Super friendly, awesome customer service, so they can run you dry! Took my vehicle there and was told I practically needed a new engine. They provided a rental (this is apart of the wool that gets pulled over your eyes) and kept my vehicle for the weekend. $500 later and no work done after the diagnostic check all to find out... From another, better, auto shop that my car was rigged. Tubes left unplugged and clamps not fastened caused my car to show inaccuracies that showed up on their diagnostic test. Now I need a new engine!!? Excuse me!? According to them I needed all kinds of things done that werent necessary. My real car issue (yes, 1 small isssue) cost me under $500 and I passed inspection with flying colors. Stay away from this dealer. Like All dealers theyre out to rob you.

Fantastic service when we were starting a long road trip. Heading out on a 6+ hour drive to take our daughter back to college in PA our MDX engine light went on and the car was losing power. We pulled in to the dealership and Jeff Neal did an outstanding job of understanding our situation, quickly and accurately diagnosing the issue and had us back on the road in 55 minutes with new spark plugs. It is rare to have such a positive and efficient experience these days but when our family quickly needed help this service adviser and dealership really came through. Well done Acura of Auburn.

Got my 2016 Acura mdx stuck on the highway 🛣 due to a transmission problem I had ..., got it towed to Acura of Auburn honestly I was really scared 😨 of the cost that was going to be involved due to the transmission issue and on top of it i had my radiator also broken. I called them and explained my situation to them and I knew the car was out of warranty so all the cost was coming from my pocket 😒...., but then this Genius guy called Joe did something really if I should say miraculous not only did he got my car fixed as new but also surprised me with my bill 🤔. Joe you should be employee of the year...., my bill was super low considering the transmission issue and the radiator and on top of everything they changed 🤔 my brakes,new transmission, new radiator and to put icing on the cake 🎂 they gave me a free car wash. Thank you very much JOE of Acura of Auburn honestly I really appreciate and thank you and your team for a good job done and .my car was fixed in less than a week, Youve have earned yourself a loyal customer Joe, Accura of Auburn. Great dealership! Bought a used ford in April during the pandemic, dealership made accommodations and ensured that everything was clean, reasonable price, no problems whatsoever so far. Test drove a few vehicles, both drove well, sales environment was friendly and not too stressful/not too much pressure. Ken was super helpful in getting the deal done!

Had a great experience buying a used vehicle from them back in January. It was as smooth of a transaction buying a vehicle as Ive ever had, and I know I received a very fair deal from all the research I did in advance. I live in RI and they took care of all the registration stuff quickly and smoothly. There was a minor issue when I went to have the vehicle inspected, but they took care of it right away no questions asked (free of charge) and gave me a nice loaner while it was being fixed. Staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

The salesmen who helped me was really great, however their prices aint. I was able to test drive two MDXs model which I planned on purchasing one of the two. But after he told me they did not negotiate on their used car pricing, I decided not to make an offer. I went to the dealer two separate days, I researched all the MDXs in the area so I definitely wasnt going to pay the dealer price. Ive done my research through NADA and Edmunds and the value of the MDX they have it priced for is way to high. Its also been on the lot more then 30days. They should defiantly make it known that they dont negotiate on used car pricing by either telling the buyer upfront or posting it on their website.What a waste of time. Im wondering if this is due to COVID Since they lost $ now they need to make up for it, but that means they have a lot of cars and shoukd be willing to negotiate .

Never ever, EVER get your vehicle serviced by this establishment. All around the worst dealership for service Ive ever had to deal with. Ive been getting services from them since 2014 including the infamous cylinder ring (burning oil) issue that took over a year of getting consumption tests. Most recently a 1yr old dead battery that they wouldnt stand behind, lied and said the battery was good, it was a $300 sensor... Two days later it wouldnt start in my garage. I ended up buying a much better battery elsewhere. Too many times Ive heard, we dont have any record, or the person doesnt work here. Too many lies! Im done. Will never go back again now, never buy an Acura, and here is my review.

I had a check engine light on & I need it po off to pass inspection, so I decided to take it to Acura, because I have an Acura MDX. The service Adviser name was Jeff S Nael. Who then gave us a list of things we needed to do to pass inspection. Which turned out to be false. I only need a wire replaced. So if you ever go to Acura in Auburn for a service repair. Please get a second opinion. Especially if your Service Advisor is Jeff S Nael. Real sum Bag! Sad taken advantage of family in a pandemic...

Our salesperson was Keith but everyone (Ken, Zack and Nat) all helped in getting us the right vehicle, at the right price with the right financing. Special thanks to Nat for helping my wife and I figure out all the great new technology and for Ken working out the details with the purchase. Easy going and no hard sell. It was one of our best experiences buying a vehicle.

If I can rate 0 stars, that would be my choice. We looked at the car, next day I call, then shot email expressing my interest and stating I am willing to put money down. Two days, no reply. Then, they told me the car has been sold. Very unprofessional, will not do business with them anymore and will not recommend. Better off shopping somewhere else.

I stopped at Acura Auburn per my boyfriends recommendation to looks at a used 2014 Subaru Outback with 15,000 miles with absolutely no plan to purchase. The car looked impeccable. After driving it, I was very impressed with it. To my own surprised I ended up buying it and trading my 2011 Acura TL. I did not feel pressure from the sales staff but instead support in making it work for me to purchase it. The service and attention I received was super professional. I highly recommend this dealerships. The salesman that worked with me is Zach Reed. He could not be more nice, attentive and professional. I had a fantastic experience.

I was looking for a used Honda, and had expected to find the best deal purchasing from a private party. I ended up finding the car I wanted at Acura of Auburn, and I had a great experience with them. The sales staff were extremely courteous and professional, and the whole team--from the general manager to the business manager--worked together to make the process as smooth as possible. I know that the price I paid was fair, and that I got a reliable, well-maintained car. It was well worth the 90+ miles I traveled to work with this dealership. I highly recommend them!

Bought a 2015 IS250 F Sport from this dealership . I drove 1.5 hours and to the dealer and was greeted with excellent customer service. Mike was my sales consultant and i also spoke with Zach the Business manager. I really never leave reviews but this was my first car that i would be financing and they honestly never pressured me and just made me feel welcomed. Car is amazing !!!Btw i bought this in May 2018 and i have had zero issues 100% satisfied customer i would recommend all my friends to visit this dealership, Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!

NEVER EVER GO HERE!If I could give anything less than one star, I would. This dealership completely ruined my brother in law and sister in laws credit score. He applied for a car with them and he was approved. They told him if he applied with a co-applicant, the payment amount would be decreased. This dealership did an entire 180 on him and decided last minute after he put his cosigner on, the manager promised he would give him a call regarding positive news for the results of the co-signer. He received a car stating they had sold the vehicle. He was already approved and had his payments arranged he only wanted a lower payment plan.They completely screwed him over and then turned around and sold it to someone else. I would not recommend conducting business with this dealership.If you’re looking for a place to ruin your credit score and screw you over for a car sale, this is the spot. If you’re a decent human being then I would definitely recommend going to another establishment.Terrible service, their representatives are low conniving crooks. This is a bottom of the barrel business. Even sewer rats wouldn’t consider doing business with them.NEVER EVER GO HERE!

Mr. Joseph Wilson service manager took a good care of me when I want in for oil change without an appointment and he washed and vacuumed my car without me asking for it. I recently went into this establishment and it was the worst experience Ive ever experienced. I went in with high hopes to get a car. When I went into this business i was greeted from the manager named Nathan. Nathan was more than happy to show this 2017 honda accord and appraise my car. After appraising my car and running my credit and pretty much saying Im approved he provided me with paperwork indicating the payments.The payments was a little high and said I can provide my wifes information to make it cheaper in which I did.After I did that, nathan said he would personally hold the car for me and hed get back to me to see if he can get the payments lower.I got a call the next day saying Im sorry, I sold the car. *nonchalant*So from wasting gas, putting 300 miles on my car driving from CT, dropping my credit to from fair to poor in which I worked on for so long, and wasted over 4 hours in the horrible place.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BUSINESS TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES.Nathan is all about making a quick buck for commission and hes the manager. If he is this quick to get a sale disregarding his own words and promises thats he broke, can you imagine the employees he has under his practice?

Best service dept I have ever dealt with- I had my 2000 Acura TL towed there after it broke down the night before and even without an appointment I was able to pick up my car that evening. My Service Advisor, Justin Kane, always has my best interest in mind and always looks for the most affordable option. I trust them and know that I can rely on their expertise. I also have a 2014 Chrysler 200 and I bring that vehicle to Acura as well.

Came to have my car serviced for an oil change & brakes thought was alil to expensive almost came out 700! $ just for front brakes & oil change was very disappointing to find out after i requested to services guy to have my antifreeze & windshield washer fluid refilled noting after spending all that money had to go to auto zone buy antifreeze & washer fluid cause the dealer ship assured me it would be done that was a lie had spend more money wasnt to happy about that

My brother recently came here and submitted an finance application for a car that he had his eyes on WITH NUMBERS to show the prices that it’s going to be his. NATHAN THE MANAGER told him that he’d personally hold the car for him and they’d contact him when the application goes through.He contacted my brother shortly after, to let him know that they sold the car to the next buyer....It seems like all these guys want is a commission check and don’t care about ruining your credit.Do not go to these guys. What makes it worse was that it was a manager.If the manager is this quick to ruin someone’s happiness to get a car, can you imagine how crooked the employees under Nathan is?

Im going to recommend Acura of Auburn to all my Acura owning friends from now on!I own two Acura TLs, 2003 and 2005, and in both instances needed parts rapidly. Henry and Stacey in the parts department were both awesome and made the experience great.The first time I needed a replacement heater fan harness for my 2003, Henry got me the right part and gave me a great price as well. I had my girlfriend pickup the part for me and he even went above and beyond and gave us a printout with the official instructions on how to do the repair.The second time I needed a new rear underbody spoiler for my 2005, Henry gave me a stellar price and even guaranteed I could pick it up the next morning. I placed the order at 4:00PM and was able to pick it up the next morning around 10:00AM! Upon pickup, he offered to dispose of the large box the spoiler shipped in, which helped me out immensely. Both Stacey and Henry made the 35 minute drive to the dealership worth it. I will be returning when Im in need of parts and when service time comes around.

The reason I gave 2 stars is because of Zach Reed. Zach was helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable. I came here in January 2017 looking to purchase an ILX. While I always felt that an Acura was an overpriced Honda, I wanted to test drive an ILX to see if the luxury was worth the extra cost of ownership for years to come. As a side note- The lot entrance for customer parking heading towards the left side of the building is extremely narrow when there are vehicles on both sides. Acura of Auburn had a leftover 2016 ILX, which was discounted. While I liked the car to a certain extent (after test driving it with Zach), the real fun began when it was time to crunch the numbers. Lets just say that Ive had not so good luck with cars. Ive owned both lemons, and cars that didnt live up to my expectations, therefore I have numerous vehicle inquiries on my credit report. I also knew going in that there would be some negative equity involved on my trade-in vehicle. Im not sure what happened behind the scenes. However, when the numbers came back I almost fell over in my chair....The e-mail I received from Acura of Auburn started off promising; The good news is that you having a good repuation with them (Honda Financial Services) and did get an approval. However the caveat of that approval would structure like this: $728 per month, with $5,000 down for 72 months with an interest rate of (wait for it)................14.84%!!!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say I was outraged. If this is a rate they give someone with a good reputation, then I feel extremely bad for people who dont. I have relatively good credit, and never filed bankruptcy, or had a repossession. Apparently they go by a different credit report (Tier Auto Credit) then your actual FICO score. The e-mail from Acura of Auburn stated The reasoning behind their decision was the number of open accounts that you have and the repeated turnover of vehicles. I call B.S. Last year when I purchased my current vehicle, I had the same amount of vehicle inquiries, and opened only one additional account (with a gas station for their rewards program). My interest rate on my current car....under 4%, and I only put a couple grand down (not $5,000). I had no issue with getting financed for that car. So in summary, for me it made no sense to downsize from an AWD vehicle with low mileage, and a safety package, with a low interest rate to......an entry level Acura (that was allegedly discounted, which isnt worth anywhere near $700 a month!), that didnt have the safety suite my car has, but has a ridiculously high interest rate. It was a no brainer for me. The whole process soured me on Acura as a brand. To put it bluntly, I felt like they were trying to screw me over. Im not sure how much the dealership had to do with inflating the numbers, or if it was Acura/Honda, or both. This review is just food for thought for people who plan to shop at this dealer, or shop the Acura brand in general.*Update: I drove by the dealer today (2/24), and noticed that the ILX I was interested in was still on the lot. Apparently nobody wants to buy a car with a 14.84% interest rate, Presidents Day (or not) LOL!

Went for an Oil Change. They offered to wash and vaccum my car. When I picked it up, it had not been washed or vacuumed. I also asked them to look at the rear wiper arm because it broke (Car is less than a year old) and they didnt know if someone looked at it or not....... Stupid oil monkeys, no better than jiffy lube...
