I had some letters missing from our sign and needed a repair. My experience was great. Jean was helpful, her dog was super cute and playful. She had the letters done quickly. She called to let me know they were ready but with a busy business it was difficult to get in during business hours. Im getting ready to leave work and there is Jean putting up my letters on my sign. She is awesome and so helpful. I have called other sign companies in the past that either didnt call me back or said they couldnt help. Not Whitley & Sons Custom Signs.
