Went there to look at a 2007 BMW. Met with Hans an awesome and honest guy. His father has owned this business for 40 plus years and they know BMW. Ended up purchasing a 2007 BMW hardtop convertible and its in awesome condition Hans is an awesome person 5 star visit and purchase all day! Highly recomend them!
Nobody could figure out what was wrong with my BMW locking system. These guys fixed it in one hour and did not charge me an arm and a leg. I recommend to all who dont want to go to BMW dealer.
Johnny has hooked it up over the years! With some custom work on my 135 in the past and recently helped me get my E36 M3 track rat up to par for some track fun! John has a passion for what he does and you realize that when you walk into his shop. Parts and pieces of Motorsport history everywhere.
Found a classic Porsche 911 that blue and white had posted online. I was a little nervous buying my first classic 911 without seeing it in person. Hans spent countless hours of his time sending me photos and videos of every inch of the car. I could tell just by talking to him he was a straight forward kind of guy. When the car landed at my door, I was amazed, no surprises, not one thing he didn’t mention! Far exceeded my expectations. I am a happy customer and will be a repeat buyer.
Bought numerous impeccable cars for Blue and White. No issues at all, service is professional and they make you feel like family there. When my cars need service they take the BEST care of you. Would give a higher rating if I could!
Currently looking for a manual transmission BMW. A very knowledgeable sales department answered all my questions. A great respect for BMW brand was present; we need more independent shops with this kind of spirit for driver’s cars.
The BMW I always wanted to own was a 1 series. I waited years before I could get one and made the leap to buy a 2008 model I saw for sale at Blue & White Motors in March 2018. Hans was very knowledgeable about the model and honest about everything he knew about the specific car. I wasn’t subjected to any car salesperson nonsense, like puffing or games with the price. We agreed on a price that was very fair. In fact, it was a great deal. I couldn’t be more pleased with the car. It makes me happy every day I drive it. The car is exactly what Hans said it was: fully and expertly serviced, reliable and a joy to drive. Five months later, there hasn’t been even the shadow of a problem with it. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Hans and I highly recommend visiting Blue & White Motors if you’re in the market for a BMW.
I have not yet finalized the deal, but so far they have been true to there word and polite.
Cant say enough good things about Blue & White. Unbelievable knowledge and workmanship. Keep up the good work!
Called multiple times never got an answer if I could give it to zero Stars I would
Outstanding boutique BMW only repair shop and dealer. John is a good guy, knows the cars, and stands by the ones he sells. My wife and I are thrilled with the 128i we bought from them in November and when it needs service, he treats it like its his own car.
Purchased my car here & get it serviced here.Jon & Hans Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Made a deal on a 72 Hodaka Wombat. I text and said I was on my way, 3 hours, and got a phone call saying the bike was sold. The bike was outside and someone came by and bought it.Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.Would not recommend.
I have been doing business with Blue and White Motors since 2005 and had nothing but excellent service. Ive also recently bought (and sold) several vehicles and been 100% satisfied with the service. Hans went above and beyond to make sure that he found the right vehicle(s) for us. It is hard to find a great locally owned, family business like this one anywhere. I constantly recommend Blue and White Motors to everyone that I know who owns a BMW or would like to.
After many weeks of search at dealerships and private sellers, I ran across an ad from Blue&White motors. They deal exclusively BMW and know their cars inside-out. I spoke with Hans and he was extremely helpful accommodating. I ended up buying a 5-series from them and I recommend their business full heartedly. The cars they have on their lot are adult owned, most of them one owner, and if anything is wrong with them, they disclose it right away and repair them before the sale. One of the best experience I had buying a used car!
Jon has always helped me out since Day 1 of picking up my 05 325i from some hack artist. Jon is a great guy who you can always talk to in person and does good clean work quickly. More than a few times Ive dropped my car off and Jon has thrown it on the lift and fixed it same day so I could get back to work and when the money wasnt all there he gave me a little time to get it to him. Hes a real genuine extremely skilled mechanic and I wouldnt bring my BMW anywhere else.
Very friendly and helpful they will do what they can to help you out, whether your trying to find a nice BMW to drive or fix yours up. I highly recommend going to blue and white motors if youre looking to buy or looking to fix it/do some upgrades. They will do it in a timely matter and you will be satisfied
ALL BMW vehicles available for sale are auction bought - no vehicle history or maintenance records - subsequent follow-up for service is impossible as the owner does not pick up the phone and the mailbox is full so cannot leave a message. The owner just spinning wrenches - his son buying the cars without being a legal employee (against dealer terms and conditions - looks perfect on the outside - Google the VIN #s and you will get the results - spend a little more and get BMW certified. Also, all ads on CL do not have business name (dealer name) nor business phone # - why post a photo of a Ferrari? (taken at auction) because the garage is a dump!!!
Worried I wouldnt be able to find a good BMW mechanic in the area, I happened to fall upon Blue and White. I drive a 00 M5, which I dont trust just anyone to work on -- but John proved to be competent, professional, and even hung around a bit late so I could pick my car up after work. Great shop.
Just moved here and my old X5 was having some issues. Took my car to some BMW certified place and they couldnt even figure out what was wrong with my old X5 and my car was sitting there for a week in freezing and rainy weather :/. Finally after reading good review about Blue and white motors online, I told Jon who is the owner about the issue and he knew right off the bat what was the exact problem. Walla they fixed my car in just 2 days. Now that is the place to have your BMWs fixed. Thanks for awesome and quick service.
Ive been bringing my vehicles to Jon for a few years now, after having been less than impressed at a few other places (independents and dealerships alike). I can honestly say that hes been able to diagnose and repair every issue Ive thrown at him quickly and for a reasonable price- from the everyday stuff to some of the more unique issues, hes done it all. Hes got a wealth of knowledge about all things BMW, and having such a great independent shop close by is a big reason why Ive felt comfortable driving an 11 year old BMW in lieu of something newer. I highly recommend Jon and Blue and White to all my friends and other BMW owners who are looking for a good independent shop.
Ive been using Blue & White Motors to service my cars for over 10 years and I highly recommend them for their experience, knowledge and flexibility. Its so nice to get top quality work done without the dealership hassle. And its rare you get to speak with the actual technician working on your car. They have worked on my Toyota Truck, restored my 1967 Conv Mustang, and what they specialize in....my 2001 530i. I purchased a 2013 535xi from them last summer and it was seamless. They found me an amazing car in great shape for a wonderful price! Give them a call!
I had a very good experience with this shop. Work was done quick and the price was pretty good compared to some other BMW shops Ive been to. If you have a BMW this is by far the best place you can bring it to.
The greatest compliment is when your competitor recommends you. Thats how I found Blue & White Motors. Brought my 525i to dealer in Norwood and service mgr was non-committal on what issue was with blower motor. John knew exactly how to fix problem and fixed it for less than I would have paid just for diagnostics at BMW dealership. Seriously, If you have a BMW, why would you go anywhere else? If you cant trust John, you cant trust anybody.
I always go here when I need my BMW fixed
Hands down the best spot in the north east to buy a pre owned BMW or service the one you already own!
Jonathan is fantastic. Hands on kinda mechanic. Soo busy, dowsnt have time to pickup phone. He knows whats wrong with a BMW just by smelling it. Offers viable alternative and recommendations. Has no time, but always makes it. Im a totally satisfied customer.
Very unprofessional! Extremely disappointed. Been in touch with Hans after vehicle was test driven. Had an appointment to meet with Hans Monday morning. Found out through a friend he had contacted informing him his father sold the car Sunday. The day before I was due to come in to complete the paperwork and supply Hans with the check. Emailed Hans and text him with zero response or apology to me directly.
Bought my first BMW from here. They were great with the sale and I couldnt have been happier with the car. Ive continued to go here for anything pertaining to my 325i and Jon is always able to take care of it. The price is always just as good as the service so thats a huge plus, especially considering how much BMWs can sometimes cost to fix. Very highly recommend Blue & White.
There is no better place for sales/service. Weve bought two vehicles from Hans and weve had repairs done from Jon. They always go above and beyond. We wont go anywhere else. Were customers for life.
This is an updated review of Blue White. I purchased a 2002 e46 from them that had issues after the sale that really bothered me. Hans and his father, after the post, immediately called me, asked what was wrong with the car, and stepped up to the plate to make things right. Not all of it could be fixed by them due to the previous owner not providing them details or what we believe, were flat out lies. Hans even offered to buy the car back if we wanted them to. We elected to keep it. These are honorable people who will stand behind their work.
Had a 07 350z that they accepted on a trade towards a 2008 Bmw M5 with around 40 thousand miles.. allowed me to pick the color I wanted and interior and were patient with me throughout the process. Now owned the car just about a year everytime I go in I get asked about the car to make sure all is well. So far so good everything had been great. Definitely recommend buying a car from them. I will be a long time customer.
My entire family and I have been doing business with Jon and Hans at Blue and White since the business opened. Weve bought multiple BMWs from them, theyve come with me to help purchase vehicles, have tuned/modded multiple of our bmws, have sold and help us sell our cars, and ALWAYS treat us extremely fair and with the utmost respect. Anyone saying different hasnt been there enough! Great people fantastic to work with. Ive referred multiple friends and other family members to them as well and all of them couldnt be happier and are continuing customers. The best BMW and Mini service youll find in the state, better than the dealership and at a better price. Go check out what they have in stock!
I purchased a 2008 3 series a few years ago and I could not be happier with my purchase. Hans went above and beyond to find me the car that fit my needs. I’ve sent many friends and family members to B&W. I wouldn’t bring my BMW anywhere else. Thank you for the quality sales & service!
Very sad to see a rant regarding cars being purchased at auction. As far as I know, most new used and new car dealers but their cars at auction. The exception being clean trade ins. Not sure what the point is with this negative post. Both John and Hand are extremely well versed in all things BMW. I have had BMW and Alfa Romeos services at Blue and White, and they are the only people I would trust on my vehicles. As far as additional photos taken at other locations, whats the big deal, nice to see that he has admiration for other fine automobiles. As far as a vehicles history, carfax seems to cover all concerns. Blue and White motors sells only quality BMWs and has a solid backing with John as the mechanic,as most of the reviews indicate. All star BMW facility!
Very knowledgeable and professional. If you have the money to get it done right, skip the dealership and take it to Blue and White Motors
Jon REALLY knows his way around the BMW family of driving machines. His knowledge, experience and honesty make him an excellent go too guy.
Great Place to Repair Your BMW
Great ppl!! No better shop than Blue and White motors. They dont play around, work is always done the right way.
I recently had purchased a very low miles mint condition 2000 e38. One of the only shops Id let touch this car would be blue and white. I brought my car recently for oil service. Within 25 mins Jon and Hans had full synthetic oil, all OEM air and oil filters(hengst or mann) complete list of things to common issues to look out for in the future(repair wise) and all tire pressure were set correctly. These guys are real car guys and I respect that. Hard working people.
On my second bmw bought from hans, no suprises or hassle. Honest and straight up about everything. Same goes for all maintainence and work done to both of them. Unlike dealerships you will not be finessed for unessasary parts and labor. 100% recommend B&W for your next vehicle or to get your current properly taken care of.
See Hans the sales manager great price
Brought my BMW 135i to get serviced, which was quick. John was friendly and truthfull, and knew exactly what my car needed, and the price was great.
Great diagnostic work, wont try to charge you for unnecessary work. just a little pricey.
The easiest car buying transaction, I have ever experienced! Would rate more stars if possible!
Great experience. My elderly mother wanted a BMW. They could not have been more helpful and the BMW they got for her was perfect..
Was looking for used BMW they had just what I was looking for and priced right!
When I first got my 2009 128i last month,it needed new sneakers and an oil change which I had done at my local garage immediately. The next day it was making extremely unsettling noises when hot (sounded like a freight train whistle every time I let off the gas). Returning to my local garage, they proceeded to replaced the Vanos solenoids ($400) because that was the fault that was thrown. After that failed to fix the problem, they wanted to replace my valve cover which, as I understand it, has a built in vacuum diaphram that cant be repaired (good design, BMW) to the tune of $800. Before I dropped another grand into a what at best was a non-educated guess, I called the dealer (I bought the car in New Jersey). John at Blue and White Motors was recommended. John took it in, did get the vanos code but because he know BMWs,did a smoke test to check the valve cover. Not the problem. Long story short, the local garage managed to leave out one of the parts of the multi-part BMW oil filter! After quite a bit of troubleshooting John traced it to the oil system and finally to the filter....as a turbine controls tech I was more than impressed with his trouble shooting skills. In the end I feel lucky about 2 things.....my engine apparently suffered no long term damage from the faulty filter install and that I found a mechanic I can trust who charges a reasonable rate. Now if I can only get John to move his business closer to Bristol, RI....
Best place to service/buy a BMW, hands down.
Quick diagnosis, great work, and an excellent price.
BMW galore!
Although he was very kind, he wasted my time because he didnt tell me that I had to have excellent credit. Very nice but very potted.
