These people are INCREDIBLY rude. It’s possible that they do good work— it is also very likely that they are under a huge amount of pressure but my car had a 9 am appt and at 6 they had JUST put it up on the lift. I called to inquire at 1 pm- they told us 4. At 5 pm I called again— the gentleman I spoke to had clearly never heard of my car- I was out on hold and disconnected. When I went down there the men in reception, including the general manager we’re rude to the point of cursing. They refused to give me the information for the district manager and they flipped my husband off as we drove away. It was appalling. Please take your business elsewhere. (The woman who was actually taking the tires off of my car was great)

Very good first experience here. Easy to make appointment ahead of time online, car was taken in as soon as I arrived and checked in. The only complaint is the information entered when making the appointment doesnt seem to be sent to mechanics/techs as they seemed surprised when I said there was a squeal from the brakes as well. Otherwise I look forward to returning when more issues arise!

Second positive experience here warrants taking the time to leave a review for these guys. Both times I’ve taken my car here for service, I have been squeezed in for the same day and also received honest and courteous service. Hard to find a trustworthy place to take your vehicle to, but the employees here have created that here!

I went and had a slow leak repaired. I was in and out on less than 1 hour as a walk in. 30 dollars seems very reasonable to me and I would go back again.

I needed a tire put on a rim and it was Sunday. I had to have it by Monday morning. Pretty much every other tire joint in the area takes Sundays off so if it wasnt for Firestone, I would have been screwed. Even though it was 4PM and they closed at 5PM and it was crowded, they had my tire ready in 46 minutes. Great professional customer service and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend.

Service is good, employees are friendly, and theyll help you whenever possible.Took my car here to have new rims and tires installed. They did a nice job but they didnt align my car correctly. After they aligned it my car was still vibrating at highway speeds. They told me that the car was already aligned and that it was another issue. I took my car there 2 times after the initial installation.Had to take it to another shop and they found the back left tire slightly out of alignment and realigned it. Once the second shop performed the alignment the vibration stopped.If I didnt have to go to another shop, they wouldve had 5 stars.

Ive been going to this Firestone for years now, and I have to mention how great theyve been! I generally purchase new cars, and return to my dealer for most service. The one thing new car buyers need though; is a good tire shop, to keep the tires balanced, the car aligned, and an occasional flat replaced, etc. I recently had all 4 tires replaced, and Firestone in South Attleboro didnt disappoint as usual. Overall the best place to buy and service your vehicle for tires!

So I called with a suspension question for my vehicle. I wanted a price quote for shocks and coil springs. I was told that I should contact a body shop and they dont do that kind of work? I did repeat that it was shocks and coils....so the body shop answer is just baffling. If they dont know the difference between a dent in your car and a shock or spring...well maybe you shouldnt bring your car there.

Some of the services are a tad bit pricey but the parts and service are under warranty so at least you can leave there with peace of mind. The people there are nice and professional and I like that a lot. Theres handicap parking here and they offer lifetime service of tire rotations which is a good deal of you normally perform this maintenance.

They wanted to charge me 600+ for brakes. They talk very fast and try and convince you that everything is wrong with your car I Kelly blue booked how much labor and brakes would be for my car and it said highest 184.00 firestone told me 3 hours of labor. Also FYI the brakes were done not looking ago not to mention the other 1,000.00s of work they claimed I needed and after sitting here they did the SAME EXACT THING to the other 4 customers. If I could give the 0 stars I would 😐

The estimates are accurate and they can explaij their billing. Thats a big one. They get me in and out quickly, their service staff is knowledgeable, and they keep their appointment times.You cant ask much more than that for a chain mechanic shop.

I am sitting on the side of a highway with a shredded trailer tire and have called no less than 15 tire shops with no luck. I then called Firestone’s Attleboro location and the wonderful human who picked up the phone checked if he had the tire we needed (they did not have it in stock), explained what I needed to be looking for, and then based on my location found another Firestone close enough that had the right tire in stock and gave me all of the info needed. NO ONE else I spoke with this morning came close to the service or assistance that they did. Really helped take the stress out of the situation and was so kind and friendly while doing it. So very grateful and will hopefully be back on our way soon. Thank you so much!

The work was good but I was there for 2 hours. they started working on my car but in the middle of working on it they left and went to lunch. I was left sitting there in the waiting Room until they returned and finished my car.If I knew they were going to do that I would have made an appointment for a different time during the day.The appointment time was chosen by them when I called, I did let them know I would be waiting for the car.

Very helpful. Didnt have an appointment on busy Saturday morning but the guys still squeezed me in. Ultimately my flat tire was diagnosed as beyond repair. I ended up buying 4 new tires and sprung for an alignment. Somehow the price was only $500 or so. Never got out of Sullivan Tire for fewer than 6 or 7 hundred. And the ride on my 14yo Honda is now smooth af

Generally speaking, places like this have a stigma about them where theyre going to continually up charge you and offer things you dont need. I have had excellent experiences with this place because the people who work there or not just mindless drones towing the corporate line. the mechanics are great and will do everything they can to make sure your issue is fixed and you dont have to come back.on multiple occasions that Ive been in there they have gone above and beyond to take care of it. This is not something I would have before ever expected from a place like this where its a large corporation that owns them. I doubt that I could go to a different Firestone and get as good of service as here.Its also very beneficial that they have a credit line available to people and that bridgestone apparently owns Firestone owns the bank that its financed through which makes it convenient to go through them to get something fixed when its unexpected and pay for it over time..I can also say that if youre a repeat customer theyve really work hard to take care of you. This makes sense and it happens everywhere with smaller mechanics were if your repeat customer they will work to keep your business. You dont usually see this in corporate places like this but here you do because the people who actually work here are good people from what I have seen. If you need to get something done then I would highly suggest bringing your car here to get it done. I cant say put things like this about every Firestone place but I can say good things about this specific one.

Dropped the car off the day before and was told that they would call me the next morning. I had to call at 10am because nobody called. The manager was extremely rude and said that he was the only person there and he would call me back in a few minutes. 2 hours later, i called back and got the same answer, we will call you back. The person on the phone was extremely rude and nasty. Finally. I called at 4pm and spoke to the manager Percy. He was extremely rude and nasty and said that they didnt even get to it yet. He said he would call me back in 15 minutes, took over an hour. I decided that after 9 years of their service and thousands of dollars spent there, that it was time to find another mechanic. I would never use Firestone again. Bring back the old manager and mechanics.

Just stopped in because my brake lights came on and informed me that I needed fluid. I’m not at allllll experienced with cars, and so I stopped in and asked if that was a service they provided, and a very kind man said of course. He came out, checked my fluid, went inside, found the fluid needed, filled my tank and didn’t charge me a penny. Day officially made. Thank you kind sir, I wish I’d gotten your name!

Brought the car in for AC issues that were never fixed and the car ended up literally needing to be towed to another shop because it was unable to drive after he fixed the AC which still only blows hot air.His response to me coming back inside to state that not only does the AC not work but I physically cannot drive it now was to threaten calling the police if I didnt leave his store.

Unbearably slow. They say 45 minutes, so you wait and 2.5 hours later you still sit, waiting. Zero urgency from the staff as they mill around and talk and make jokes without working. They constantly try to upsell you and hint at things you “will need.”

Josh was very helpful. I was in a pinch and was far from home when i ran into tire trouble. Josh got me right in and got me the work I needed done. This man deserves a raise and recognition for his hard work! Couldn’t have been happier. After calling 15 plus shops he was the most helpful person i was able to come in contact with and he went above and beyond! Thanks!

Terrible customer service. Dont bother trying to call to book an appt for your vehicle.. theyll place you on hold everytime. Waste of my time. I was put on hold 6 mins, called back and didnt even speak to an associate, just just placed me directly on hold. I dont have time to wait on hold for 20 mins just to find out whether or not you have any availability for an oil change and alignment this morning.No idea on quality of mechanical service as the associate on the phone just lost that chance for them. Especially bc now if I hang up and call, he simply picks up and hangs up on me. Mind you, I havent even had a conversation with him yet!

Good customer service, but if its busy here even if you have an appointment for something that only takes 15 minutes youll wait 2 hours. Left this place with a huge headache I dont know if it was from the tire fumes for a long period of time. Great work though

Got oil change done (with $15 off coupon best price around). They told me my battery was Dead. I brought it back to Advanced Auto Parts where I had purchased it. It was 1 month before my 3 year warranty ran out. Battery changed for free. Went back & gave each of the people who had helped me $5. They saved me over $100 to replace battery. Wish I had more to give them, but on fixed income. Obviously they were trying to up sell, but doing there due diligents (vehicle check) would have paid off had my battery still not been under warranty. It also gave me peace of mind my vehicle was safe. Coupon was still available for my next oil change, about a month & a half later. Cant beat the price & service with coupon. If I need something important done to my vehicle, this is first place Im bringing it.

Wish I could give them zero stars. The attitude of the manager, Percy, was appalling. Threatened to call the police on me to remove me from the building. He asked me where my car was, and I told him that I didnt know because I dropped it off with him the day before and he should know where the car is. Very nasty and rude...spent thousands of dollars there before, but will never go back.

I dont see any reason to ever go anywhere else. The staff here are friendly, attentive, competent, timely, and honest. They are consistently this way. They always give us a great price, and they never push any services we dont want/need. We would recommend them to anyone.

I went to Firestone in Attleboro MA for a tire rotation and balancing. The gentleman who checked me in was pleasant, gave me the price of the service and told me to relax in thier waiting area.Hour later no movement, eventually the guy comes to me and acknowledges that it had been over an hour and that it would probably be another hour till they got to me. He also offered Sunday service if I couldnt stay. I could not stay another hour.My issue is I wish he would have mentioned the wait before I gave him the key so I could have made the decision before waiting over and hour and not getting what I came for. Waste of my time unfortunately.

My husband will be there after 3 times today on the 4th day because of a air bag light. It wasnt cheap to supposedly fix it and the light came back on. Will never go there again. Well after writing this the air bag light came on again. Again he is there trying to get it fixed. The manager told my husband I gave them a bad review well fix it right and maybe you would get a different one.

So after absolutely dreadful and painful experiences at NTB (NOT THE BEST) haha located in plainville, my fiance and me decided to take our vehicle to Firestone as his father has always given us great reviews about the place. So thats what we did, we called in to schedule and appointment at the Attleboro Firestone. The appointment we scheduled was to purchase four new Firestone all season tires and have them mounted and balanced. They told us to arrive at 5pm which we arrived on the dot. We were greeted professionally and kindly and they began the work immediately.on our vehicle. They provided us with a realistic wait time which was a little over an hour and a half just in case we had thought it wouldnt take that long. Giving us a realistic time expectation was appreciated as it gave us an opportunity to leave with someone else while they worked on the car as opposed to staying however we decided to stay. Well they were putting the new tires on my fiance had decided he wanted to keep the old for tires as they were a match and had a lot of tread still I only problem was that we would not be able to fit them all in our back seat of our Dodge avenger. Overhearing our a problem the sales rep Joshua nicely offered to take the for old tires in throw them in his truck as he was getting off his shift and drop them off in front of our home. I have a lot of experience at many different shops and I can honestly say nowhere would have offered and done that. he did not even accept gas money that I had offered. The service was done exactly on time in an hour and a half. Driving out of the parking lot we could notice an immense difference as now our car I was driving like it was brand new. I had declines replacing the tire pressure monitoring system when they put the new tires on which they clearly recommends any time you get new tires. The next morning the driver side to front tires where low to the point they were going flat. this was a problem that they said could happen due to declining the tire pressure monitoring system servicing. Nevertheless we brought the car back there and they worked on it and installed new stems in everything. not to mention they took it right in even though they had a full waiting room as they recognized we had just spent $500 the day before and they wanted us to be satisfied even though I strongly believe it was due to my negligence of declining the recommended tire pressure monitoring system service. I had every intention in expectation that I was going to be charged for what they were doing however upon completion of their work they came out and explained in detail exactly what was going on in absolutely everything they did. They handed me the keys as I awkwardly standing there waiting for them to tell me a price that I owed. I didnt know what to say so they had spoken first and told me it was all set there was no balance owed in printed me a receipt for the complimentary service they did which was exactly what I declined the day before when they installed the new tires. In this experience I can tell you no place nevermind a corporate place like Firestone whatever do the labor and install the parts for free from something that was your fault that they strongly recommended to be done prior. From that experience we knew this was the place were going to continue to go as not only did we love the customer service we love the fact that we can see the work being done on our car and know its being repaired by Master mechanics as all of their credentials are framed on their wall. So about a week later we returns to get a battery replacement and their price beat every competitor in a 25-mile stretch. Again we had scheduled an appointment arrived on time in our car was taken right in at the time of the appointment in which we were given the correct time estimate before it would be done. while the battery is being replaced they had offered to do a complimentary check on all the fluids and things like brakes power steering. They had returned with the results that everything look good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Typical shady repair shop except with a big name. Had a nail in my tire, I have coverage on my tires. Their solution was to propose I spend $3,000 between new tires and other repairs. So I went down the street and had the tire plugged for $15. If you dont know anything about cars stay away or you will get scammed. 0 rating.

Terrible. Took my car for my appointment at 12 pm for a tired replacement. They told me theyd take about an hour and a half.Came back and at 1:30 and they havent even touch the car. Staff wasnt rude but didnt seem to care most of them were mostly talking standing around

Tony and the other staff at Firestone are absolutely incredible. A speed bump left us with a dented exhaust and drive shaft. We came in early and told them how we were just trying to get back home to Ontario, Canada. Tony took the car into the shop and within half an hour had provided a solution and fixed our car, free of charge.As two young university students, we cant express enough how grateful we are. Thank you so so much (I wish we had caught the mechanics name as well, because we wish to thank him just as much)

I booked an appointment online for a state inspection, it says I will get a call within 24 hours to confirm. No phone call just an email, I get there early for my appointment and they guy looks at the computer and confirms my car. He asked if I wanted a winter inspection or a new sticker? I told him I made my appointment for an updated sticker. He then tells me that they do not do inspections at that location. I said well thats not what it says online.. he then says I know weve been wondering why it says that but we dont do them here and I said well NOW what am I supposed to do? He told me to go across the street to speedee but they might be closed. I said probably because it is a Sunday which is why i booked the appointment with them in the first place cause it is the only day I am free. Not even an apology or anything out of the guy. I will never go to Firestone for any service. I understand that not all locations do the same services but for this guy to not even apology for the inconvenience and state HIMSELF that they KNOW the website is not accurate is completely unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere!

I have been taking my Lexus ES350 and Ford Expedition to this location for years. I have been very happy with the service. They know I am a regular customer and I do feel like they are not taking advantage or recommending items that we dont need. I have sent many folks here and have not heard anything negative.

Trustworthy, store brand generic economy all season tires, entry-level, performed great this past winter going up and down the hilly snowy highway entrance ramps. Firestone has a great engineering design team.

Sat here for 2.5 hrs waiting for an oil change approval (Enterprize leased truck)after driving 20 mins to get here. Was told they could do the oil change on my 2019 ram dually diesel. Then after sitting there that long I was told that the lift wouldn’t lift my truck safely. I drive otr and was on the clock when I stopped so it wasted 2.5 hours of my time and I missed loads waiting for nothing. They should know what the equipment can and cannot do before having someone sit and wait. However, I have had my oil changes done at other Firestone’s in pa and Indiana without any issues. Josh who was helping me at first was very good but had to leave to pick up some tires for a customer from another location. The other guy wasn’t any help and he’s the one that said the lift wouldn’t do it.

Only rating a one star because i cannot rate a 0. Upon going in for a diagnostic. They proceeded to put my car on a lift without having me sign anything or warning. Started doing a full inspection of my car without notice or warning claiming I agreed to it the day prior when I didnt. Upon denying the full inspection, one of their workers began to give me complete and utter attitude. Dont think Ill be coming back.

I had four tires installed on my truck. The two front tires immediately lost air overnight. Went there the next day they made me wait another two hours to fix the problem. Ive been watching the manager here and all he seems to do is watch tv or hes looking at his phone. This place is not where u want to take your vehicle.

Everybody here was amazing from start to finish. I blew out a tire that they fixed very quickly and promptly and then when it blew out again a few weeks later they replaced it for me no charge even though it was my fault.

Worst customer service. Made an appointment so my wife didnt have to wait to have a tire mounted, and still had to wait 2 hours and the job wasnt done right. She asked for the new tire to be placed in the front, and when the job was completed they said they would have to charge us to rotate the tires because it was a directional tire. The tech never bothered to check if any other tires were directional. When I called to find out their side of the story, they informed me the tech was new and they would follow up with him. We were given a free oil change coupn, and when my wife informed him the car is synthetic, they said we would get a discount. What kind of techs do they have that dont know a car is synthetic and doesnt know a tire is directional untill the job is done. Never again will we bring our business there.
