Super fast and professional and they didnt try to up sell me! That was refreshing. I drive a Toyota and usually have it serviced at Doxon across the street but they became so aggressive with the service advisors trying to make commissions. No appointment needed here and no hour waiting. I needed an oil change and Valley Quick Lube delivered. I highly recommend it.

This place seemed great at first. I have gone here for the last 5 years for all the recommended services/maintenance on my suv. I came in to have my transfer case serviced on my AWD suv along with an oil change. They said I did not have one at all. The service tech guy even asked the manager, and he agreed that I didnt have one.When my SUV started to make a weird noise, I brought it in to the certified service department at this same dealership, and they said I needed the whole thing replaced. It will cost close to 3000 dollars. Makes me think that if they serviced it in the beginning, it wouldnt need to be replaced. The fact that they said I did not even have that part on my vehicle, makes me think these people are not trained very well. Be aware! I will bring my vehicles to a certified service department from now on.

They were very helpful and friendly here. Helped me replace my tire that got a nail in it. They even went the extra mile and helped me replace one of my bulbs that went out. Thanks so much!

I had a bad experience. I called numerous places trying to get my oil changed. I was told by this place that they had my filter and they had time to do my vehicle. Knowing the rarity of the situation, I took them up on their offer and stopped researching. I drove from seatac to auburn to reach here.Upon arrival I pull up to the bays, 3 people look at me, look at each other, and I have to get out my car to be acknowledged. I have to go say hi to the workers. Right away im greeted by a stone/sour faced dark haired hispanic lady not wanting to say anyones names. She says immediately that they dont have the dipstick for my vehicle so if I dont have it then they cant do it. But if I do itll be in the range of 120.99-189.99. I stated I saw on the web page of services they offered a diesel oil change and tire rotation for 109.99. I proceed to look if I can pull it up and she shrugs her shoulders, says I dont know, and looks away.I said is there another female that works here? I called about 30 mins ago. And she says theres plenty of females that work here. I look around and its all guys, so shes telling me 30 mins ago she doesnt know what female was there when I saw nothing but guys. I was asking because someone assured me on the phone that I would be taken care of and my filter was in stock. It was very apparent how evasive of work this group was. I said thank you for your apology (she didnt apologize) and walked away frustrated. Wasted a day not looking for a more reliable group, wasted gas/time/money because of their false information. The person I interacted with was rude with no customer service skills. Everyone else just stared and wondered if someone in their empty shop may need help. She wouldnt honor a price her company claims to provide.Group working on March 26, 2021 from 15:30 to 16:30.

I received an oil change this morning and everything went smoothly and fast! I was in and out in 35 minutes and the staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Will definitely be returning!
