Woman was rude and does not know about the products that are sold in the shop, very uninformative and unhelpful. Made us feel rushed and unwelcome.

I went in to make a purchase—it was my first visit so I was browsing a bit to see what they carried. The clerk, a young man, practically demanded I make a choice immediately. He seemed nervous and impatient and when I hesitated in my choice of product scolded me for wasting his time. I couldnt believe it. I laughed and said Havent you heard that the customer is always right. The customer is usually Wrong! he retorted. I shook my head and told him good will and word of mouth are important in a small town. He said he didnt need the business of Old F—s such as myself (mid sixties) So, glad to write the first review. Over a dollar more than Elm Center tobacco store on the ten dollar item I bought. Not a good deal to pay more and be treated so shabbily, in my opinion..

Love coming into this smoke shop. The best in town by far. The employee Danielle is always so helpful and friendly! I won’t go anywhere else!

Danielle is extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store. She spent her time chatting with me and making sure I left with what I wanted. Ill beeeee back.

Oh my Gosh, what just happened, I went in this place to make a purchase, and the guy behind the counter, a short dark bushy haired guy, and all he kept saying to me is you can stand out side, so I am like what, are you o kay, and he said again you can go stand outside, so I took that as you can leave, so O kay, then I told him that his trash can outside was all over the place, and he just gave a blank stare.... The guy is a psychopath, I dont know why this shop is there, he wants no sales, so it might be a undercover cop in there.

The girl that helped me was very nice. She helped me choose a CBD product to help with my dogs arthritis.
