation for damages to a rug, a bed headboard and footboard, artwork, etc. from the flooding. They keep putting me on hold and dont come back to the phone or they hsng up!! Ive never seen anything like this!My mother scheduled service with them shortly after this issue and her appt was cancelled because their service man quit without notice! Cant blame him! Please read reviews about L ambco appliance on the many sites and apps that have them...there are a LOT of unhappy customers of theirs out there! (Although the owner told me in sll his years of business hes never had such issues)...Online reviews say differently. Save yourself a lot of headaches...listen to the reviews and shop elsewhere.

There arent many small places to buy appliances, but this is one! The building can be a bit frightening along with the parking, but its a bit of a relief to talk with employees who have a clue what theyre talking about and still pay decent prices.
Horrible experience. Bought a Bosch dishwasher and it was a lemon. Lambco would not stand behind it and after much effort on my part we got Bosch to swap the machine out. On top of the horrible customer service the rebate forms that they gave us, one was no good it had expired and the other was worth half of what he told us in the store. It is no good anyway because too much time had elapsed. Even still, the rebate would have only been $50. Not $150 as was shown on the machine in the store. We will NEVER do business with them again and will tell everyone who will listen the same.
