Drove up from Birmingham to get some advice on a used Canon 20D I bought recently. It wasn’t taking pics or focusing but John gave good advice regarding whether to repair or not (costly repair). It turns out it is still working in manual mode but something is off about the cameras automatic settings. That’s okay with me since I want to learn manual. He cleaned the flash assembly and lens contacts without me even asking. Showed me around the store. Good guy, nice store. Worth the drive.

These guys were super helpful today. I walked out with an E6 AC power adapter at a bargain price, especially considering theyre sold out everywhere Ive looked! Also, I lost the mount for my tripod, and three different people tried to find me a replacement in their spare parts bin while I was in there. Altogether a wonderful experience, and I would recommend this place to anyone needing help with their cameras or other photography equipment.

My husband passed away and I took a large picture of him in to reduce so I could give the large one to his daughter. It was a bit darker than I liked but I took it back later and they allowed me to preview & I was so happy with it, I had it framed there. No charge for the first picture. Excellent service. Will use them a lot more as they are easy to get to in a medium shopping center.

What a great stop for your photography needs - they have it all - cameras, lenses, protective gear, they print, frame, shoot and take the time to educate their costumers on how to use it all.In 2009 I took a photography class thought by JR and he helped me get started on my digital photography journey. I am still learning today but everything I learned over that summer is still the base of all my knowledge.Through the years Ive shopped there, used their services to clean my gear, exchanged or rented equipment and made several frames that are now hanging on my walls at home. This place has quite the inventory on photography cameras. But the only reason I have it 3 stars is because they do not have much in stock of video cameras and camcorders

We were shooting our short film in Montgomery, Alabama on August 20, 2016. We ran into an issue with our camera lens rental literally 2 days before filming. After making several phone calls to local shops and friends, I contacted a gentleman that referred me to Cameragraphics in Auburn. I gave them a call and the gentleman that I spoke with over the phone was so nice and personable. He told me that they did, in fact, have lenses for rent and one that would fit my 5D Mark III camera. I rushed 40 minutes to Auburn and the gentleman had the lens waiting. I was amazed at how much great gear the shop had! I also had the opportunity to rent lighting the same day. This is great because Im constantly doing non-profit photography and video work and to have a gear rental location close by is priceless! The rented lens turned out to be our work horse throughout the entire shoot, which was a blessing. These folks are top notch, personable and very much needed in our area! I highly recommend them! Natalie and John did my wedding photos this weekend, and I can honestly say I could not recommend anyone better. John was extremely professional and also very easy going. He made everyone feel very comfortable throughout the entire process, while also setting us up with the best photos possible. And Natalie took our engagement photos, so I already knew our wedding photos would look great! Not only did she take amazing shots, she made me feel comfortable and as calm as I could be. Possibly the best place ever, not just because they have awesome camera gear, but because they have exceptional customer service, great repair service, and infinite camera knowledge. We had some shards from a broken memory card buried in the impassable depths of our GH5 and they were able to perform emergency surgery to get us back up and running quick. Five Stars!
