Don’t be upset when you discover that being in line first means that you will be unloading first! I arrived at location on Saturday and not a truck in sight! Thinking that I beat all the other trucks that arrived after me would mean that I would be unloading before them came to be upsetting that the trucks that arrived after me were instructed to go around me and were permitted to enter the property and unload before me ! After becoming rather irate and communicating with someone from the office I was made aware that the first come first serve rule has an exception! Your ability to unload or the time that you are permitted to unload depends on the product you are carrying! This is very problematic and must be corrected to prevent disturbances between drivers that experience other drivers going around you that arrived after you!

Worse place to pick a load shipping office take an hour to print BOL paper.

Use exit 11 on I-290, and follow gps, they open around 6 and have spots on the front of the gate to lineup if u arrive early, very nice in and out experience, they take the paperwork from while u in front of the gate, then proceed to dock at the rear .

Long unloading. They unload the trucks out of sequence.

Receiving start at 0830. Gated area, park to left if early and they come out to get paperwork. Use 10 docks. Friendly staff! Quick unloading.

Worst place to be ... very rude stuff and they take certain loads at 6 am that they need and the once they don’t need or out of they will make them wait till 8:30 am ... and only have one guy unloading.. ... never coming here again ...

The new cooler arrangements in stores made BY ATLAS are garbage, they make zero sense and only care about having their beer in every first cooler. They DO NOT give a damn about the customer. They care about money not convenience.
