The atmosphere at Sunset Kia is really relaxed and I didnt feel pressured. Patrick was really helpful. Buying a car right now is really tough, they had the best used Kia inventory I have seen. The finance person, Brandon, had his sweet adorable dog Lily with him and she let me pet her. That sold me. They followed up with me after I bought a 2020 Optima to make sure I was happy with my purchase and to clear up any questions I had. There was a service issue and that department contacted me right away. I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this dealership.
Never trade in your car here. They will this is the best price you will ever find but end up being the lowest. Sold my car for 8700 when this place offered me 6500. They only look for their benefit and not the customer. Probably forgot about customer service since they are selling their car like crazy. Ill leave the rest to you to decide but be smart with your money.

Went in to trade my car and end up keeping my car and getting another one. Cassidy was very helpful, making sure we leave with the best option we have available. After my wife and I wasted our time up at CarMax in lynnwood. We were able to find another mustang for a greater value and as soon as I pulled up these guys instantly made my day way better. I was @ sunset Kia first time for 2014 KIA SOUL had check engine light on and service agent Kendall took care of it. I was told that my Kia Soul was under warranty and factory recall. I was very happy. I gave them 5stars and the owner respond back. After 2days my Kia Soul check engine light on again and took it back to SUNSET KIA and Mr DEAN GAIDIES service agent told me that they are very busy and they will let me know later what’s going on with my car. After 3 days I was told that it’s not under warranty and they don’t have time to find out what’s wrong with it. He said maybe next week or maybe not, we have cars been here more than a month and still not fixed. I never ask them to fix my car for free under warranty and I am ready to pay what ever it needs but I think they don’t have good experienced mechanics. I would recommend everyone to go to other KIA dealerships Definitely not SUNSET KIA.

I am still getting what I consider a rough ride. Especially when I go over splice in the roadway. Its quite a big bang in the rear end and you feel it pretty good.. You guys test drove it and didnt see anything out of the ordinary.
Not one to leave bad reviews BUT this had to have been the worst service experience we have received at any dealership service department. We took our car for normal inspection and oil change about 2k miles ago. We were told everything looked good including breaks. We had mentioned seat belt buckle also wasn’t functioning properly on front passenger side. We were told part would be ordered and they would call us once part came in to replace. A couple weeks later vehicle started making noise when pressing the breaks. As I have access to a lift I looked to see what could be making the noise and noticed that drivers rear pad was metal to metal. Made appointment to bring truck back in as soon as possible as it was to dangerous to drive. We were told part was on back order and would try to see if warranty would cover it. Loaner could not be provided due to unavailability. We had to rent a vehicles for a few days and ended up paying $500 out of pocket. We kept getting the run around as they were saying not even after market parts were available. We kept expressing our concerns for transportation as we needed to get to work and a few times were told they were looking for loaners but we were never given one. Every time we got an update was because we had to call and ask and every time it was something new. The last time we called in they told us it would be yet another week and again no loaner. At that point we asked to speak to the manager. We were not able to get a hold of a manager until we asked for a second time to speak to him. After explaining to him the situation he was able to get the part and our car back to us within 24 hours. When we got the call that the car was ready we were told after all that that they still hadn’t repaired the seat belt and if they could keep it one more day and that we had to pay another $600 out of pocket. As you could imagine we were pretty fed up at that point and asked for our vehicle to just be returned to us. It’s a 2020 Kia Telluride. We really shouldn’t be experiencing these types of issues on such a new car and the fact that the service department was lacking really didn’t help. Love the vehicle but makes us think twice on how long we want to keep this vehicle and ever buy from this company again.

My experience was 5 stars. I am giving a lower rating because I have been told by multiple individuals including the sales manager that I would be getting a call by the service department to replace my windshield for free, as it has a crack on the passenger side going to the middle of the windshield that was there prior to me purchasing the car. It has now been 3 weeks and have not had a call. Talked to 2 individuals on 7/19 who said I’d be called and I haven’t. It would be great to get a notification of where we are, whether it is waiting for the windshield or acknowledgement of some kind. I’m pretty disappointed I haven’t and am worried that I purchased a car that had damage that I was told would be fixed and I’ll be on the line for paying for it. Disappointed.

First, this is very hard to write this review as we have been coming to this location to get our 2017 KIA serviced for awhile now and have loved it…We brought our KIA in a couple weeks ago and told them the back sliding door wasn’t working. They said the motor in the door burned out. We had to pay $660 for the motor before they could order it. Cool, we paid. It had been about 2 weeks and I hadn’t heard anything so I called Jennifer. She said the part arrived yesterday(last week) and scheduled my appt to bring the car in today 6/8/21. I dropped it off at 9am. I get a call around 10:45am saying not all the parts had arrived. So I leave work to go back here. I ask when the parts will arrive. They say the parts will be there in an hour and I can leave my car so it can get worked on. That’s the 1st inconvenience. I go back to work. Then they call me a couple hours later saying that there’s actually another part that needs to be fixed and that’s an extra $400 for the part alone. Second inconvenience. The part there talking about is noticeably ripped when you look at it. How the maintenance person missed that when inspecting it weeks ago is beyond me! Kia sunset needs to get their stuff organized better. I missed a whole lot of work today running around for their mistakes! The ONLY thing they did right today was refund me my $660 for the part they didn’t put on. I’ll be taking my car else where to get serviced.
We have purchased many trucks and cars over the past 50 years and this purchase experience was the most pleasant hassle free of all. Patrick and Yarania and Erik were kind professional and courteous. Took my 206 Kia Amati there for service. The antitheft lock keep blocking my engine from starting my car shut off while I was on the freeway driving which is dangerous Kia should be able to fix that or do a recall, but anyways they charge me $185 diagnose which was wrong They told me to fix the Time in belt which was fix like two days before I even came in, And they also say I needed new crankshaft and camshaft which I fixed both and still have the same issues ... so they basically just took my money and I had to tow my car back-and-forth so I just lost a lot of money basically and they got horrible service recommend don’t take your car there

I went into the dealership with intentions of buying a Forte that was listed on their website at a great price. After the test drive I was ready to buy the vehicle but they weren’t going to honor the listed price that they told me they would before the test drive. I dealt with a sales manager who yelled at me and cussed at me. I also sent an email to the corporate office but I’ve received no reply. Avoid this dealership at all cost.I bought a brand new vehicle the next day
Sat at dealership for 3hrs for tire replacement.Once car was done car sat for 1/2hr before i went to counter then took another 15 min for paperwork.Worse service ever. I will ask for Jenifer from now on shes efficient.
This is the place to buy a car. I was treated very respectfully and with the greatest concern to make sure I got the best deal I could have imagined. I bought a K5 GT 3 months prior from a different dealership and did not get the deal I was hoping for. Then it was totaled 1 month later. After insurance paid it off I went to Auburn Kia and got Tha same car with more options and a cheaper price than before. I got a way better interest rate and a much better monthly payment. It was so good I was able to finance for 6 years instead of 7 and still have an affordable payment. Ask for Jordan and he will take care of you I guarantee it.
Buying a car is a very stressful process. Its difficult to decide which car is best for you that still sits within your budget. All of this is so much more difficult when you feel you are being pressured by a dealership into a car youre not sure you even want. Jordan Holen and all of Sunset Kia was awesome at helping my partner and I find our new car. It never felt like I was being pressured and he was always there to answer questions or just give some advice. Next time you look to buy a car, I highly recommend giving them a visit!
Pretty Okay. However when it takes a long time to purchase your vehicle and youre told its being detailed and it comes out with orange stickers still stuck on the tires, plastic still wrapped around the seat belts and dirt on the back panel its not very detailed is it?!Also dont expect much info on the car and what its capable of.Nice folks tho for sure and definitely not a high pressure salesy environment.

They came out made contact and gave me a card if I seen anything I liked or would like to test drive. I ended up coming back to this dealer to purchase my truck. 11/10 - customer service was RESPONSIVE across all departments, the team members were happy to assist in all ways and the deal we wanted/needed was easy to make happen.
We were starting to outgrow our sedan as the family car, so we decided we wanted the Kia Telluride as it would be great for now and we could grow into it.Here in Utah, we werent able to find any available in the trim and color we wanted in the entire state. I started looking out of state and found a few in California, Washington, and Colorado. But they were all accounted for or else, in the case of California, Id have to pay their higher tax rates.Luckily, when I called Sunset Kia of Auburn, they told me theyd charge Utah tax rates, and that there was a Telluride in the trim we wanted coming in about a month. We decided to go ahead with it, so they held the car for us.When it came in, everyone was so helpful and speedy in getting the financing and everything taken care of — big thanks to John, Jordan, and Reese for all your help with this! They made it so that when I flew out to pick up the car, I was only in the office for an hour or two finishing up paperwork, and then I was on my way back to Utah. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.The only reason Im taking off a star is due to the lack of communication when I made it back. I was told that the title and registration documents would be mailed to my local DMV a few days after I got back, but they never showed up. I called both the DMV and the dealership multiple times trying to figure out where those documents were, but I had a hard time getting updates on their status. Finally, about a week later, I was told that there had been some delays from the manufacturer and so they werent able to send out the docs. Thats fine, because I know especially these days that delays happen. But I was a little disappointed that I hadnt been kept in the loop from the get-go, especially since I was unable to drive the new car for a few days due to a lack of registration, and it wasnt clear when Id be able to drive it again. They did eventually send the docs though, and now I have the car all registered and set up here in Utah. But I would have appreciated a bit more transparency around that whole process.I do also want to add a note that I had been preapproved for a loan with my credit union, but Sunset Kia went ahead and financed elsewhere, convincing me that they could get a better rate. Since they never asked what my rate was, they were wrong, so I had to refinance with my credit union once I got home.All that said, though, Im very grateful to the wonderful staff at Sunset Kia for all their help in getting us a very difficult-to-find vehicle that we really love.

I did an oil change yesterday, i requested to have my car vaccumed, they forgot to do that, and forgot to put sticker in my car to track the milage, and at the front desk they didnt really offer me a car wash voucher, i had to ask for it to get it. I usually get the voucher everytime i get oil changed. But not this time sadly. And raised the oil change to $49 instead of $44 just makes no sense...

Traded in my 2018 forte sx for 110% of value for a new 2021 forte gt. This dealership offers lifetime powertrain warranty and oil changes for life. My salesman Patrick was very helpful and was not pushy like my other experiences at different dealerships. I also recommended this dealership to my friend and he ended up buying a new car from Patrick a week later.

From the minute I walked in they made me feel like I was looking at my new car, of course my past experience told me yeah right take me to the top of the mountain only to kick me off !! Matt (dealership owner) and Patrick (sales rep) were truly great in every way. My circumstances were initially that I wasnt yet ready to buy a car but they never pressured me forward. Matt was my first point of contact (via text) and he expressed understanding and patience the entire time.When I finally made a trip to the dealership for a test drive of my desired vehicle, I was connected with Patrick and he listened to my situation (I was recently rear-ended and my vehicle totaled) and he understoond the hesitations and concerns I had financially as I wait for my claim to finalize). He made a suggestion or two in addition to my desired vehicle. But he never made me feel I had to go that route - he was just personally excited about that vehicle and wanted to share it with me as an option.In the end, Im glad he did. When we talked numbers, sadly, my chosen vehicle was just too much for me to afford monthly. But the one he initially suggested was within reason and I decided to go with that one instead. It still has so much of what I wanted (and most of all, I just needed a new vehicle). Patrick was keen on getting me what I wanted to the best of his ability.Despite the fact that its his JOB to sell cars, he defied the stereotype of pushy salesmen. That meant a lot to me - both Matt and Patrick personified the SUPPORTIVE sales rep mentality which is rare.Now, I live in Arlington. My initial search for a new vehicle resulted in me getting connected with Kia in Auburn before I was even aware of WHERE this dealership was located (I just wasnt paying attention). But Im very, very glad I did...it was worth the drive.I want to add that Reese in accounting was also excellent. He took the time to make sure my understanding of the financial aspects we clear and he was kind and friendly to chat with.Shopping for a new vehicle can be intimidating but I felt almost no nervousness once things got rolling...pun may or may not be intended. Ha! I definitely recommend Sunset Kia.(One more thing! While I never caught their names, during some of my wait while Patrick got things taken care of, I would sometimes catch snippets of interactions of other sales reps with their customers. The bits I heard solidified my impressions about the people here - they were ALL kind, helpful, and asked questions to best understand the needs and wants their customers desired.)

Jennifer from the service department at sunset kia of Auburn helped us today. She went above and beyond and let us borrow a car for the day while our car was serviced overnight. We greatly appreciate it, this place is a great place to come and they have great customer service.

Great customer service. I went in for a few issues with my car, Kendall my mechanic was very informative and polite. They were able to correct the issues I had with my vehicle. Overall great experience! They even washed and vacuumed The inside of my car for me. Would definitely recommend!

Got a good deal on a new Mitsubishi Mirage G4. The salesman Damon M. was very direct but not pushy, exactly what you want in a salesman. The Mirage is actually the cheapest car on the market, and I was not pressured in any way toward more expensive vehicles! I am very happy with my car and love that oil changes are included for life!

CUSTOMERS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW ANY REGULATION CHANGES ABOUT ANYTHING THAT CONCERNS THE CAR THEY ARE ABOUT TO BUY OR HAVE BOUGHT! ! ***BRADY *** u got very rude and nasty as sales agent and unfortunately you get 0 stars for job poorly done !! I dont understand why he left out information about rules changes about my car getting tinted .After you guys put the wrong tint on my car now u come around and change the info that you want to provide to me .Sales and service department admitted to leaving out this info b4 i gave up my car for the service after asking multiple questions about the service! .** BE CAREFUL B4 U BUY ANY CAR FROM SUNSET KIA AUBURN . Not from Brady for that matter !Make sure they provide all the information about warranties, **OFFERED TINT** ( RULES AND REGULATION CHANGES ), Factory warranty ( what it covers n have it on paperwork ), Lifetime oil changes (make sure its on paperwork ), DO NOT BELIEVE WORD OF MOUTH ESPECIALLY NOT FROM BRADY !! if he says your insurance will go down since you have a neWer car with more saftey features LIES!!! call your insurance company and ask b4 buying the car i learnt the hard way after BRADY LIED THAT MY INSURANCE WOULD DROP !!!! PROVIDING WRONGFUL INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS SHOULD HAVE CONSEQUENCES AND ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE The amount of misinformation i have had from this company and it agents is unbelievable !!! Brandon stayed in communication with me about the Kia Carnivals. They are hard to find. When some came on the lot, he reached out and I was able to test drive and purchase one before anyone else. Brandon received my business because if his follow through.
Normally this is great service but today fell a little short. Left waiting longer than I was told with no communication only to end up having to call myself from the waiting area and they said my car was done. When I walked up it looked like the same paperwork that been sitting there for a long time so that is likely that it was ready and they just left me sitting there. While I was sitting there I was telling myself... well maybe theyre washing the car like they usually do so just be patient but turns out, I didnt get the car wash but I did get a vacuum so at least theres that. Since I was in the waiting area for over 2 hours I had the chance to see the vending machine guy stick his hands into the coffee beans after he was handling coins and cans and other things one might consider dirty. I couldnt believe what I was saying and of course I dumped out my complimentary coffee as soon as I saw this and started taking a video just in case theres any dispute about it. I still like this place but I have to admit Im shocked at this but I will continue to go there I just will never drink the coffee again!
Jennifer was awesome!!! She was kind & patient with us!!! This is the second time we’ve been in to get our car serviced and both times we have had great experiences!!!The waiting area was clean. All the chairs were 6ft apart for social distancing!!! There was someone constantly cleaning and wiping things down!! That made me feel more at ease while we were there!!!
