They are really great for any size printing project you need! I have used them several times and have always had a great experience. The owner and staff are some of the nicest folks around. They let me review the project throughout the process to make sure it was how I liked it. Definitely support this local business.

Sofy is staffed with a wonderful service representative who understands excellence and time. Sofys service representative was so generous throughout the entire process by allowing me to review a sample of the printed work. The work was spiral bound. Impressively, the turnaround was the same day within a few hours. This entire service is a cost-efficient and convenient solution for students as well as to businesses. I highly recommend because Sofy delivers excellence without robbing your wallet. I will return to utilize Sofy Copy & Fax Service.

The owner is fantastic and ready to help! I ran into the store downtown after an emergency with only 30 minutes until a presentation was due that needed to be printed and bound. The service was impeccable! In less than 10 minutes everything from my computer screen was now in physical form in my hands. It was very inexpensively priced as well and I even made it on time to my presentation. Will DEFINITELY be going back for all of my printing needs!

Just went today. Mrs. Winnie was so helpful and the copies were at a great price. Since I was the only one in at the time, she actually helped me do my project and we talked for quite some time. Told me they would be open on Christmas Eve from 1-5. They were closed. I really needed something and they completely failed me and wasted my time. I understand not being open on Christmas Eve, but when someone asks, DONT TELL THEM YOULL BE OPEN!

Bad customer service. Over the phone, the lady working there began to speak to me in a frustrating and frazzled manner. I thought she was so frustrated speaking with me that she would have hung up on me if I did not firstly decline her services (b/c of the bad customer service I was receiving) and end the conversation. Overall, I was asking simple and fair questions about her printing services and received nothing but hostility.
