Ordered w/ these folks today and service was awesome! Super easy process. Ordered online and they delivered same day as promised. My favorite part - a handwritten message with the sweetest card! Most places will print their message on a standard paper but this felt personal! Thanks so much! Will definitely be using again in the future. Beautiful flowers, good price, and personal touch!

At the recommendation of the funeral home, I called Buds & Blooms from out of state to order flowers for my father’s funeral. I didn’t want standard white arrangements or lilies but rather something that evoked wildflowers from Washington mountains with lots of greenery. The person who helped me had fantastic ideas and we were so thrilled with the unique arrangement that arrived. Friends ordered gift arrangements from them as well and all were beautiful! Buds and Blooms did an amazing job! I forgot to sign the card with a “from —“ and they quickly called me after my order to check in with me to see if that was intended. I really appreciate them being so thorough and helping me out. Also, they delivered the flowers in the morning to the receiving person so they could be happy about the flowers their whole birthday. The flowers were beautiful and I’m very thankful for them making our days :)

This made receiving her Birthday flowers extra special and was wonderful working with Kelly to put the arrangement together. My husband bought me a small arrangement of flowers for my birthday on Thursday. By Saturday they were already wilting and looking sad. I’ve had $7-10 bunches from Trader Joe’s that lasted longer than one week. We will not be going back here for overpriced flowers that lady 4 days.

I called because I needed to send some flowers same day delivery. They didnt deliver in the area that I needed. But, the woman looked up a florist in the neighborhood where I needed them to be sent to; she could hear that I was driving. I appreciate her going above and beyond! I will order through them again; thats for sure!!

I could have rate Buds and Blooms higher than 5 stars if it were possible. At their most busy part of the year, with all the rush, its late in the afternoon, and another day to go for Valentines day. Upon entering the overwhelming scent of fresh flowers greets you with nice welcome and whats more is that I was surprised with the cheerful atmosphere, the attendants are fresh and happy to meet you. Shop keepers are attentive to everyone despite the tons of work: Hi how can I help you? or Have you been helped?. The gentleman in charge even calmly stated thats its no problem for any cancelation out of the more than 100 deliveries they have to sort out for Valentines day, assured it would not be difficult (in front of the customer). Please be kind and considerate enough to indicate what kind and color of flowers youre canceling even when they are not asking for any further details to trace it.Days before Valentines I went there to order flowers for delivery (They have 3 vehicles parked outside at that time). I am very particular with the flower I want, they took out all their available color of that variety for me to decide but they dont have the color I want, and yet they let me decide at no time pressure whatsoever. They are I would say on the expensive side, but its an all together pleasant experience on my part on dealing with them. I would say congratulations business well done.

Ordered flowers delivered to a location in Auburn. The person receiving was gone for the day, they had the home address on file, proactively called me and offered to deliver to that Address which was several miles away. Very proactive and the kind of customer service you hope to get but dont always. Thank you for going the extra mile. Ill only use Buds & Blooms in the future, they ROCK!

Staff went above and beyond to make sure the flowers for my goddaughters first birthday were perfect. I ordered online and they called me immediately to let me know what flowers they had in stock for my selected arrangement and took the time to discuss with me how they could ensure that they produced exactly what I had in mind. The end result was perfect and I was thankful that even though I was ordering from across the country, I got exactly what I wanted for this special occasion. Buds and Blooms is now my go-to florist for my friends and family in Auburn.

My parents were celebrating their 50th Anniversary. They ordered flowers and paid for them before I could call and intervene. I called and added a corsage and boutonniere to their order and paid over the phone. Very helpful and professional. Although I was calling from overseas, not problems at all. I received a delivery from Buds and Blooms, beautiful large bouquet. The lilies in the bouquet were all closed when I received the package, but as they sit on my desk during day 4, all lilies are blooming and all of the other flowers are still beautifully holding up. Im very impressed and will definitely use them in the future.

My sister was in the Hospital and I ordered her flowers that when she left the hospital she never received. Long story short the owner went out of her way and called the delivery person to find out why my sister did not get them and then went to the hospital personally to find out they got stuck at the nurses station. She them took them back and delivered them to my sisters home the next day...talk about going the extra mile for a customer!!! This business is so caring and thoughtful...Love them!!!!If I could give them additional stars I would.

I wanted a smaller order for my wedding, and they met with me to discuss what I was looking for and had great suggestions. One bouquet, some boutonnieres and corsages. They made smaller ones for my niece and nephew. They also worked with my forest theme and put some ferns in my bouquet. Very pleased with the service and product.

This has been my go to florist in Auburn for the last dozen years or so. The staff is friendly and artistically gifted, but my last purchase (a $90 arrangement for a memorial service) was a little disappointing. A third of the flowers were clearly several days old, but by the time I noticed it was too late to do anything about it. Either I wss intentionally cheated or the staff wasnt paying attention. Either way, I may be looking for a new South King County flower connection.
