I have used Appliance Specialists 3 or 4 times. There’s nothing worse than an appliance that isn’t working, it causes me a lot of stress when things work against me. Not only are the technicians able to identify the issue quickly, they have efficient repair procedures and are really knowledgeable. They are very fair with pricing, taking into consideration the ease of the job and other factors. I’m so thankful that I have a reliable company that is easy to make an appointment with when i need help.

Called because my dry was locked. Called and Norm solve my problem over the phone. No charge. I dont know any company out there that would have ever done that. Will definitely be using their services from now on. Plus he recommended a great small business to buy appliances. Thank you Norm!

Warning! We paid 1/2 down for a $600+ repair. 6 months later we have not seen the repair man again and no work at ALL was done. Every time we call the answer iswe are waiting on the part. We accepted this answer for several months because of covid but now 6 months later this is unacceptable and we are out $300 with a broken stove. This company is disreputable and I will be reporting to the BBB.

Warning: only ask for their repair folks who are certified on your brands of appliances. If you dont specify theyll send another who may not be, and you run a great risk of their doing nothing for you, or worse, but youll be out their repair fees, and still have to replace an otherwise repairable machine. The company doesnt stand by their work, they rest that burden only on the individual who performs it, therefore the company doesnt have to take responsiblity for their repairs or repair people. Wouldnt have ever used if Id seen even one review like the one Im providing here. Beware, please.
